Because many people were interpreting Matthew’s comment that Wikileaks’ document release would make “not a whit” of difference as meaning that Matthew supported the view that Wikileaks was in the service of Israel, I asked Suzy Ward to ask Matthew to clarify. Suzy’s response demonstrates that Matthew does not consider Julian Assange to be a Zionist agent.
Suzy also sent me a note asking me to clarify something which I mis-stated in another article (“I Need You to Read This Radical Suggestion and Comment Please”) and so I wish to do that here, with apologies.
I cited Matthew as having listed some trends and events in our world and gave the impression that Matthew was somehow summarizing the various events that were happening today. Matthew was not giving a summary of the events transpiring in the world today. He was referring to questions only that he had been asked by his readers. I apologize for misinterpreting what Matthew was actually doing.
Matthew’s Comment on Julian via Suzy Ward
Hi, Steve…
It’s fine for anyone to disagree with Matthew’s reply to the question about the impact Wikileaks will have on whatever peace progress is being made, but it’s a hell of a stretch to interpret “Not a whit” as his saying that Julian Assange is a Zionist agent!
I just asked him if he knows anything about Assange. He said that his sources in Nirvana interpret his actions to be more about freedom of information — people’s right to know what the US government feels they should not know — than to further any specific group’s cause.
Blessings for joyful holidays!
Suzy
Next an extract from Suzy’s letter on my own mis-statement of Matthew
Hi again, Steve…
Just one thing about what you wrote, meaning Matthew: He gives a long list of situations that are being discussed at the moment. I thought he was clear, that the things he mentioned specifically pertain to areas of concern he has been asked to comment on by readers. By lumping them together instead of my typing the individual questions, he could answer them all as he did.
What you wrote could be interpreted as those specific topics are the only ones being discussed — and who’s discussing them? Matthew and the others at his station? The ETs on and off-planet? US government alone or with other governments? Or maybe by folks who know what’s in Wikileaks documents? (None of the people tied their questions to W.)
