Lift Your Spirit host Stephen Cook and guest Linda Dillon – channeller for the Council of Love and author of The New You: Emerging Into the Brilliance of Humanity’s Heart Consciousness – took a look at the events, experiences and energetic emergences of the last 12 months in a special two-and-a-bit hours solstice show which aired yesterday titled Lift Your Spirit: December 21 – One Year On…What Now?

They discussed the shifts, changes, game-changers, transmutations and other ‘stuff’ that’s happened since the all-important December 21, 2012. A highlight of the show was a live message from the Council of Love’s Archangel Gabriel/Gabrielle. Plus, Linda and Stephen tackled the big question on everyone’s lips: What’s Next?

They also asked listeners two key questions:
1. What changed for you in 2013? – what are the experiences you have had that demonstrate real change, either within you or for the human collective since December 21 last year.
2. Where are you headed as we get ready to step into 2014? – what are you creating, feeling, planning, emerging in to as we mark December 21 this year.

The low vibrations of control, greed and deception are being overcome by the high vibrations of self-confidence, optimism and freedom as more and more of Earth’s peoples are absorbing light.
Light, the same energy as love, is Creator, the Source of All That Is—that is who you are, who every soul in the cosmos is—and the light you radiate is helping Earth’s peoples awaken into that reality.
