Robert D. Steele was a Marine Corps Infantry Officer, a Marine Corp Intelligence Officer, and a clandestine Intelligence Case Officer. He says of himself that he is basically familiar with the way that the U.S. does or does not do the craft of intelligence.
This is not a new video. It’s been on Youtube since the Spring of 2010 and was apparently made in either 2006 or 2007. It was way ahead of its time. Thanks to Geoff for reminding me of it.
It’s a good one to hear perhaps once a year because it tells us the work that needs to be done to take back the country from the dark. It validates the work that our blogs do in defeating the New World Order and the corrupt national-security state. Either Steele is a black hat turned white or he is a super-slick plant with some well-hidden disinformation. I tend to think he’s the first, but you have to watch out for yourself, given the fact that later on in the tape he disses “conspiracy theorists.”
Among the things he says is that he’s a spy saying that spying doesn’t work. It costs a fortune, he remarks, to provide a briefing report to a guy who doesn’t read (then-President Bush). Among other noteworthy comments: “We have had a failure of generalship in America. Our generals have been too eager to keep their stars and not eager enough to think for themselves and uphold the Constitution.” Well, of course, we know that it is worse than that, but it’s nice to hear this much.
He encourages us bloggers to keep exposing every aspect of what’s really happening today saying that that is the most effective way of undermining what the government is trying to do and he shows himself very much aware of what it is trying to do. Here are some of his other noteworthy comments:
“War is a racket and the only reason it is happening is that the American people are lethargic. Blog that,” he counsels us.
“Public intelligence and influence is about to take off. We are about to bury rule by secrecy.” Well, of course, this is what the galactics are saying as well and what we see happening around the world. “The intelligence guys need to go back in their box.”
“I think we’re at a turning point. I think we’re at the very beginning of an historic tidal shift in power restoring the Constitution.” Well, that’s true, right? Are we not saying the same thing? Do we not know that this historic tidal shift in power will indeed happen? Is the man not speaking 2012ese?
“It may be time to literally dump Congress on its ass and start over.” What? Is he reading Matthew Ward?
“I got thrown off Fox News for saying the global war on terror was not real. Well, it’s not.” I second that emotion and have seconded it in a number of articles on this site.
I don’t think he has it right on states seceding. I don’t think that’s going to happen.
He rattles off a great number of things we already know, but just hearing him rattle them off is like listening to the buzz in the CIA lunchroom with the bite of 9/11 Truth. It’s very validating. For me this is the 10-minute introduction to everything you want to know about the national-security state from a guy who knows practically everything you wanted to know. It’s one of those tell-all biographies.
Or is it?
I don’t think he has it right on conspiracy theorists or on secret societies like the Bilderbergers. He says the Bilderberger conventions are attended by those seeking to be on the way up and those who have peaked and are on the way down (I hope I got that quote right).
He says he prefers the theories of the incompetent to those of conspiracy theorists. Who knows? If I was super-cynical, I might say that he’s here to give us a number of bones and then throw us off the track of secret societies. But I’m not that cynical. (I may be wrong, but I’m still not that cynical.)
Robert’s blogsite is Public Intelligence Blog at https://www.phibetaiota.net/ There’s enough material on his site to keep someone busy for a lifetime reading it. Well, almost.
(If anyone wishes to make a transcript of this talk, that would be a real contribution.)
