I have come down with a very nasty illness, which the doctors labeled as covid. My husband caught whatever I have too. I am really scared because I don’t want to end up in the hospital, they’ll kill me if they know I have any kind of respiratory illness. Please help me, any advice to get better is appreciated. Even just sending love my way is helpful.

I’ll send you Light and Love first and foremost. Also I am really glad with Catherine’s advice and practical tips. Hope they resonate with you … because if they do … they will determine your reality, truth and direction.
I observe these directions as something “good”! Something “advanced” … something in “need” of progressing forward, for yourself and all “other outers” directly and indirectly connected to you.
Finally … some personal support from my part.
What do you feel? You once explained some issues with “death”. So I was wondering, if this still very much frightens you? … and what and where do you really feel this fear.
Maybe, this sounds brutal … but my intention is good. Because, please also know that “death” marks the end of something and the opportunity for “new” to arise!
So maybe, you feel fear of “transition” … and not actually “physical death”. Only because you can’t clearly remember anything other than actual physical death, your higher awareness is projecting “all” to this emotion … offering you an opportunity to clear it!?
Everything happens for a reason Alex … and at one point we Know for sure that everything and all we are offered are gifts and for our best interest!
If you “feel resistance” … they show you “lack of trust” stored in your body.
I leave it at this, because I know you are in the middle of this “crisis” and anxiously willing to “solve and leave” this.
If you can manage to “isolate” yourself and Raven from any organization … like a hospital or other institution … be able to go in “lock down” in your own house, that would be great. This way, you can focus and work on yourself and deal and heal the “real” issues.

Thank you for your advice, Catherine and Ralph. Raven and I are going to try adding zinc and vitamin d to our regimen.
I want to explain more in depth what has been going on. I started to feel sick on Monday and stayed home from work on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Wednesday, my sickness wasn’t improving as fast as I thought it would, so I went to an urgent care. I never wanted to get a covid test, but they made me do it anyway, and the test came back positive, so I have to stay home for probably two weeks.
Initially, the symptoms that I was feeling were fatigue, body aches, headaches, sore throat, coughing, and an occasionally stuffy nose. I have never had difficulty breathing, loss of taste, or fever. Today my symptoms are mild sore throat, stuffy nose, and fatigue.
Raven’s symptoms started on Wednesday, and he’s been having severe headaches, fatigue, and some coughing. Illnesses always seem to attack him in his head, much more than me. He has been showing some improvements, and he was in a good mood last night.
We both always feel like garbage when we wake up in the morning, but it gets better as the day goes on. I really appreciate all the resources that you shared, Catherine, thank you. I am worried about how expensive the prescriptions would be without insurance. We’re going to lose two weeks of pay, so I’m hesitant to take that option.

Anael, for whatever reason, I came to the forum part of this site and then decided to see what you are needing help in. Catherine gave excellent advice. FLCCC is one site that I would utilize if I had c0vid symptoms. Also, I have started taking olive leaf extract, a well-researched adjunct to ridding the body of viruses, bacteria, fungus (mold) and parasites, while not harming our good bacteria. Recently, I started at 1000 mg a day, in divided doses, then worked up to 4500 mg a day, for about 3 days, to eliminate any viruses hanging on. Now I’m on a maintenance dose of 1000 mg a day, divided, and plan to be there, for life, if I can.
A book that I have read, that is gospel, to me, in understanding OLE, comprehensively explains that OLE could be a major player in eliminating the above mentioned ‘un-supporting’ invaders of our bodies that have plagued humanity for millenia. Written in 1997 by Dr. Morton Walker, it’s called ‘Olive Leaf Extract, Nature’s Antibiotic’.

Idk if I can name a brand on this site. It might not be allowed. One product that I’ve used, that has 450 mg OLE per capsule, has the following info re its product, and you might be able to find it by comparing the wording here with what you search for:
……. is the actual manufacturer of this product. ……. workers harvest these leaves from our local trees each winter. The olive trees are grown without the use of any chemicals or pesticides.
Extraction: ……. uses a freshwater, mechanical concentration process without the use of any chemical, solvent, or high temperature. There are over 8 phytochemicals besides oleuropein that are found in olive leaves, and also in olive oil, and in the bark and roots of the olive tree. ……. Anael, yes, I believe that you found the product that I use. I have not researched to see what OLE supplements could be the better ones to use, but have used the one recommended by my health food store’s supplement associate, this Sea—-. 450 mg per capsule. That’s awesome that you found a good deal on it.

