I cannot say I’m familiar with Judith, but the message itself introduces quite a few concepts new to me, and I enjoy considering new perspectives. Judith points out that this is a time of high chaos and casts this message as one in which the Arcturians discuss what the star beings are doing to reduce the chaos factor. At one point, she refers to 131313 and I’m not sure what the reference is to. At first I thought it might allude to April 4, 2011 (4-4-4) but the second reference to it seems to preclude that. It seems to designate a starseed group.
As with all new sources, we jump in in the midst of a pre-existing conversation which has already established its common terminology so some of it may not be clear to us.
What Judith tells us of the manner in which the star councils are operating, the manner in which her own channeling operates, how the harmonic grids function, the eight prime coucnils, etc., if her message proves to be a reliable source, could expand our understanding of these matters. If they prove not to be reliable, I’ll pass that information along as soon as that becomes clear. I’m holding her information in the “tentatively-accepted” box for now.

J. The Light Ships from the Cosmic Christ Brethren are in our solar system. There are many Star Beings focusing harmonics of compassion and harmonics of kindness. The Arcturians have determined the frequency of harmonics, the tones and overtones, that are optimum for opening the Holographic perceptual codes of DNA. The Star Beings are not working on the DNA of humanity. We are receiving a concert of some kind. I can see Light Ships in different positions around our globe. Remember a couple of days ago I saw the light ships come through the Pleiadian Star Gate and position themselves over major areas of concern. I see light ships in, what is called, the Solar Plane.
The Arcturians are telling me telepathically that the Solar Plane is a plane of energy of our solar system. It is prime harmonic resonance with the life force that our sun generates in patterns. There are certain solar pathways that the Star Brethren are using to facilitate the frequencies to help Earth. These star ships have positioned themselves in a solar pattern in our solar system.
They are relaying energy into the sun and calibrating the energy to stabilize the solar factor and generating it into this solar key. The Solar Key is the specific place in the orbital field of Mars and Jupiter and Venus. They are amplifying the vibration through the solar plane, our alignment energetically with Mars and Jupiter and Venus.

