Beautiful Bright Hearts, it is divinely warming to be among you today, speaking through your sister of God once again.
It is necessary for each of you to comprehend that you are equally as important as anyone else. What you think and feel is just as valid as the next person’s.
It is well understood that valuing one’s self is a most difficult challenge for many, simply because you have become caught up in pleasing others first, and much of the time thinking that if you please this person or that person that you are making them happy. And to you, you have concluded that their happiness supersedes your own.
Well dear ones, this isn’t so. Your happiness is not above or below anyone else’s, it is just as valid and essential to creating a life that is full and content.
Is it difficult for you sometimes to say no when someone has requested something from you? Do you feel it is your responsibility to provide and care for everyone, while not caring or giving the same attention to yourself?
Beautiful Bright Hearts, your needs require your attention, the same kind of attention you give away. Do you not think yourself worthy of your own self-love and self-care?
Before anyone else, you deserve your own love, your own focus and attention, and self-respect. You are not responsible for everyone else. Do you not have enough burdens of your own? So why take on more if looking after others’ needs is taxing and stressful.
Saying no once in a while is not selfish or mean, but necessary. We understand it is not stressful all of the time, but looking after others before your own needs does take away time you would have given to yourself that can leave you feeling ragged and exhausted; possibly resentful and frustrated at times.
The journey of self-love and self-care is one that moves slowly. It takes time to love and accept yourself for all that you are. If you are feeling occasionally that the ones you are helping may not have much regard for your well-being, then you might want to think more deeply about this relationship, mainly about your own mindset.
Become watchful of your thoughts and emotions and when you see yourself feeling unappreciated for the efforts you have given, or tired after giving so much of yourself to others, then give yourself a little pep-talk.
It is important, Beautiful Bright Hearts, to realize if you like yourself or not. In order to be appreciated and liked by others, you must appreciate and like yourself just as much.
The energy and time you put out towards the needs of others must also be applied to you, by you. It is a worthwhile journey, even if it seems to go painstakingly slow, at times, to learn to love yourself unconditionally, and to accept your whole self, with all your strengths and weaknesses.
Remember this, Beautiful Bright Hearts, no matter what your stance is in life, regardless of the colour of your skin; if you are big, tall, short, round, rich or poor, or any other category you can slot yourself into, you are a beautiful and wonderful magical Child of God; and God loves you for all that you are.
Believe that you do deserve every ounce of love and attention that is flowing and available throughout the cosmos. It is true. There is not an Ascended Master, angel, nor even God himself who doubts this; the only one who does is you.
We know you nod your head in agreement and may think you are loving yourself, but think about it, dear ones, when was the last time you did something nice for yourself before meeting another’s needs?
Giving yourself love and attention is one of the best gifts you can give to yourself. When you give yourself unconditional love, and accept who you are as a person, as a Child of God who is loved and cherished, you will be providing your whole self with healing that is able to fulfill what your inner self has been lacking for far too long.
You are encouraged to fold yourself in a lovely pink cloud of love, that is as soft as cotton candy, that is derived from the love and light you project from your divine heart.
In truth, Beautiful Bright Hearts, if you are unable to love yourself wholly and unconditionally, how then can you say you are loving those you are helping? It is essential and necessary to give yourself the love, time, attention, care, and respect that will in the long run pay you back in huge, rewarding dividends.
As you become more comfortable with giving yourself the love you deserve, your own heart will expand, from all the love you are providing for yourself, to the point that it will feel as if it’s going to overflow.
When this feeling is felt, then you know it is time to share this bounty of love, through waves of energy and light, among those you love and care for, and by demonstrating appreciation for others who make your acquaintance, and even strangers will feel your lighter and love-filled presence.
Don’t stop giving yourself the love you deserve after you feel the love energy from your heart about to explode. Continue loving yourself more and more, and watch your own boundaries expand and your love filter even further to others, bridging any gaps that may have been present beforehand.
When you are flowing with natural love, acceptance, and care for yourself, the waves of energy you are emitting will spread throughout the Universe, touching all those it encounters in positive ways, making that moment a little brighter than what it was.
There is no limit or boundary that your love is not able to reach when it comes from your unconditionally loving heart.
If you are unable to meet any other quest in your lifetime, then this is the quest we bequeath you with. It is the only quest you really need to attend to and meet each day.
When you are coming from a place of love, you have absolutely no worries about where your path is leading you. The destination is no longer important, simply because you are already walking the path of love, which includes loving yourself wholly and completely.
When your divine heart is filled to the brim with love that is unconditional for yourself and for others, then all other conscious parts of life become complete as they are.
So as you walk this journey of life, live it from a place of deep-rooted love that greets you first always, then spread this love that is pure and natural in every step and breath you take.
Know this, Beautiful Bright Hearts. You will always have my soul-deep love and support whenever you are in need of additional guidance.
Your journey is not as lonely as it sometimes feels. After all, when you love yourself and accept yourself, you become your own best friend. Therefore, you give yourself the best companion your journey requires, besides God. And that, dear ones, is yourself.
