Comments on Matthew’s Christmas Message
I’d like to make a few comments to round out Matthew’s short message this month. My understanding is that Suzy is in Peru at the moment visiting her children. She may not yet be back (this is just my guess). Hence perhaps the length.
Matthew begins by reminding us of those less fortunate than ourselves, a group which all the bubbles, bailouts, automation and offshore outsourcing has only caused to grow exponentially in recent years. Now with the markets slumping, sovereign debt mushrooming, and the Eurozone heading for crisis, their lot can only be that much more anxious and miserable. He says:
“For the less fortunate, those who were grieving or sick, lonely, hungry or homeless, feelings of sadness and despair were amplified.
“This year even many of the fortunate are besieged by confusion and apprehensions about their country’s unstable political and economic situations, and there are more sorrowing and desperate souls than in better times. As your year 2011 is approaching its end, we see many, many heavyhearted souls.”
Only those aware of what’s in store for us know that the slump is temporary and that help is on the way.
“How we wish everyone could know that this time next year Earth will be on the threshold of her Golden Age—the tumultuous transitional stages of your world’s transformation will be over and all darkness vanquished! Every heart would be uplifted in anticipation of this glorious world that you already have co-created in the continuum!”
Matthew comes bearing gifts in the form of “succinct reminders of previously offered enlightenment. Please accept our gift as it is meant, to serve you well, with confidence, assurance and excitement as you embark upon the new year.” This enlightenment comes in the form of increased light on the planet.
“Light, the same energy as love, is the way to peace, harmony and balance within each individual and in your world.
“You absorb light by being kind, honest, compassionate, forgiving and generous, and the light of a smile has immeasurable ripple effects.”
He reminds us that “every soul has as many opportunities as needed to embrace the light and evolve spiritually.”
He then offers several topical statements which, for those of us who are starved for more words from Matthew, we can augment from other writings by him.
The energy of love will reunite you and those people and animals dear to you who have moved on.
“Everyone will have the ability to communicate telepathically.” (1)
“Telepathic communication between some souls on Earth and those in other civilizations has been going on ‘close to forever.’” (2)
“Telepathic communication lines with beloved souls in Nirvana and with lighted beings throughout the universe will be restored within the higher vibrations into which Earth is moving.” (3)
“Among some animal species, usually those most commonly considered pets, are highly evolved souls who have chosen to experience in animal bodies, thus they have far more wisdom and spiritual clarity than many within your human population. These animals have come specifically to enhance your relationship with all animal life because this is vital to your individual journeys into the higher vibrations where cruelty in any form cannot exist. Without the awakening that has come to those who are dedicated to improving the lives of animals, Earth could not have made the progress she has in ascending out of third density.” (4)
Focusing on what you want in your life and your world is the key to manifesting it.
“Just as everything else is being accelerated, so are the results of the universal law of attraction coming more rapidly and forcefully. We cannot stress too strongly how crucial it is to focus on what you want, NOT what you don’t want!” (5)
“Remember, you have the power to create your own abundance through the law of attraction, and sharing your resources is the best way to bring even more abundance into your life.” (6)
“We have been asked how people around the world will weather the effects of what finally is called what it is, an international economic crisis, and we can only say that this is like in any other situation on the planet: The universal law of attraction, or “like attracts like,” which is totally neutral and constantly in operation, will serve each individual in accordance with his or her perception of and reaction to personal situations.
“The energy sent forth by those who see themselves as tragic victims will zoom out and draw to itself the energy of thought forms in the ‘universal soup’ that match the individual’s thoughts and feelings, and the energy combination will manifest “tragic victim” circumstances for the person to deal with. Those who feel genuine gratitude for what they have will be provided with more to be grateful for, and the energy of sharing with an open heart has the same positive result.
“But always the foundation of weathering any distressing situation is staying out of fear about it! The magnified energy of fear assures that the law of attraction will bring fear-filled circumstances to the fearful person. Knowing that out of the current turmoil will come abundance for all will keep your spirits high and your resolve strong if your outlook remains positive and you don’t allow the negativity of fear to intrude. Not only does fear beget more of itself, but it is contagious—we urge you not to let that negativity enter your energy stream and radiate out to afflict those who are nearest and dearest to you!