Hi Alex,
Thank you for this addon. I personally am “existing in a reality” … my truth … the whole Covid is a sham and the Covid tests keep it in motion. However, this is my truth. I am constantly and consciously feeding this truth and reality into this version and manifestation!
If this were to be your truth too? … than there wouldn’t be anything to worry about … really! Why? Because this test predicts the verdict “Covid” even on fruits and soda. So what is its actual value? It sure isn’t truth!
Anyway … if you hold this truth too … you are only “sick”. You have been sick before. But now, you have the “permission” to heal and cure completely, before resuming society and all who dwell in it.
Most probably, you are “updating and upgrading” your body frequency (ascension symptoms). But nobody or very few believe and exist on this same level of understanding in the “normal” outside world. Let them be in theirs … while you stay in yours.
As to the financial “issue”. This too is a part of the whole fear vibration and humans “lack” construction … as Catherine beautifully expressed in her latest article.
Stay in the Now Alex. Drink enough water. Sleep as often as you can and try if possible to “observe” your feelings. Allow your emotions to exist, caress and embrace them as you would your “ego child”.
Focus on recovery, curing and healing.

Now there is a great “trick”!! You simply flip 🙃 what you “don’t like or desire” and it “Becomes” the opposite!
Now, wasn’t this also explained by our ascended channeled guides?? Didn’t they tell us … all is Love … and fear doesn’t exist!? Fear is an illusion and only holds the perspective of the “absence of love”.
So fear is the Non existing flip side of Love. Therefore everytime we “think to observe” fear … we ARE in fact projecting “lack of love” onto ourselves and into the outside world.
I would say … case closed. Fear Disclosed!!! … Disclosure??? 😂😜🥳

Thank you Ralph. I have family and friends who will help with bills and groceries, so I’m not too worried about my financial situation. I am happy in a sense that I get some time off to spend with Raven. Regarding whether or not I believe I have covid…. I don’t know if this virus is real or not. All I know is that I’m sick with something, and it hit me hard. Society thinks I have covid so now I have to deal with the consequences. I just hope I can get better quickly so I can enjoy some of this time off.

Keep in mind that prescriptions would likely be for drugs that aren’t very expensive. At least you could find out.

Thank you, Catherine, that means a lot. We’re okay, we seem to be reaching a full recovery, and I’ve been enjoying having more energy.
Being able to relax at home and not go to work has been really nice. I think the divine conspired to make me slow down. My gut keeps telling me that I had to do this to prepare for something, or integrate something.
Anyway, I’ve been falling back into my hermit tendencies; it feels so good to be in my own world. I did get cabin fever a little bit, but I fixed that simply by going out to buy takeout.
I hope you guys are all doing well too. I apologize for not being on the forum more often, I just haven’t had the motivation to write.

To be perfectly honest Catherine … I write … to interact! Preferably with people on a similar path as myself!
Why? Because I have the desire to be … heard and seen. Although this might sound selfish, but I believe that is how the One … can observe itself!
I as a single one, need to expand and express into the … all out there … to pick up on the Light echo I am sending out. Why?
To Become Self Aware … and return back to Being in peace as … I Am.Although we are here with few, this is currently the only place … where I find like minded souls.
That’s also why I don’t understand the blog concept on the front, to only send out … without the actual love magic to happen … in the Light reflection coming back in!?
Anyway, you are my audience … as you are all as close as I can possibly get (while all over the world hahahahaha 😂)

I fully agree with Catherine … I don’t believe it will come to that. I will hold you and your loved ones in my thoughts, light and prayers.
Please do yourself a favor … notice how this “creation” in fact is a human constructed manipulation. They all exist out of actual time, which is now … but attach a linear timeline to you.
Furthermore they use the all familiar “problem, (re-)action, solution” method. This is a human tool of construction … it isn’t creation! It only “works” if the receiving creators embrace and co-create this construction into actuality.
The best solution is trust in God and focus on all positive thoughts and feelings on a daily basis. If you don’t co-create their construction … it can’t exist nor become reality! You are that powerful!
If you stay in the highest Out-come for All In-volved … you are existing beyond their level of construction. You are flying out of their reach in a higher dimension … a unity one, not a separated one.
You can do this and even assist your loved ones to do the same. Together you can’t be ignored and hold a loving light of immense power!!!! 💕💓💞🌈🙏😘
