I refuse to go into drama and fear on this issue myself, knowing that the Galactics are working for us, on this and other matters. Hi all, Welcome to the Chinese Lunar New Year, the Year of the Yang Horse.
In other news: the world will not end any time soon, and consulting the chicken bones has clearly shown that the RV is still imminent, and the tea leaves accurately forecast that the sun is still providing light and heat to the planet. And the Obama administration is still in power contrary to rumor.
The RV (that already happened long ago) is still being plundered by the higher ups, and the politicians and the VIPs have already done the Tier 1 and double and triple dipped. The new Tier 2 is the same story. It will continue until the public has either had enough, or waits until the basket is empty and they just get the RV prices at the bank, not the contract prices. So, I see it going into February after the Lunar New Year celebrations.
The IMF, Fed(eral Reserve), and family have all agreed on the resolutions governing the release of the funds globally, and have installed the method by which Basel III protocols will come into effect within the new system that will be deployed next month, and be in effect in March.
The date of February 2 is of extreme importance to the whole swing, and that is the date when everything changes. All that has happened to now has been in preparation for this global infrastructure and consciousness shift.
The times before us have been very difficult: fraught with delay after delay after false start after more terrific rumor, etc. We have gone through this over decades. The installment of the dark side has been intact and fully functional over millennia. Consider the speed of change when talking thousands of years of no change, to being at the edge of the shift in only a couple of decades. Extraordinary, when (viewed) in such perspective, where the frustrations of today over the past play emotional, and quite real practical issues of survival.
We have all gone through this. We have all calloused a bit. We have survived in different states of love going to anger in many cases if even for a brief moment or a longer term simmer.
However, with that under the belt, we all have something in common now. We can see the bullshit for the trees, and if we do not know the nature of the bullshit and how it fits with other bullshit and the truth, we can have enough patience to kick back and watch and wait. In a day or two, things become rather focused when you do this, and all kinds of puzzle pieces mesh in to give discernment to the bullshit and what kind of animal it is we have in front of us. Then comes the interesting part: how to react to it. I guess that depends on the issue at hand, but regardless of the strength, just try to treat it with love. Works well.
In such terms, we will see a lot of truth emerge, together with a coordinated effort on the part of many to enable the global reconstruction projects and heal ourselves and our planet.
Fukushima is a major concern, and the radiation levels are going into the danger zone on a consistent basis in many parts of the world. USA is contaminated and people and wildlife have started to die (Stephen: see my intro above) . Technologies that will be deployed to combat and eradicate this poison of us and our planet exist, and the world technology senate is dedicated to this effort in conjunction with many high level government and private foundations that have a great concern in this matter. Rest assured the governments of the world are well aware of the danger, and I know of this effort to provide a helping hand in this.
The recent kiss and make up by the IMF and fed, blessed by the Chinese royal family with a nod from the government, has enabled the release of the money for this and all other matters that are part and parcel of the global reset. The reset itself is highly complex to flip over – and the RV, the F&P, the PPP, etc. are all part of the changeover.
So, we will have the means to get to work here shortly, and roll up the sleeves. The old saying of getting uncle to get a ‘####, shower, shave’ and a new suit and become the shining beacon he is supposed to be, will become a reality as that will happen. Much work ahead, and humanity benefits.
So rest easy a bit, and wait until the (Chinese) New Year clicks over from the year of the snake (the death) to the year of the yang green wooden horse with the fire sign ruling (the rebirth). This cycle is very important to understand the timing of the release of the matrix funds of humanity. The 6Q that was allowed to be brought out for humanity for this time, is in place and will be utilized now.
So, consulting the faithful crystal ball (despite revenue losses), we can clearly see that a few things are inevitable, and about to happen.

Q: Susan and Zap, Good Morning. It appears that the RV – and thus all else – continues to be delayed this month by greedy bankers & politicians who pay off their ‘buddies’….while the public waits ‘on hold’.

ZAP – Yes, well, same ol’ same ol’, but now we have a timeline to look forward to. The (Chinese) New Year will be exactly that. The way to help is to prepare some project to do and help out when it all happens.
Q: Zap, in your last letter you mentioned the fact that something could happen mid-week that you could report. Today the talk has been that the RV has been started with 800 numbers given out to selected groups. I have no dinar, but plenty of Omega, Destiny, Alpha and Alpha 2.
