The ability to communicate is important among lightworkers who are leading, especially in the financial field.
People who’ve been old virtual friends are now having discussions they’ve never had before. Differences in values are emerging. Relations can become strained or even break down.
How are we to manage these exchanges and discussions that’ll stretch us to the limits?
One of the things I’m noticing is that the desire to get through the difficulties that arise varies inversely proportional to the degree of commitment a lightworker has to doing the work or completing their mission.
The higher the degree of commitment, the more the lightworker returns to the work of breakthrough and completion; the more ways they try to get through the blockage; the more willing they are to “own” their own part in things; and the more likely they are to keep working on the area of disagreement until all outstanding matters have been whittled down to nothing.
The lower the degree of commitment, the more likely the lightworker will withdraw from that relationship and search for another. Issues don’t get resolved. Factionalism increases. The lightwork of financial wayshowing slows down and may even become bogged down. And then the Company of Heaven looks on another area where humans just haven’t been able to step up to the plate.
And then we ask ourselves later why such-and-such an initiative didn’t go forward. Who then remembers how it broke down? Who has the time to explain?
What do I mean by “breakthrough”? Breakthrough is an event in interpersonal interaction and communication which is the equivalent of an “Aha!” moment or realization in introspective reflection.
What do I mean by “completion”? Completion is a condition reached by a single person or a group of people in which no outstanding issues remain on the matter in question, no further attention is demanded by what was formerly an issue, a condition of peace prevails, and a readiness to move on has been reached.
The willingness to remain with the process of breakthrough and completion builds trust. One doesn’t necessarily have to walk through the whole process with a fellow lightworker more than once to generate the willingness in future to walk through a very much foreshortened version of it.
What militates against breakthrough and completion is contained in the words “resist, resent, revenge.”
When we resist, we withhold important information from the other person. We tie up our power in remembering and managing our secrets. Our awareness shrinks more and more from this pattern of resistance until we end up fossilized, coralized, or petrified.
When we resent, we maintain our barrier against the other person and try to enroll others in ostracizing them. Any separation maintained prevents the opening of the heart and the rising of bliss and the natural state.
The heart doesn’t ask “What kind of separation is this? Oh, that kind. That kind is OK.” No, any separation creates a divided or dualistic mind. And it’s division and dualism we want to leave behind.
Revenge creates enemies and makes separation more or less permanent and final. Revenge not only hurts but it leaves residue that gums up the place and makes progress slow if not impossible. Just look at the Middle East to see what centuries of revenge have done, the quagmire it has created, and the snail’s pace that progress makes.
The other side of the question is that, given the extent of misunderstanding that will arise when we realize that we’re all in different places with financial wayshowing, that so many of us are on guard against control, and that so many others are fearful of losing their abundance, we’ll need some socially-accepted, ritualized ways of creating closure and coming back together again after a contretemps or difficult discussion.
Ho’oponopono is an example. These amenable social rituals of forgiveness and rejoining will hopefully allow us to create closure with each other and move on quickly instead of having matters fester for years. There’s much work to be done and little time for resting in disagreement and separation.
I have my hands full so I won’t be working on that aspect of things (rituals of rejoining) but, if there are others who can design ways, that’s an identified and predictable need in this time of the introduction of wealth into the lightworker family and equation.
