It isn’t simply the balancing of our own energy that so many of us have agreed to. We’ve also agreed to help with the collective balancing, as the Arcturian Group reminds us:
“There are many at this time who are bravely resolving large amounts of personal as well as universal karmic energy through their experiences – they have chosen to serve in this way. Remember, karma is an energy balance, not a punishment.” (1)
As awakened beings, “it is time to accept the responsibility of serving as Light workers,” they explain.
“Once an individual becomes conscious of truth, he cannot sit idle–truth must flow, adding Light to the world’s energy field which in turn helps others to awaken for there is only ONE.
“When fruit is allowed to rot upon the tree, it serves neither the tree nor others, but simply stagnates. As you silently and secretly release the Light you carry, more is given. It is a flow, and this is evolution.” (2)
Therefore if the world is to evolve according to the Plan, it will do so because we the ground crew, who are aware of the truth, share it to the extent possible and live according to it.
It is we who “must send unconditional love and Light to [the] struggling places, people, and activities.” (3)
“Instead of judgement, visualize unconditional love and light flowing forth to those people and places that seem to have lost their way. Utilize also the powerful violet flame of transmutation but attach no directions as to what any sending of Light is to do, for the energies of Divine Light function as wholeness and completeness and know what is needed.” (4)
We may think that nothing is happening but, they say:
“The energy of earth is quickly moving into a new and higher dimensional frequency despite appearances to the contrary. Your job is to rest in truth at all times, send unconditional love and Light to places and people unaware of Oneness, and then trust.” (5)
“Someone has to take that first step,” the Constant Companions tell us.
“Up until now, so many of you have hesitated at that very doorstep; and for one reason or another you have chosen to step back in the hope that someone else may take the lead. But now it is our task to remind each and every one of you of your own responsibility in this whole operation. For as we have told you again and again, what you do, you do for all.” (6)
The more we choose to yield to our inhibitions, “the more you will actually serve to slow down the process for all those following in your footsteps.”
“Remember, you are the wayshowers in every sense of the word, for you act as the vanguard for a whole host of others. And so, whenever you think yourself unable to complete another step on this journey, you slow down, and so do all those behind you.
“You are indeed trailblazers, and that is why you are here: to find a way to overcome your own inhibitions. For you can already fly, but for all of your lives you have done nothing more than run at top speed at the most.” (7)
The Divine Mother reminds us that we left behind our expanded states of consciousness to descend into lower dimensionality and forge a new pathway out of it:
“You are not in the fullness of your enlightenment or Ascension; you are in the process, and it is literally charting the unknown. … In so doing, you are shifting the entire collective.” (8)
Archangel Michael explains that many of us agreed to clear energy patterns that were not directly our own for the sake of the collective.
“Those of you who are the teachers and the Wayshowers have had or are experiencing all the emotions, fears and setbacks that will confront humanity at large.
“Many of you came with energies composed of many different facets or expressions, which you did not directly experience as a soul, but which you agreed to have placed in your energy (auric) fields and your DNA so that you would have to balance and overcome these imperfections.
“So, Beloved Ones, do not judge a beautiful, awakened soul who seems to have had much more than their share of adversity. Honor them; emulate them, for they are smoothing the way for you.” (9)
The sphere of our influence “is much larger than you can imagine, Dear Ones, and it gives upliftment to those within it,” the Master Hilarion reminds us. (10)
“As conduits for the cosmic energies, you serve a divine purpose as you daily labor within your personal placement upon this planet. …
“You are important in the grand scheme of the higher workings of the divine plan, and without you there would be a void for the area in which you reside. …
“You are the matrix breakers, and this is how it is being accomplished. …
“You are creating a new template for the human experience, and as more of you do this by aligning to this concept, the energy grows exponentially until it becomes the reality of human experience for all.” (11)
Our energy and work are subtle, he explains.
“As the new human template bearers, you cannot help but shine your light, and it is discerned by those who observe you wherever you may walk. It is a subtle energy that others notice without really knowing what it is.
“Be not concerned with its workings and outer expressions, for it is important to stay humble in this service to humanity and not be taken into human ego expression.
“This service is much more important than your Earthly personality can conceive. This service is a loving agreement that you made before you incarnated upon this planet.
“Each of you is a living expression of the loving Creator who works through you, and this is how the Creator expands the consciousness of all living expressions of itself. This energy is now circulating throughout the planet and ignites within more human hearts.” (12)
Archangel Metatron informs us that the coding embedded within us is now firing.
“New life is occurring within the Earth as you are growing and awakening as a community of Light. The remembrance of your soul’s collective consciousness through the coding within you has been fired.
“You have a deep knowing of what is possible because you experienced at in other times and in other dimensions. These are the sacred teachings encoded in the Light, and it is this that you are bringing to the planet now.
“Through you all of humanity is awakening. Through you the Earth is evolving and transcending time and space, allowing spontaneous evolution to come ever closer. It is all possible through the Light and power of the Divine Presence working through you.” (13)
Many more will soon be awakening, Hilarion explains, largely through our efforts.
“Each day, walk your path as a kind, loving and compassionate ambassador as the Divine Plan unfolds. Many are soon to awaken and will be seeking answers to clear the cobwebs from their minds. You have already passed this way before, and patience is needed as you strive to remember how difficult it was…
“You who anchor the Light upon and within the planet are the hope and the mainstay of the new Earth reality. We say to you, dream your dreams and expand your visions into new and uncharted territory.” (14)
Thus much of our work is subtle and unobservable, but that doesn’t diminish its importance. We’re processing unbalanced energy for the collective and breaking the old patterns to anchor in the new. We’re charting unknown territory and forging new pathways through the jungle of chaos and despair.
We’re creating a new template for humanity and doing so from an unenlightened position that we freely took upon ourselves before coming here. As more and more awaken our roles become increasingly important. It’s time to put our inhibitions aside and play the game full out.
