The purposes of this sound meditation are two-fold: 1) to deepen and expand your experience with a previous sound meditation we gave called Spatial Cognizance and 2) to provide you with a sonic ally to explore the Multiverse, which includes not only your own universe, but other innumerable universes that exist in parallel dimensions of consciousness.
From our perspective, your universe is essentially a complex display of holographic light, the source of which is pure consciousness itself. From this view, your experiences of yourself and your world are fundamentally insubstantial and dreamlike apparitions that most sentient beings mistakenly take to be the ultimate reality.
The Multiverse Sound Meditation is an echo of the previous sound meditation (Spatial Cognizance). And by working with the meditation in the manner described below it will allow you to explore expanded states of being and deep insight into the nature of your own innate consciousness as it resides within multiple dimensions of consciousness simultaneously.
This ability to be aware of yourself residing in multiple dimensions beyond, yet including your currently embodied reality, will be a resourceful asset as your world spirals into an accelerated rate of change and the arising of increasingly powerful Chaotic Nodes.
The Sound Meditation
This basic sound meditation is 11:26 minutes in length.
At the first strike of the bowl, recall the feeling of appreciation or gratitude. It does not matter what the source of this feeling is so long as it is the actual emotion of appreciation or gratitude. This coherent emotion of appreciation or gratitude is an important anchor that guarantees that you will enter the higher levels of the Mulitverse. Do not proceed with the sound meditation until you have successfully entered one of these coherent emotions (i.e., appreciation or gratitude). (Note: If you do not know how to enter one of these coherent emotional states, a link to a short article on how to accomplish this task appears in Tom’s section at the end of this message.)
After you have entered into the feeling of appreciation or gratitude, imagine and feel yourself surrounded by a large open space. It is important to feel the sense of this imagined space rather than just thinking about it or visualizing it as these will not generate a felt-sense of space. It is your kinesthetic felt-sense of space that will fully activate the potentials of this meditation.
After you have joined a coherent emotion such as appreciation or gratitude and the kinesthetic felt-sense of a large open space, allow your felt-sense of spaciousness to expand to include your entire universe and all other innumerable universes in the vast and infinite Multiverse. Imagine this expansion in whatever ways that feel natural to you.
Let yourself completely rest in the coherent emotion of appreciation or gratitude as your Mind resides within the Multiverse and allow yourself to receive the many blessings and energies that will be extended to you from highly elevated and enlightened beings when you consciously enter the Multiverse in a state of high coherency (i.e. appreciation or gratitude).
You can extend your listening sessions, if you wish to do so, by simply repeating the sounds of the meditation as many times as you wish. Stereo headphones or ear buds are strongly suggested so that the sounds of the meditation are your primary auditory input. Do not practice this meditation in situations requiring alertness since your attention must be turned inward for the meditation to be successful. And generally speaking psycho-navigating the Multiverse is not possible if your attention is split between inner and outer perceptual realities.
Tom’s Thoughts and Observations
I think the Hathors’ instructions for this sound meditation are quite straightforward so I don’t have anything to add to their instructions.

While my final comments do not have to do with the sound meditation directly, I consider this information to be both vital and time sensitive, which I wish to share with you now.
Please understand that I do not make this pronouncement lightly. But having repeatedly conferred with my Hathor mentors, it is clear that they consider this event to be the most important gathering they have ever called. The reasons for this are multifold. For one it has to do with the timing of humanity’s destiny as it unfolds in the midst of what appears to be the Sixth Mass Extinction, and secondly, it is the Hathors’ feeling that the information, as well as the methods, to be revealed during this Intensive will be of immense benefit to those of us navigating the difficult passages humanity is now facing—and will face in the very near future.
Finally, this body of knowledge will be the culmination of their teachings through me. As a result, this will be the last Hathor event I will facilitate. In other words, if you wish to experience their sound codes and transmissions in person, which is the most powerful way to receive them, I suggest you seriously consider doing your best to be in Seattle for The Art of Psycho-navigating Spatial Cognizance, which will take place during the weekend of May 5 – 6, 2018.
