Lilou Mace interviews Andrew Harvey, who puts out a most relevant message. He says that mystics have become hung up on mystical experience (“more light, more light”) and activists on doing, doing, doing, burnout and righteous indignation.
But if we combine the two into what Andrew calls “sacred activism,” then we have a winning combination. That makes a lot of sense to me. May be just what’s needed to turn our activism into a loving response to unworkable conditions. Thanks to Anke.
