Happy Thursday! I will start off today’s news with an article I have been browsing right past until it’s persistence has gotten me to take a look at it…Dancing Grandmothers of China. At first thought, I figured this was just a flash mob that met more than one or two times and that would be the end of it. Apparently, this goes on all over China in populated areas just about daily AND it’s been going on for a couple years now.
There are still a few places on this planet that have very stringent control of their people, and China is obviously one of them. What does a person do when they are constantly controlled? Feel defeated and give up, or do you rise above it and just start dancing?
The dancing Grandmothers have done just that. They decided that they wanted to assemble and just square dance to their heart’s delight. They are expressing themselves and showing the world that no matter how controlled a person is, THEY can control their joy. It’s all about perspective and what you choose to do with opportunities you have. It’s a beautiful thing. Until the Government decides that they need an angle to control because they sense you are elevating above their imposed controls. So, this is where it gets even more interesting.
“The Chinese media reported that the General Administration of Sport and the Ministry of Culture wanted to standardize the diverse dances, forcing all groups to adhere to twelve “scientific” and “healthy” routines designed by“experts.” (1) Talk about a buzz kill. I really had no idea they had choreographers on the pay roll within the Chinese government or that a dance could be considered “scientific”. I also find it funny that the dancing that is already taking place is not considered to be “healthy”. Sounds to me that these dancing Grandmothers were having too much fun and the Chinese government felt a little left out.
The Dancing Grandmothers have had people in their community complain against the noise pollution their speakers have caused, some have had bags of animal waste thrown at them, or even dogs have been released on them to scare them away. Some residents have unified against this dancing because it has grown into a pretty big turn out when they assemble. However, the standardized dances and the dance instructors the Chinese Government are sending out to address these issues, in fact, don’t address these issues. Really, it makes no sense.
So I can only surmise that the Chinese Government was feeling a little lonely and left out. Perhaps, the Dancing Grandmothers should set a place aside for government officials to do their standardized dances in the middle of their self expression and call it a compromise.
In Bed with a Krafty Cheese
It’s funny all the things that go on behind the public’s back that we end up finding out about later. For example, did you know that Kraft Singles were vying for a stamp of approval by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND)? This is a partnership that they have had for about three years. This partnership was just made public last month.
Luckily they have been denied this stamp of approval to fool the masses who eat what the media or alphabet groups tell them is good for them. For those of us who may have just looked at the label and assumed that Kraft Singles was first of all even considered to be cheese (which isn’t because it contains less that 51% of real cheese) and secondly it was a viable health food option to feed our children, we will be spared the misleading label. On top of this secret partnership that was just recently revealed it has been suggested that Kraft paid off the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to have this stamp of approval on its products. Isn’t that beautiful, AND can be bought for a price and our children’s health hangs in the balance. Who really is protecting us and making sure we are healthy?
It all comes back to our own consciousness. The person responsible for our own health and welfare is looking at us in the mirror. The best option we have for our own vitality is to educate ourselves on what we are putting into our body. I’m glad to say that there are urban farms sprouting roots in most major cities, there are crop sharing programs available in rural areas, and there are even co-op grocery stores. Co-op grocery stores offer local produce and foods that come from local farms. Customers pay a membership to be able to get these foods at a discounted rate by supporting the business. Anyone is able to purchase from a co-op, but if you plan on shopping at one often, I highly recommend the membership.
Another option that is a no-brainer for what you are putting into your body is literally growing your own food. You know if pesticides are present, if fertilizers were used, and that you have not done any genetic modification to it. I know it seems like a pain to churn your own butter, milk your own cow, or make your own cheese, but most places have farmers markets where this stuff is available or just make sure you are reading the labels, not just looking for a stamp of approval from an entity that probably doesn’t REALLY have your best interests at heart. We all need to ask ourselves what the motivation behind some of these organizations really are. I would tend to bet that 85% of most alphabet organizations only care about money and politics in some way.
Let’s just explore something before I move on, if this partnership was not made public until recently and it’s just about processed cheese…what else are we not being told?
Out-of-Body Experiences
At my workshop last night I had a woman come in that divulged she was and has always been able to step in and out of her body. This is why I decided to look into an article that touches on that for today.
This 24 year old student is the first person ever studied that has the ability to willfully have out of body experiences. She first noticed that she was able to do this when she was a child. Instead of napping, she would float above her body to pass the time. When she first heard about out-of-body experiences, she had no idea that it wasn’t something everyone was able to experience.

This is pretty typical for anyone who has an ability, whether it be clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience, or all of the above. There are more people with abilities that are among us that we’d never know had them. In many cases they are afraid of being coined ‘crazy’ or urged to seek a psychologist merely because they can see past the spectrum of visible light or are able to see energies, frequencies, or auras around other people. They just don’t talk about it.
Many people who have come to my workshops express that they ‘had’ abilities when they were a child, but then lost them. My feeling is, they didn’t lose the ability, they lost themselves in the illusion and the constant bombardment of triggers in the amygdala and r-complex has effectively shut down a vast majority of their endocrine systems…which is the igniter of our consciousness. This, sadly, is quite normal. Not irreversible though, so that’s a positive!
If you watch a movie or hear a story and react to any of it with fear, anger or a lower frequency emotion, that is an easy indicator that you have been programmed to be controlled. Where there is a lower frequency emotion there is control. It is not until we understand that nothing but love and light can prevail, can we transcend the illusion of control.
This article does indicate that most people tend to have some sort of ability when they are a child. That’s easy. At that time we haven’t had the world tell us experiencing life multidimensionally isn’t normal, or the devil, or ‘crazy’. It’s just what children do. Having children who tell me who they were to me in past lives or explaining to me historical events or objects from the distant past puts me in the fascinating position of knowing what it feels like to be there relaying information that is real to me and understanding the importance of never telling them that they are wrong.
When my daughter tells me about her dreams or what she sees, I always make it a point to ask non-leading questions and let her know that I don’t doubt what she sees at all. Of course sometimes what she sees relates to a movie or something she may have seen, there are many times she’s been spot on about something I didn’t even know about.
Not to wander off onto a tangent, but I’ll leave you with some wisdom from my four year old:
“I saw a monster with red eyes and it scared me, but then I’m not really that scared anymore because I know where the bad people go. The bad people and the fire breathing dragons go to a place that’s called second death. Yeah, that’s where they go. When they go in there, they can’t come out the same as they went in…”
I can tell you I looked everywhere on the internet for what the heck second death was and I didn’t find it…
We are far greater beings that we have been told, far greater than most of us realize!
