Hi Pat,
Thank you for asking questions! This is the only way to open up to what you consider to know as your truth. Asking allows Light in and “check” ✔️ if all is still consistent “inside”. Possibly rearranging stuff, dusting it of or getting rid of all together.
Asking a question is Truth seeking … looking In rather than Out … although they are One. Within this Truth seeking you come about Self Awareness, which in fact IS spirituality.
How do you see … the unseen? Knowing the unknown?
My personal clarity I developed is accept “All is an illusion within One!”
From there you find many “Lies within current Reality”, which is kind of funny looking back at it … “Lies within an illusion” hahahahaha 😂😂🤣. Anyway, these lies hold many levels of “darkness” … all the way to the horrible and unimaginable (who in itself are just definitions within awareness).
Within this journey I found outrages injustice in the outside world, that lead me all the way back to my ego. My own ego holding me prison in One Truth only, my individual One above all Others (hierarchy). I held the key to define all, within a scale of Good and Bad.
With this key, this ring to rule all other rings, I held power for justice. I claimed justice in the outside world for all people to finally change to my standards of Good and Just.
This constant observing the outside through my justice glasses, held me within judgement as a self among others.Once I saw the “NOT” within the ONE, I began to see Truly. From this point onwards I discovered many other “nots” as knots, contours, resistance around Light. Some could only be felt to exist, because of the heavier, colder and more fearful energy surrounding it … hiding, shape shifting, blaiming and running, horrified to be discovered.
4D and up, always starts with the awareness the 3D is just a collective accepted Truth we jointly Construct and perceive as Reality.
Ones ONE realizes Truth is a journey within ALL illusion, you found the ONLY ONE TRUTH. Than you come to see the unseen, know the unknown, feel the all … you enter into the multi Dimensional Now … You are Grounded in the 5th Dimension.

Thanks 😊. It’s kind of funny how we like to grasp and know the truth mentally, while in the end it’s all about Feeling.
I guess we are to some degree able to live within our semi-awake daily highly routine based reality … until we have gathered sufficient Light to wash us up on the inside. This then becomes emotional debris and is out of balance with our inner truth.
From there the “need” for balance restoration starts. For many just back into the matrix tombola … claiming and blaiming “others” with conditional love, while some have found the real cause of this imbalance within.
They are on the Truth seeking Spiritual path discovering SELF.
Pondering and going out in the field like you very correctly point out, feeling your Truth just around the Grounded Truth we hold Now.
I smile at you and equally at myself hahahahaha 😂

Wasn’t a coincidence. When I was writing about the “key” I saw the equal analogy with The Lord of the Rings and the ever watching judging eye 👁️. That intuition had me put it in between the rest of the writing.
Light Energy In ~ Light Energy Out!
Although it requires a “condition” to BE in the same wavelength, on the same page, the same awareness, the same spiritual frequency band 😉

I have been out there in the field, that’s how I describe when I go out into life to learn something or to experiment with something. I go out into the field and that’s where I have been, pondering the question I posed.
Here are some insights I became aware of. You “feel” your way around the new terrain. Impressions, sensings, visions, opening yourself up to something new to come to you (allowing), this is what makes sense to me to try on for size when learning to see something you don’t know exists yet. Lately sometimes I catch a glimpse of something out of the corner of my eye, and I am referring to my 3-D eye. It occurs in physical reality. I’ve come to know that it’s either something new entering my life or something worn out that is leaving.
I think this is the beginning of being able to see what you don’t know exists. This appearance of something that wafts in or out of your awareness. And I find that very exciting!

To add to the topic.
Another way we’ll see something is when we create it. Maybe that thing we can’t see hasn’t been thought about or pondered yet by us. Once we start fleshing it out with our feelings, thoughts and desires, the manifestation process will take over and make it appear.
Now if only the timing of the manifestation would cooperate with our wishes. The universe–in co-creation with us–usually seems to have other plans.

Thank you for adding to this topic, Pat. I’ve read in several places, and I’m thinking particularly of Matthew Ward’s books and messages, that part of the dimensional shift we are undergoing will result in changing the timing of our intentions and manifesting work. In 3-D, we intend, consciously or unconsciously – usually unconsciously — something that will result in an outcome. And the outcome might be months, years, or even lifetimes in the future. Where we are heading dimensionally, the outcome will be moved to much closer to the time we intend something, so the cause-and-effect will be much more obvious. Kinda like instant karma! 😃

Imagination would be my answer, or part of it. Imagination is much more than make-believe. I don’t know if anyone here knows of a channeled entity called Bashar, but I’ve learned from him that tapping into your imagination and trusting it is how you begin to learn to channel your own beings. I’ve been using it and it’s been working.
I can’t imagine 5-D, but according to some instruction Bashar gave last year, I sometimes do meditations where I channel my future self. My image of my future self comes from how I know I want to be, who I am in the process of becoming and I know who and how that person is. So I can use my imagination to connect with my future self, as I want myself to be, and I’ve asked her how she got that way and she responds and I learn what I have to do to become like her, which is how I want to be. It all happens in the imagination. And I imagine her as being in 5D.