“Every one of Earth’s humankind has had a lifetime, more likely many lifetimes, of struggling to get food enough to keep from starving to death. Within that cellular memory is the instinct that gives strength of spirit and determination to survive; in this case, it is making it through the temporary economic tumult and thriving in the abundance at the end of the tunnel. It is true, though, that millions in impoverished countries will not survive until tyranny and greed end and abundance arrives. As sensitive, caring and compassionate beings, you abhor the conditions that cause suffering and so many deaths, and your efforts to end that kind of tragic existence is godliness in action.
“It is sad for us to see that kind of suffering too, even though we understand what most peoples do not: Those souls in abject misery did not embody to have a long, happy and healthy life—they came to complete the karma they need to move out of third density, and by so doing, they are successfully accomplishing their life’s purpose. We understand as well that this is known to them only at soul level, and that is why we weep with them about their living and dying circumstances.” (7)
Everything you need to know is within. Ask, be silent, and heed your soul’s guidance—conscience, intuition, instinct, inspiration, aspirations.
“Spiritual growth is extricating self from external influences and ‘going within’ so messages from the soul can reach consciousness.” (8)
“We do realize that in times of stress, it is more difficult to quiet thoughts and hear messages from the soul. This isn’t due to personal frailty, it is the wild energetic effects globally that are affecting everyone and can cause difficulty distinguishing between the intuition that comes from soul level and what is response to external influences. Nevertheless, you all have the power to attain the tranquility that will enable your consciousness to commune with your soul—be still and listen. And in these days at hand, with linear time being accelerated by the higher frequencies prevailing, synchronous happenings are like corn popping, so be alert for these windows of opportunity the universe is providing.” (9)
In every moment of your spiritual and physical journey you are assisted in myriad ways by light beings throughout this universe.
“Lighted souls in body or in spirit throughout the universe are with you every step of your journey into Earth’s Golden Age. Some are right there among you assisting in ways that eventually will become known by all, and countless others are beaming light to uplift all of Earth or using their technology to help your ascent into fourth density.” (10)
“In addition to the light steadfastly beamed from lighted souls in spirit worlds and physical civilizations, technological help from crews in thousands of ships in your skies, and the beneficial influence of your universal family members who are living among you, you are surrounded by unseen helpers: your guardian angels or gatekeepers and the angels who reinforce their efforts when needed; angels in lower realms who embody briefly to guide and protect; spirit guides, whose specialized experience often is the difference between your being stumped about something and later, suddenly ‘getting it’; and the Nature people—the various kinds of souls that you call the Devic kingdom—who may help you find misplaced car keys or earrings—that they mischievously hide things is a fallacy!—or nudge a reminder about something you had meant to do, but forgot. These myriad souls, all emissaries of God, are ever-present helpers.” (11)
“Angels are not your only unseen helpers-spirit guides and souls in spirit or physical realms also are God’s emissaries and are at your beck and call-but the angels are exalted by all the others, and rightly so. As beings of light, they are of a purity that is rare outside their realms and their love for humankind is unconditional. By all means, these glorious souls deserve your meditative thankfulness for their contributions to your lives.” (12
Matthew closes by conveying “our unconditional love and the infinite blessings of the universe … as you prepare to joyously greet Year 2012.” Perhaps we can conclude with what Matthew has said in the past awaits us in this “Year 2012”?
“Earth enters fourth density at the end of your year 2012.” (13)
“In this wondrous Earth that is on the near horizon and already created in the continuum, there is no fear, no violence or greed or bigotry or any other divisiveness that thrives in a third density world.” (14)
“Earth’s ascension—the process of world transformation and spiritual renewal that enables her to rise out of third density and continue into the Golden Age—has been ongoing for about seventy years in linear time; and by the end of your calendar year 2012, the darkness that has proliferated for millennia will have disappeared in all its vicious forms. However, this does not mean that after 2012, there will be no further changes—there will indeed be splendid changes in many areas, including spiritual and intellectual growth. Life is a continual process of learning, or more accurately stated, a process of consciously remembering the knowledge within the soul.” (15)
The year 2012 will see the end of suffering and misery on the planet and the arrival of ease and joy. Thanks to Matthew and Suzy for at least a decade of service keeping our eyes on the mark and reminding us what rewards and treasures await us.

(13) Matthew’s Message, Aug. 11, 2011. Matthew is in a minority stating that Earth will enter fourth density at the end of 2012; most commentators say fifth density. We shall have to wait to see who turns out to be accurate and who not. I personally am happy either way.
