Verismo and some of Tom Bearden’s other works around the Net show that Bearden and his colleague Frank Golden were practically the only people in the United States known to be aware of and tracking Soviet use of scalar weapons in the 1970s through the 1990s.
Bearden eventually discovered that some U.S. departments within the Military-Industrial Complex actually knew about and were developing scalar weapons but they were even keeping their work hidden from everyone else within the American government, so rampant was the culture of secrecy.
If Dr. Judy Wood is right, then, by Sept. 11, 2001, Americans had learned to use scalar weapons and employed them to telling effect – on their own people. So now you have, not only Russians, but Americans themselves using scalar weapons against Americans.
Yes, thermite bombs were used to sever the steel beams, but scalar-wave weapons appear also to have been used to turn the 100 storeys into dust before they hit the ground.
They now appear to use scalar weapons to cause earthquakes and volcanic eruptions.

It appears that the Soviets have been creating drought, storms, and other kinds of weather phenomena over the United States and have destroyed numerous submarines, aircraft, spacecraft, satellites, and missiles, and created power outages and other phenomena for decades, all without the public being aware of it.
Presidents Krushchev, Brezhnev and even Gorbachev have entertained notions of complete Soviet dominance over the world at times, but stopped short of going for it.
Few of us suspected how close we came to being completed subjugated by the Soviets in the years in which they used their scalar weapons against us. Apparently they could have used them to control the minds of large masses of the population and to spread diseases – and in fact they may have.
