AmazonSmile to Benefit the Hope Chest

While we’ve been working up projects to fill the empty coffers of the Hope Chest, it seems providence has provided an opportunity we knew nothing about.

Amazon sent the Hope Chest an email telling us that they have a program that benefits charities when people do their online shopping. It’s called AmazonSmile.

If you do any online shopping with Amazon and have an account, you can now use AmazonSmile to donate 0.5% of your sales directly to the Hope Chest! We found out after announcing this on the forum that it’s only available in the US at this time, it’s not available in Europe, unfortunately. Yet…

This is a new program for Amazon and a wonderful way to give back to charities simply by shopping, if that’s your thing.

Simply select the “Hope Chest”, located in San Pedro, CA as your charity and begin! We would very much appreciate any participation. Simply shop and support the wonderful work we all do as a family of love and light!

In order to participate, you have to be signed into not just Amazon, but to AmazonSmile, which pulls up your account information just like your regular account would do.