Love your presence in the forum. Nowadays I more often “spit out directly” what I intuitivly sense in the moment, when I connect with an “expression” a person is presenting me … or in plain English … someone is writing or saying.
I am however aware this person exists within my personal frequency band I am able to tab into … offered, allowed, shown.Reading your “power of imagination” to term and value it, gave me this intuition … “Imagine Being (in) a Planet/World/Reality. You hold the potential to reach beyond the individual and even the collective.”
Just wanted to offer this insight to you and others, who are exploring their Spiritual Self within All imagination possibilities.

Hi Ralph :-). Thanks for your reply and confirmation. So this is what it feels like to share with people who can understand you. So nice to be able to interact with people on a similar wavelength to me. What a different experience I’m not used to having!
To add to what you said, I am also quite bad at visualization. It vexes me. However, because I am connected to who I am and have a visceral sense of who and how I want to be, maybe from knowing my soul, I can envision me in the future being that being and then I can start from her and describe the sort of world and environment and society she lives in. If it’s not 5-D, it will at least be the world I want to live in.
I noticed I made a typo in my original message and am now not able to correct it: “to” vs. “too.” Mildly distressing for a translator/proofreader/writer (as yet unpublished).

This is the best compliment to yourself and all others forming this forum. You probably reached the self awareness “equals attract … not opposites”.
In regards to your other remarks, yes I got that. However I equally “got” the intuition to reach beyond the individual and “enhance/focus” on your collective/planetary Self. Yes this is possiblity strange within a human individual experience, but non the less … this is part of your energy and light you hold.
I myself have equal and even more absurd energy as part of my awareness. We humans are trained in understanding and comprehending in linear fashion. Therefore we follow life in a processing time/space interpretation. This isn’t real, but part of the human “interface” to experience the One as All.
You are just as much a mountain as you are a planet a star or a collective inhabiting a homeworld. In your case Hadar. You are probably a representative for your people .. an ambassador.
Even if in your/our human interpretation this civilization exists in past or future times and on a very distant location in space. It is not! You hold all Now. So try to connect with All it represents … Not just a single individual within a specific dimension.Don’t start out with a limitation, start with the maximum expansion you can tab into! From there hold on to this most center point and feeling, and draw it ever further into existence, memory and realization.
Hope this helps a bit .. this is the intent I included at least. Not to confuse more hahahahaha

I am amazed at your answer! I can hardly even believe you actually used the word “ambassador”! I have been trying to learn to channel the Hadarians and I have many times used the phrase “as an ambassador to Earth”. Unfortunately, after over a year, I have not only not begun to do that, but I am finding that channeling the beings I can connect with now, such as my soul and another guide and God-knows who else “up there” seems to be a significant cause of increasing exhaustion resulting from their vibrating energy through my body. Today, for example, I’ve been bed-ridden. It’s gotten significantly worse since the start of this year. So progress on that front is going backwards.
And thanks to Bashar, I well-acquainted with the paradox of All That Is experiencing itself through each of us, but it’s still relatively new to me, so I’m still digesting it.
However, I have thoroughly “digested” the idea that there is no time and space and the idea that time is an illusion created by us shifting from one time line, or “frame” of reality to another. Again, I am eternally indebted to Bashar for explaining this over and over and over … to his audiences. “Everything is here and now.” I view things now more like a mosaic of scenes in which I choose to focus on a certain scene at any given moment.
I really didn’t expect to find anybody on here who was aware of things like this – another pleasant surprise!

In a way this is the kind of “honoring” I somehow desire for all us lightworkers currently involved in heavy lifting.

Here is another reason you can’t see something that exists, it’s because you need to clear out some energy blocks first from your being so you can see more clearly. I had to do that today. I still haven’t moved yet, and I have come to believe that it’s a combination of karma needing to complete with the person I’m living with and the extended “family” involved in the situation, and me needing to clear out some more childhood stuff I’ve been unconsciously hanging onto.
I had to look deep deep deep today to see how I was perpetuating my inability to manifest a new living situation. I’ve been clearing out a lot of childhood hurts and confusions lately and when I do, I discover that I am able to move forward on my path. I also saw today that it’s time my inner “Leader” came out of hiding and assert it’s wisdom and experience into the situation. The doors to my old life have closed. All of them. Today I sit in humility, open and receptive to all the help that surrounds me.

