Not to say, however, that the new treasury bills won’t help because that will. The overall value of money is eroding. The changes are afoot and the world is soon to be on its tail — wagging I might add. And the #### is hitting the fan and the coffers of the world are being emptied and the new coffers are being filled with the right approach to the onset of prosperity and many good things coming into view. The will of humanity is still the one wheel that turns the axle but then that too has shifted enough to say just be patient and aware and listening and open. Over the last weeks, since the releases, there have still been growing pains as the system lurches forward to its inevitable conclusion. Patience is the by-word, and frustrations must be managed.
The RV is done, but the funds for the payments are not yet released. The family and IMF, with the rest of the countries, have put their collective foot down – and the crooked politicians who have been dipping into the basket every day and delaying the funds and official rollout have only a few days left to steal.
When the rest of the world moves forward regardless, either the USA does the right thing and the politicians who have been delaying the rollout let it happen, or the USA will not have gold-backed currency to match all the other countries that will be Basel III compliant.
Who would want to accept the fiat Federal Reserve ticket known as the current US dollar, instead of a metal-backed Treasury Reserve Note? The USA would become a third world country overnight. But no worries, this will not happen. The USA will sign off on the rollout, otherwise the politicians’ ill-gotten gains will be useless, right? They will move forward and the funds will be released.
Bond redemptions are in the same place, and those funds are also being released.
It is imperative that this release happen in 2014 during the special cycle that, according to prophecy, will give our humanity the tools to begin the reconstruction. As I’ve said a few times before, the Chinese family, and most other organizations, operate by the numbers and celestial events, so the timings of milestones are tied to such events.
And yes, there will be arrests. Many of the names on the list will surprise you.

You said the RV has happened. I can’t see ANY evidence ANYWHERE.
ZAP – It was signed into existence on April 22. The public is to be announced May 15. Keep looking, and I can guarantee you will not find it yet. Promise.

The horror stories of people selling all they have to buy dinars. But these will be worthless, worse than now.
ZAP – This is a large problem I agree. Selling stuff to get dinar is not the way. If you intend to buy dinar or anything else, you must do that according to whatever budget you have and disposable cash. Otherwise you are failing yourself, and more often than not, your family. Greed does not work. It kills.
I personally find all this cloak and dagger nonsense just that. NONSENSE.
ZAP – Yes, and the CIA does not exist.
Every prediction you have made has fallen flat on its face. Nothing has come of it. As I say you are pandering to people’s greed, some would say more fool them. But please stop this lying to folk. It serves no purpose. I’m sure you are a pleasant guy. But this is morally wrong, telling the disparate they will be given truckloads of cash.
You truly are frustrated. How many Dinar did you buy? And I do not make predictions. I state what has happened, and if you come from a vegetable-patch background, you will read that as prediction. The natural consequence of events is another matter, and that is normally called common sense. If you eat a bad hamburger, you may get food poisoning, right? Telling people that they will have a lot of cash when the dinar is officially revalued is a true statement. Why would it not be? (I) had no idea that is morally wrong. How about ethically?
This won’t happen. If a snowballs chance in hell it does.

Q: There is a growing disdain and angry controversy growing among our group regarding the inaccurate statements made by ZAP and his team.
ZAP – Which ones?
Quite honestly, although I understand the fluid nature of this saga, it does seem that the purpose of the updates is becoming hazy at best. The worst fate possible for a communicator such as ZAP is a lack of credibility leaving them eventually talking to themselves and reaching no one. Much like the little boy that cried Wolf. Here is a sample of the conversation going on today…… 17 hours ago Lt.KK said: “Respectfully I do not think your respect matters to Zap. His concerns reach far past mine or yours. He has no reason to lie to you. If you do not want to read the book, don’t pick it up…it is that simple. Lt.KK”
ZAP – True. I am concerned with the project side, and the events that will provide for the deployment of the projects on a global basis is my focus. Not blogs. I do this only as a request, and provide a snapshot of current events. These are important to understand in the whole picture. I used to grope in the dark until I found some paths that gave me correct information. I am grateful. Now I can plan reasonably well for what is to come.
Perhaps he doesn’t care what I think, and it’s OK…I’ll manage either way.
ZAP – Me, too.
What I care about is whether we’re being led to truth or lies…and why it’s so important that we keep getting information from the same specific sources week after week that rarely if ever matches reality.
ZAP – I do not lie. I cannot. What transpires is what is. I report, you read, then cry foul if it does not happen. Remember this is a fluid situation, and the machinations of the cabal interfere with timings as set forth. But inevitably, it will all happen. Be patient.
It matters. Our investor community is aging and dying. They invested real money, they are told there’s reason to believe in good outcomes, and yet no one can show them anything that gives confirmation of that…except from a guy with a purple pig fetish that keeps telling us implausible things that never quite seem to happen like he says it will happen from week to week.
ZAP – The investor community that invested is out of sorts. I would be too if i invested. And lay off the purple pigs. They are sensitive. They have a tremendous job to do flying around and finding landing spots for their cargo. And believe that things are happening week after week at a high level and the public does not get to hear about it. If a CIA agent dies, does the public get to know? Or is a star put on the stone with no name. Same thing. If the information got out in detail mode before the fact, there would be even more delays I would warrant. And it is all ready to transpire, so again, be patient.
It also matters if people in our community look truth (actual results) in the eye, and prefer instead to continue supporting the spreading of misinformation and deception.

Please help me and others understand where ZAP has provided us information that has come to fruition that we can independently verify. Again, I want to believe…but want isn’t enough to make truth out of babble.

Q: Dear Zap, I have a sense I am writing not just for myself but also for countless others whose lives changed irrevocably on July 4th, 2013.
