There has been an incredible die-off of birds and fish in Arkansas and Louisiana. There’s a large flood in Queensland. And other instances of extreme weather and troubling circumstances are appearing in every news broadcast.
Paul Joseph Watson believes the die-off the result of government experimentation. (1)
I’ve looked for messages on the subject and haven’t found any to date.
I have my own theory of what’s happening, but of course it’s only a theory.
To begin with, we have to remember that 9/11 was an inside job. It had many aims, one of which was to 
cement government control over Americans by freeing the hands of the administration to enact anti-terrorism legislation that would take away civil rights, create internment camps, which we better know as FEMA camps, and spawn a national-security apparatus whose grip would in the end be total.
The Washington Post reported in Dec. 2010 on the national-security apparatus that grew up after 9/11 and here are their conclusions:
“Nine years after the terrorist attacks of 2001, the United States is assembling a vast domestic intelligence apparatus to collect information about Americans, using the FBI, local police, state homeland security offices and military criminal investigators.
“The system, by far the largest and most technologically sophisticated in the nation’s history, collects, stores and analyzes information about thousands of U.S. citizens and residents, many of whom have not been accused of any wrongdoing.
“The government’s goal is to have every state and local law enforcement agency in the country feed information to Washington to buttress the work of the FBI, which is in charge of terrorism investigations in the United States.
“Other democracies – Britain and Israel, to name two – are well acquainted with such domestic security measures. But for the United States, the sum of these new activities represents a new level of governmental scrutiny.
“This localized intelligence apparatus is part of a larger Top Secret America created since the attacks. In July, The Washington Post described an alternative geography of the United States, one that has grown so large, unwieldy and secretive that no one knows how much money it costs, how many people it employs or how many programs exist within it.” (2)
The actual investigation, the results of which were published some months prior to the article just cited, called the security apparatus that has arisen in recent years “a hidden world, growing beyond control.” It attempts to convey the size it has grown to here:
“After nine years of unprecedented spending and growth, the result is that the system put in place to keep the United States safe is so massive that its effectiveness is impossible to determine.
“The investigation’s other findings include:
* Some 1,271 government organizations and 1,931 private companies work on programs related to counterterrorism, homeland security and intelligence in about 10,000 locations across the United States.
* An estimated 854,000 people, nearly 1.5 times as many people as live in Washington, D.C., hold top-secret security clearances.
* In Washington and the surrounding area, 33 building complexes for top-secret intelligence work are under construction or have been built since September 2001. Together they occupy the equivalent of almost three Pentagons or 22 U.S. Capitol buildings – about 17 million square feet of space.
* Many security and intelligence agencies do the same work, creating redundancy and waste. For example, 51 federal organizations and military commands, operating in 15 U.S. cities, track the flow of money to and from terrorist networks.
* Analysts who make sense of documents and conversations obtained by foreign and domestic spying share their judgment by publishing 50,000 intelligence reports each year – a volume so large that many are routinely ignored.” (3)
You and I follow the reports of galactic and the spirit teachers and know that this national-security apparatus, along with other arms of the New World Order cabal in the United States, the Rothschild cabal in Europe, and all other dark networks around the world are currently being taken down by the Light forces and their Earth allies. And we’ve heard that this battle is well along.
If the Light were Nazis, they’d line their opponents up against the wall and shoot them. If they were cabalists, they’d assassinate them using untraceable weapons or substances.
But the Light doesn’t execute its adversaries, which is one reason why matters have taken as long as they have. As SaLuSa said in 2008, “the use of force is not our way.” (4) He goes on to explain their way: “Be assured the Light and its supporters will be victorious, and the dark Ones will be defeated not by force or military power, but by the power of Love and Light.” (5)
The Light has the ability to see that the dark’s weaponry doesn’t work. Said Ker-On as far back as 2008:
“The line has been drawn against certain activities that would endanger life on and beyond your Earth, and [the dark] are therefore curtailed in what they can do.” (6)
“Already we curtail their ability to cause more wars and use their nuclear weapons and we know that it has been their objective in the Middle East.” (7)
The Light has no need to fear anything the dark has, SaLuSa explains:
“Technologically we are far superior to your dark forces, and although they have developed weapons of mass destruction we can safely handle them.” (8)
“The likely problems that may be encountered by us in space will quickly be dealt with, by grounding any weapons or craft that are intended to be used against us. We do not have to encounter them in space, as we do not want to give the impression that we are aggressive and warlike. That would be playing into the hands of the dark Ones, who in any event have considered creating a false encounter to put fear in your hearts. As we vastly outnumber their forces and weaponry, it would in fact be totally futile for them to attempt to attack us.” (9)
However, until now the hands of the Light forces have been more or less tied by the universal Law of Free Will. Yet Hatonn and SaLuSa tell us that those rules are now being relaxed and so the Light is able to take more direct action against the dark. In Oct. 2010, Hatonn said:
“We have been given leave by God to use stronger methods wherever necessary to dismantle the Illuminati’s remaining power bases. This does NOT mean killing anyone — God never sanctions killing, nor would we ever want to do that!