Spiritual Sudoku
Many times, while pondering about life, truth and spiritual awareness in general, I am blessed with visions or flashes of clarity. Intuitive gentile inner guidance is sometimes still wrapped in a fog. It needs attention and light to be unwrapped, preferably in peace.
In regards to our collective human consciousness in relation to a single human’s comprehension, I have continuously asked for clarity. Today I received “Sudoku” as an answer (light download) to this inner desire.
I will not explain Sudoku itself, only mention it’s a puzzle with only One outcome. This outcome is already defined at the very start, because of the very position of the pieces and the rules of the game. Furthermore you should know that every “number” holds a total of 9 copies that are not allowed to intersect, for this is considered a conflict to the game’s rules. As I am not into selling a game, but try to explain a conceptual model to simplify a spiritual complexity, let’s move on.
A human individual can be compared to all elements in a single Sudoku puzzle. However, the 9 numbers correspond to our former 7 chakras grounded in 1 and mirrored in 9. You could visualize a person standing between Earth and Heaven as an interface in between (and a Vortex around All).
So now how about the human collective? This concept is exactly the same! Humanity in between Earth and Heaven. Equally there is only One solution to solve this game, where each individual contributes to All chakras as a whole. So although you might think, the global humanity puzzle is a much more complex Sudoku with 8 billion possibilities, it’s not. It equally never has been, we as humanity simply lacked the awareness and thus stayed in the separation 3D ” conditional love” game all together.
Now to make it a little “more and equally less” complex how this Sudoku comparison could help to gain a better understanding. What happened and is still happening, is the rules of the game have been altered … while playing! At least from our former descented point of view.
Ultimately we managed to upgrade ourselves from formerly 7 chakras to 12 now. In comparison to the former explanation, you would thus have Earth below and Heaven above, which would make this a 14 number Sudoku. However, also this concept has changed. The Earth, Human and Heaven model has become obsolete. This “Holy Trinity Model” has resolved back into One, God’s unconditional love. Therefore you could interpret 12 human chakras around One, both In and Out (around). This would make it a 13 numbers Sudoku comparison.
This model remains still a model. However it’s our new awareness “platform” to experience ourselves, life and the Creator as One. Currently there are still many playing the old 9 based game. This old 3D game is visible from a Higher Awareness, but can’t penetrate or harm those distancing from it’s very vibrations. The players in the old 9 based game, can see and feel the Higher game and it’s players, but can’t play along until they too make the shift. This is a personal free will choice always.
Finally two remarks. The first is that I offer this model as a tool to see and understand the perceived chaos in everyday truth seeking. Depending on where you spiritually are as an individual self, you can see more than one game played out simultaneously. Truth and perception is equally based on the observer and seeker. My advice is to stay close to your inner feelings. They will always guide you best, as there is and never will be …
“One solution fits all …
Except your own as part of One”!Last remark. For those who focus on balancing and solving their own personal Sudoku as part of their Spiritual mission to Self/SELF, focus on the “numbers” you have rather than all parts missing. There is always one best next move.

In the GAoG MeWe group we have an options to post a pole. Not that many use it or offer out the clarity of their “inner belief” in answering, but that’s beyond the option itself.
I would really like to know how many in this forum think “disclosure” is an outside event?
What is to be disclosed then? To whom? To what purpose? For “them” in the unaware or for us is the aware as a confirmation of some sort. A “proof” of our joined Lightworkers effort to bring change into manifestation and realization?
If so … then what?
I truly like to hear some perceptions about this. I like to have a larger understanding. So if anyone would like to help me offer them theirs, I would really appreciate.

I’ve always thought of Disclosure as the revelation of “things that have been kept from our awareness by nefarious others.” Therefore, someone in the know (not the nefarious ones who hide things), what we might now call a “good guy” or White Hat or a force of Light, will disclose to us what has been hidden or lied about and used against us in some way.
I suppose we all go through an inner or personal Disclosure as well, for example when an outside fact is revealed and we each have to decide whether to “disclose it to ourselves” by accepting its truth. I guess it would still be personal disclosure if we rejected the revelation. Whatever we do with the information, bringing it into our awareness is a disclosure to the self…
What is to be disclosed then? To whom? To what purpose? For “them” in the unaware or for us is the aware as a confirmation of some sort. A “proof” of our joined Lightworkers effort to bring change into manifestation and realization.
I think its purpose would be both to confirm to “us in the know” and reveal to the unaware, certain facts that have been buried in order to enslave humans and enrich controllers, in the simplest definition.

I’ll second Catherines thoughts in that I also believe disclosure is not only to show those unawake that the world has been hoodwinked but also a confirmation of our (the awakened ones) knowings.
If so … then what?
I think this part will happen organically day by day. We could speculate for days I’m sure about how people will react and what may or may not happen. For me, I’m readying my mental and spiritual surfboard so when the repeating waves of disclosures come in a form that makes things known globally to all, I can ride the waves with stability and not be overcome by the torrent of confusion and tangled thoughts of having ones long held beliefs shown to be false that many will experience, so I may assist those willing to receive my words who are lost in the bewilderment of having their world turned upside down.

