The Subject of Leadership

Catherine brought up the subject of leadership and thought it would be a good topic to discuss. I agree. So here is my interpretation of what makes a good leader.

It’s basically someone who walks their talk, and who leads by example. To me, that’s a true leader. And leaders come in all shapes, sizes, ages, colors, and more. And I think everyone who comes to this forum is a leader in their specialty. Lightworkers are leaders, but we don’t always believe it or know it or act like it, because we are a humble bunch. But I do believe that it’s time for all leaders to come out of the closet and start offering their magic to the rest of humanity.

Interesting subject. I always thought Jesus even without the miracles was a perfect example of a leader. Definitely hold strong personal attraction towards “leadership” … always have, however I will only lead when asked or find myself in a situation to know a “better” way forward.

I can’t and wouldn’t return to a position of “status” in 3D terms.

As long as humanity isn’t ready to embrace oneness, I will stay low and out of site. Therefore I detach any agenda or organized goal, which require any form of coordination. I hold only an ambition to master and improve myself and like to share myself and my lessons freely for all who like to receive.

This to me is 5D leadership, beyond my personal ego death 🥰🌈😘

Thank you for this interesting subject!

I think leadership needs to switch from its 3D emphasis on professional full-time leaders and from the broad and permanent control they exert over a field and so many other people to a more harmonious and 5D form of collective commitment and acceptance of co-Creative responsibility, at reasonable scales.

The current 3D form of “concentrated” leadership makes no sense to me, neither in terms of possible knowledge and understanding of a single individual, available time or true dedication.
How could so few people ever harmoniously manage any large scale project, or even whole states and countries?
No matter how Service to Others some of our current leaders might be, they are generally so removed from the decisions they take and the consequences they have that it seems obvious that their policies rarely if ever benefit the whole collective… Of course, if they “enjoy” Power over Others, it’s a lot worse…

Instead, there are so many people with true mastery and understanding of various subjects, who should be able to contribute as leaders, following their own guidance and dedicating as much or as little time as they wish, to whatever is of true interest to them.
It’s my very strong belief that we should all be able to contribute to any decision, project or debate that we are interested in, at whatever scale we wish, and do so in a direct and collective fashion.
There’s no real communication obstacle that would prevent such distributed leadership, especially in our digital age. Nor do I believe that most people would be unwilling to contribute their discernment and abilities to their favorite subjects if it had real and positive impact.

I personally feel that true collective, distributed and open leadership is the Loving way to go in our New reality, and how we can all embrace our own leadership and co-Creative abilities to their fullest.
Anyone can have wonderful ideas or intense feelings about pretty much anything, and be their amazing selves in the process, so why not finally accept this truly Divine gift of human diversity and integrate it in our collective life and consciousness?