“For quite some time we have been permitted to override the dark ones’ free will by blocking their powerful weaponry when they attempt more events like ‘9/11,’ and we have done that on numerous occasions. Now we also can foil their efforts to create major disruptions by blocking their communication systems and transportation modes and by diverting their intelligence couriers.
“We also have God’s permission to temporarily relocate a few key individuals to areas where they can do no mischief whatsoever. This is done somewhat like the cloaking of our ships in an invisible force field, which makes the disappearance baffling to those individuals’ co-workers too. So, even though you won’t see evidence of our new allowances, you know that now we’re taking even longer strides to help you rid your world of dark deeds.” (10)
Around a month later, Hatonn returned to the subject and gave us a progress report on the takedown of the cabal and its resistance:
“No government [that is, in contradistinction to the Illuminati] with military might is willing to initiate an ‘incident’ in this global economic climate and their people’s growing unrest, and any show of power is by order of the Illuminati to their ‘shadow’ force.
“I can tell you, they are frustrated beyond imagining because no nuclear warheads check out to be viable and none of the missiles achieves its objective. …
“Some of our colleagues on the planet have made their presence known undeniably because they appeared in their real forms. They are meeting with powerful individuals, including some who operate out of public view, to inform them about our on- and off-planet network, and rats are starting to abandon the ship around the world. You won’t hear about that or the mopping up that’s underway.”
“Our colleagues among you are working with Obama and others with influence to dislodge the Illuminati’s remaining strongholds and establish groundwork for wide-scale reforms.
“It’s a matter of all that must be accomplished within a comparatively short time and the dark resistance has to be dismantled before that can happen. We’ve been telling you that for some time to prepare you for the massive changes coming. The next several months will be quite a ride — stay in the light and you’ll navigate the rough waters in good stead.” (11)
SaLuSa also commented on the situation just two days after Hatonn’s message:
“Matters are really heading for a showdown, and once the power is removed from the Illuminati the changes will start quite quickly. They are being confronted by the forces of Light whatever way they turn, and we take much care in monitoring their reactions as they become irrational and panic. They fight a lost cause and aware now of the ultimate collapse of their empire. There is no hiding place as we track all of their movements, and as we have informed you previously are present at their conclaves.
“As our authority has been extended beyond our original remit, we now take more direct action to stop the black operations aimed at you or other countries. We echo your sentiments that ‘enough is enough’ and it is now the turn of the Light to direct the path of the people on Earth.” (12)
SaLuSa said that the dark are responding by lashing out in every way they can:
“Do not let your imagination run away with you at the sight of death and destruction caused by the dark forces. Their time is up and they lash out in a futile attempt to hide their own doubts and fears. Stand up to their attempts to curb your freedom and impose stricter controls.
“They intentionally create most of the incidents that occur, and their methods and the secret weaponry used will eventually be revealed. They use advanced technology to create them, and are responsible for the state the world is in. Their influence is everywhere but they are finding it difficult to maintain, as even in their own ranks there is dissension.” (13)
This then is my theory, that we are watching the cabal and its minions lash out in every direction right now. The birds dropping from the sky, the fish belly-up in the water, the extreme weather around the world, the worst of which is the large area in Queensland currently under water are all, I believe, instances of the cabal doing anything it can to induce uncertainty, confusion, and fear in us, along the lines that Hatonn and SaLuSa have laid out above.
This large national-security apparatus that has been created since the false flag operation of 9/11 is, in my view, being called upon to do anything it can to harass and harry the population.
If I’m correct, we should hear some confirmation of that from Hatonn or Matthew in the latter’s next message or from SaLuSa.
What SaLuSa says about Ascension, I think, applies to matters generally during this “chaotic node” or “time of troubles”: “Dear Ones, whatever happens that is not in accord with the Ascension process, have no fears, as it will not affect the outcome one iota.” (14) And neither will these other startling but undecisive incidents affect the outcome.
But, as always, our job is to keep faith in the Light forces who don’t use “shock and awe” tactics, but work through Love and Light. This approach may take longer but is very much more effective and decisive.
