Billy Meier and Semjase the Pleiadian: An early delegation
I’m finding more and more evidence related to the use of “delegations” as the means to introduce our Star Family and Friends to Gaians.
Up till now, we’ve all been waiting for a government or some official to make the announcement of our star family’s presence.
However as long ago as 2013, Adamu warned us that the governments of the world would not release the news of the galactic presence. They could not afford to disclose it, he said:
“Let me say that it is vanishingly unlikely that your world governments will disclose. At root, the ones that wield the power are completely STS [service to self]. And to tell the truth about their knowledge of and engagement with extra-terrestrial intelligence is tantamount to admitting to all kinds of atrocities committed against humanity and a long-running game of lies and deception. And then, for their efforts, they would immediately lose all the power they so desperately crave as you realise what has really been going on.” (1)
Checkmate. Game over.
We’ve already heard from the Divine Mother (2) and Cdr. Plead’or (3) on the plan to use delegations to get around the persistent governmental embargo of the truth.
Now I’m reminded that Earthbound Star Soul (EBSS), whom I’ve known for almost as long as I’ve published the blog (or so it seems), and Bright Star both received messages, in January of this year, which raised the subject of delegations. In one, Archangel Michael said to EBSS:
“You are being assisted not only by the Mother’s legions but by your Star Family, increasingly apparent and present, [who] will be very clearly present upon the planet very quickly – not simply as boots on the ground but in the full splendour of a delegation.” (4)
Very clearly stated. Expect “the full splendour of a delegation.”
The three – EBSS, Zentar and Zalishia – are a team working with Archangel Michael. In his message to EBSS in December 2018, Zentar had this to say:
“You are exuberant in your very nature. It is the truth and the construct of who you are. And look where it got you: on planet, ready to welcome your star family and friends! …
“We won’t override because then – and we are preparing right now to come in peace, as the Ambassadors of Peace – then we are credible, then we are believable. Then what we come and offer is seen in the truth, not in the ways of being despots or dictators, but truly as a set of helping hands and a kind and loving heart. …
“You are our ambassador – you know this – and in that, you have need to know that much is already underway in terms of our not only actual presence, because you know full well that there are many boots on the ground … but it is the recognition of a formal declaration that you as human beings, as Gaians, are not alone, and the recognition and the welcome to us, as we come in peace.” (5)
So here is the full intention of the meeting: “A formal declaration that you as human beings, as Gaians, are not alone, and the recognition and the welcome to us, as we come in peace.” And EBSS, a terrestrial Gaian, is a part of it.
Nor is EBSS the only person who’s been named as an ambassador to the delegations. Bright Star was as well. His discussion occurred around the same time as EBSS’s. When I read it at the time, the full importance of the message did not hit me.
In January of 2019, the Divine Mother named Bright Star as an ambassador.
“You are a commander. You are an emissary. You are an ambassador and that is why you have come to this life in this form at this time, as [Bright Star].
“Because it is time for the Planet of Love to emerge and in so doing, to take your place amongst the Intergalactics and Galactics.” (6)
The “delegations,” which word she uses below, will not meet with “power mongers.”
“In the past, and we mean this literally, there has been such fear of your star family that they have kept their shields up and stayed at arm’s length. Also they do not fully wish to engage in a warring planet because they come in peace.
“It is inconceivable to them because political structures, shall we say nation-based, financially-based interests on the planet, have been so entrenched in control and greed and the usurping of authority. The delegations do not come to interact with power mongers.
“They come to engage with you and through you, by the way, with emissaries that understand the importance of neutrality.” (7)
So the Company of Heaven is repeating a message to us to expect the arrival of an off-planet delegation to meet with an on-planet delegation in a cloaked setting. Following meetings, there would be a joint declaration in which the Gaians acknowledged the existence of our star family and declared their belief that they come in peace.
It seems quite clear to me, given the Mother’s discussion of the subject in my own reading of April 30, 2019, (8) that we may be looking at the launch of a world-changing initiative. And it’s equally clear that the Company of Heaven wants prudent and measured reportage of the event.
Anyone who’s ever predicted a date up till this present moment has been wrong. Anyone and everyone. I won’t discuss dates, myself. “It’s in the works.”
Hopefully First Contact will result in more direct and lengthier conversations with the galactics and celestials. Right now the discussions are time-limited and no opportunity presents itself for clarification. (9) It’d be welcome to pursue some of the questions we all have at greater length.
World history (10) is being made, as we speak, and our collective job is to get the word out and reassure anyone for whom news of the events creates discomfort.

(10) Given that our Ascension, which is mass and physical, has never been done before, universal history is probably being made by events on Gaia.
