World Disclosure Day is a Day of Introduction. Whenever a circle of friends gets together, introductions of strangers takes place as a first order of business so that interaction and the process of getting to know you can begin.
On this day, the strangers among us are the galactics. By “galactics” I mean anyone from off-planet in this or any other galaxy.
The galactics, as I understand it, are here from different times, places,and dimensions. Some are here from our future and are ascended, as we will be. Some may be thought of as being here from our past, because they seeded this Earth with our progenitors.

Some are here from other planes in the universe and have energy quotients of light and love to bring us to promote the Ascension that SaLuSa implies. They have new technology to give to us, some of which has been sequestered up till now by the planet’s controllers. Some are here from different dimensions and have come to bring us wisdom and understanding.
All of them have come to prepare and mentor us for a planetary transformation on or before Winter Solstice 2012.
SaLuSa introduced his group, the Galactic Federation of Light, in this way:
“We of the Galactic Federation are the bringers of Love and Light, as that is our way and consistent with our more enlightened spiritual approach. You are as much a part of us as we are you, and undeniably connected through eons of time. We recognize and accept the existence of the Creator of All That Is, and in that we are aware that our source is the same as yours.
“We may have travelled different paths and exist on a higher dimension than yours, but on another level we are all together in the Now. We are on a journey through creation, and soon you will recognize and accept your own place within it. We are One and always will be, and it is time to lift up out of the darkness that has dulled your senses and caused you to forget your divine birthright.” (1)
The galactics come from star systems with names like Andromeda, Lyra, Arcturus, and the Pleiades. (2) They come from the Moon, Mars, and Venus. Surprisingly they are all of them human.

It turns out that the human form, which I believe is called the Adam Kadmon template, is common throughout the universe. Some reach it by a mammalian line of ancestry as we do, some by a reptilian, some birdlike, some marine, some plant like the EBEs in American captivity in the 1950s. (3)
They are all arranged in natural hierarchies based on degree of spiritual advancement. Some are ascended masters, some are angels, some are higher. They sit in councils and work through federations, like SaLuSa’s GF.
These galactic forces include diplomats, lightwarriors, health and medical personnel, engineers, ecologists, communicators, teachers.
They include the so-called “Earth allies” of the galactics. These humans have been born on Earth as starseeds or wanderers; they have walked into Earth life and offered their services. Of them SaLuSa said:
“Some of those amongst you who are of the Light, have positioned themselves where they can exert their influence upon the administration of your Governments. As you know, our allies are growing in numbers and serving in most useful roles to bring sanity and peace to Earth.
“They are making a difference and once we arrive they will come to the forefront, and a world movement will be started with the major countries that will gradually cover the whole world. We expect you to see signs of the changes before the year is out, but the opportunities are like the tide moving in and out all of the time.” (4)
“Our allies are of course in the thick of what is happening, and are already briefed as to what their tasks are to lift you up again. They are working directly with the Galactic Federation, and whilst dealing with your problems, are also paving the way for First Contact.” (5)
Some Earth allies are terrestrials who simply know of the galactics and are helping after having tested the galactics’ bona fides and identified them as sincere and virtuous. They monitor events, spread the word, liaise with Earth figures, keep records, and offer support in other areas.
Most extraterrestrials come from off the Earth but some come from inside the Earth, in the Inner or Hollow Earth. These are the Agarthans, a more advanced and ascended civilization that plans to work intimately with us on the reconstruction of our society and preparations for Ascension. Of them Matthew Ward said:
“There are civilizations living within the hollow Earth and occasional meetings of one or more of them and surface folks—Admiral Byrd’s diary describes his group’s friendly reception and the beauty of the people and their environment. And telepathic communication between some souls on Earth and those in other civilizations has been going on ‘close to forever.’” (6)
What the galactics have been doing for Earth has been described in various articles on this site and sections of First Contact, a compendium of quotes on Ascension 2012. (7) How they defeated the cabal, prepared the abundance economy, mitigated catastrophes and disasters upon Earth, and kept the planet from being destroyed were all discussed.
And what they are here to do has also been explained. We will get a chance to meet them, to ride in their ships if we feel so inclined (not if we don’t), and generally to get to know them.
Once we listen to them, they will reveal our future, the reasons for it, and how we will prosper in it. They’ll describe the cosmic cycle we are in, its end, and our destiny. They will describe what is fated to take place on Winter Solstice, 2012 or earlier.
They’ll describe the changes they can help us make for ourselves in transport, energy, food, pollution control, need satisfaction, spirituality.
They’ll reveal to us our history in its fulness, from the Akashi records, from buried documents, and from unsuspected sources. It will be indisputable, fairly established, and compassionately developed.
They’ll transfer us from polluting hydrocarbons to clean free energy. They will introduce technologies that will reverse disease and restore our diminished capabilities. We’ll experience all the wonderful capacities and characteristics that advancing from this realm of duality to a realm of unity will bring.
We’ll travel with them to their home realms, meet their friends, families, and colleagues. Eventually, we’ll share adventures with them and serve other populations. All of this awaits us once we meet and welcome our friends from this and other galaxies in the event we know of as “Disclosure.”