S. Lets just go ahead with it.
J. The Solar Key energizes through very powerful harmonic resonances, accentuating the solar frequency patterns. The Cosmic Christ Star Brethren are Channeling the solar resonance through the Solar Key, they have determined a way to channel this in a usable energy to the global relay pattern of light ships over areas where hatred and desperation are afflicting the capacity and ability for earth to balance the discord. They are creating a harmonic grid around our planet.
The relay is like placing crystal bowls into the places in our orbital field and relaying the pattern. One receives vibrations from the Solar Key and generates it. The other light ships receive it and they, in turn, relay it into the places where harmonics of low frequencies of desperation and fear are dictating reality. These are called holographic locks in the psyche of the collective.
Many of them were not able to enter the Earth field until they could enter through the Galactic Pleiadian Star Gate, the entry point of the light ship is an essential part of their ability to adapt their system to our environment and be able to use their energy technology to assist the Earth. They are relaying tones and overtones of harmony, compassion, kindness.
S. Forgiveness?
J. No, grace, grace is beyond forgiveness. When there is grace, there is no call to forgive. Forgiveness is a process. They are talking about non process. They are talking about harmonic tones. Forgiveness is an action. Specific frequency patterns of the energies of harmony, compassion, kindness and grace are emanated in the Harmonic Overtones the Star Brethren are channeling to Earth.
S. Love?
J. They are all in the vibration of love. Love is an expression of Creation. These are particular frequencies that they have been able to establish, wave forms of the vibration of kindness, harmony, compassion and grace. They are generating this tone that is beyond our audible range. It is non audible to us. The best way to understand it is, a symphony of vibration, harmonics that have been specifically charged with solar frequencies and channeled through the Solar Key, then just played. They are channeling it but they are not targeting it at anything with any agenda or using any kind of laser technology. It is not that. It is just a harmonic wave like an energy bath. Just generating this vibration.
I feel like I am going to pass out. I am struggling to stay conscious.
The reason they are contacting us is to optimize the transference patterns through the 131313, channeled through the sanctuary into the grid. That the harmonics of compassion, kindness, grace and harmony be generated through us into the grid. They ask us to visualize waves of these overtones bathing the planet with light and, of course, love is the essential consciousness that carries these waves forms.
If you can imagine, they have been able to determine the wave pattern that is generated from the brain when a person is in a state of compassion. When they are thinking of kindness or things that I have spoken of and they are using that pattern as a macro-generator energy to just produce waves of energy streaming through our orbital field and into the world grid through cooperating energy centers such as the sanctuary.
The Arcturians are directly involved with sponsoring this Galactic Harmonic Concert or frequency field.
They are not changing anything because that would be a violation of free will. It simply is a way of offering a gift that the humans that are already in a state of compassion, kindness, harmony and grace, will open naturally to be receptive to these wave frequencies. They are conductive fields and the humans who are more awake will naturally be receptive to the gift. Once this formula is generated through sufficient receptive fields then we are the perceptual holographic keys in this formula. We, of the 131313, the awakeners, will naturally be receptive to the harmonics and naturally generate the brain wave from the perceptual fields, the perceptual holographic mind.
This is a holographic overtone that is natural. I am to call it holographic energy technology. I am receiving this transmission from the Arcturian Light Ship. The Arcturians are asking that the ground crew, the team, that we, who work with the Star Brethren, are aware of this assistance and agree, of our own free will, to generate the frequencies by setting intention through our through our perceptual holographic mind into the Earth hologram. That is the purpose. There are 2 reasons. The first is generate frequencies that enhance the negative ionic fields over areas that are in such distress that it is actually afflicting the Earth’s hologram. The Chaos factor is extremely high on Earth making emotions volatile and affecting the seismographic activity of the planet. The second and primary purpose is for the Star Seeds to cooperate with the Star Beings (Brethren) to facilitate an acceleration of the frequencies into a quantum field. This is the plan and, by our free will, cooperate as Earth’s part of the team, to generate primary holographic vibration that stabilizes the Chaos Factor.
Our crystal light bodies are the alchemy, the power of alchemy. Once we receive this holographic tone, we channel it through our Crystal Light Bodies with intention to create perceptual reality through visualization and cooperation with this star project of compassion. There are many Star Brethren that are ready to participate with you as individuals.
Visualize the action of kindness, the action of grace, the action of harmony, the action of compassion. The visualization of the action is a level of manifestation of the holographic mind. The Cosmic Christ Councils are the main coordinators of this gift. However there are light ships from many other regions and galaxies. There are many light ships that have come to help us now through the Galactic Pleiadian Star Gate, the Galactic Star Gate. These Light Ships come from distant Universes and are working with The Galactic Councils of Light. There are 1000’s of them in many places working at long distance, through time and space, directly.
The harmonics of this vibration is like a transfusion for Earth. The Arcturians have determined that the chaos factor is very high on earth, we are at a very high risk of upsetting the fragile ability for the planet to maintain any form of balance. We are at a critical point. The Chaos Factor is very high and the Earth is responding to the magnetics with a trembling. This cooperation is essential for our safe movement through this very narrow plane. We are moving through a very narrow plane.
They are talking about condensed magnetism. We are moving through a magnetic belt. (a lot of energy is coming in with that. My body wants to tremble.)
S. Bring in the Blue.
J. They said that my body is the transducer for this and I am not just receiving the message. I am transmitting the intense electro magnetic energy, very high velocity. It is very uncomfortable for my body right now. The Arcturians are speaking of a radon field. They are speaking of a magnetic belt and a radon field. The potential is catastrophic.
The Galactic Source scientists determined that we are moving through this narrow plane radon field, magnetic belt. That it would adversely affect magnetism of ionic particles moving in through chaos into a positive ionic plane. I am sure there are better scientists that could help me talk about this. They are just calling it the Chaos Factor.
J. I am sorry if this sounds silly but they are using a song right now to help me. Hallelujah. We have heard it a lot lately. I can’t think of the name. Sings. Ellen loved this song. It is one that has been composed called Hallelujah. A modern song. They started using the song and the words to the song and me hearing the song actually helped my body. When I started hearing the song I can’t repeat it but I know it very well. It is not a religious song. You would recognize it.
W. It is not important that we hear it.
J. It has released the challenge in my body.
The Arcturians are communicating to me telepathically again. They said that there are many star beings on the planet that need to receive this transmission from the Galactic Elohim of Peace, the Galactic Councils of Light, the Elohim of Peace. It is important that we get this knowledge to the star beings, the star seeds, beyond our network of the 131313. That those who are so guided, tune in as they receive this transmission to their particular Council. Because there are so many star beings on the planet right now. They have councils working with them.
These councils have different capacities. They come from many vast and different places in the Galaxy. Just because you are Pleiadian doesn’t mean that you are part of the same star council. Pleiades is vast. Arcturus is vast. Andomenda is vast. And we have star seeds all over the planet from the Cosmic Christ Councils of Alpha Centuarian, Andomedan, Arcturian, Orion, Sirian, Antibidan and Pleiadian.

J. I am thinking of the 7 Cosmic Christ Star Councils that were just mentioned.
S. Then the 8th as Venusian.
This transmission is specifically given for the Star Seeds, the Star Beings here on the planet to cooperate with their councils, like you said all the Councils and all the guides, the ET guides, the ultraterrestial guides. Because they must strength the Harmonic Grid on the planet. It is urgent. I know I shouldn’t use the word urgent but it is urgent. This magnetic belt that we are going through, has a very intense photonic charge and is charged with random radon particles. It is really intense.
I feel people will respond by doing personal and group meditations and receive energies from the Star Brethren, and the Star Councils. The miracle is that we are not alone there are so many Galactic Beings of Light that are here to assist us move through the chaos safely.