I think the kind of disclosure that the public thinks about or would think about is when ships come down to land and aliens walk out. I’d like to see that, but most of humanity isn’t ready for it yet. That is my understanding. I don’t really think about disclosure that much because I do think it’s a ways away in our time frame. I do think it’s about helping humanity. That’s the bottom line. The Galactics have so much to offer us in terms of technology, enlightenment, new ways of doing things that are healthy for the earth, new ways of behaving and thinking about life and so on….we could gain a great deal from them.
I do think Galactics disclose themselves to individuals that are receptive to them, and that is an inner thing I believe. Although I have known people who can “see” other beings who are standing in front of them. I am just verbalizing what is coming to me. I have never seen another race of being in my 3-D reality, but I suppose I’ve seen them in my dreams. I do know that I channel the Arcturians when I write. (And others to a lesser extent.) But I don’t need to see them.
So anyway, disclosure probably means different things to different people, and everyone has their own experiences, so disclosure is personal for each of us until they come down in ships and show themselves in the public arena. Dang, my thinking on this subject sounds very primitive to me…..

I am going to post this here because I can’t find the post by Ralph that I am drawing from. It’s about something he posted a link to…a Kryon channeling about doors. It’s not about opening the door (of whatever it is, a new opportunity, a new situation, something new….) by using the door handle. Kryon said something about it being locked. What we have to do is go through the door.
I’ve been pondering that for several days now and it makes sense. When you are vibrating at the rate of what is on the other side of the door you wish to enter, then you are able to walk through the door because you are ready. The door dissolves. It’s not about thinking you are ready and wondering why the door won’t open. Trying to open a door using the door knob doesn’t mean you are ready. It just means you are trying to open the door because you think you are ready or it should open because you think it should.
First we must get ourselves ready for what it is we are seeking, and that means doing the inner work. Getting rid of false beliefs, negative self-talk, energy blocks that need clearing, karma that needs re-balancing, and more. It makes sense not to focus on the door, but to get yourself ready for whatever type of transformation you are seeking in your life. When you are ready, the door will be obsolete. You will just transition to the next level you are ready for.
I am using this in my efforts at finding my next living situation. No I haven’t “found” it yet because I’ve been focusing on the door and desiring it to open, thinking I was ready, but it won’t open. As each day passes I can see that there is more for me to do to get ready for the transition I seek. More inner work. Also, more listening within for guidance. I have given my efforts over to Spirit/God and I am allowing myself to be lead by the inspiration I receive. No more striving, pushing, pulling, trying to force something to happen that isn’t ready yet. No more beating my head against an immoveable object over and over. Just allow Spirit to guide me. When I’m ready, I’ll naturally walk through the door and I won’t even have to try. (Speaking as myself, but for everyone.)

So first the link was here or the one just below it …
Allow me to offer you and others a slightly different perspective. Not to be right or more advanced, just some clarity I gathered along my personal path … I like to offer freely for others to ponder on, grasp what they like, use it to look at things from another angel or use it as a “resisting” energy to create some “ground” to separate themselves from!
In other words “unconditional Light” freely offered.
First my clarity on the “door”. When you know not to BE your body, you arrive at one point also at an understanding … physicality is just an aspect of you. It’s a part of the whole, while equally All is One. This seams like a contradiction … but only within a “duality reality” where logic rules apply (A or B, A and B, A Not B unless A is equal to B).
This logic fight or flight mechanism is the area of the reptilian brain and your ego controlling self.In a higher awareness existence, All operates within the Quantum Energy Field of All possibilities at ones in the Now. Human Awareness is evolving into this Collective understanding and into Multi Dimensionality.
If you have lifted yourself up spiritually, you will reach an understanding from where you have been … as in two places … the 3D and the Not 3D. This signifies the “door”.
Now back to the analogy with the door handle and why you are unable to open it this way.
If you try to open an obstacle, a border, a door you have created yourself … you will never succeed! Why?
Because you have to grow to a level of awareness … You from a “former, higher/lower” awareness … created/is creating this obstacle Your Self!!!You can Not Uncreate something!! You have to “Universal Law of Elimination” to allow it to let go! “It” (the obstacle, limitation, door) has served it’s purpose … you have outgrown it, you are ascending … walking through the door and afterwards “looking back” realize … the “door” isn’t there anymore.
Hope people find some “Light” in this to help them.

For me “disclosure” is all about self realization to some or multiple levels of “former” compensation (as in here)
These outer/inner “events” are all personal and will happen “slowly” or “suddenly” or small or big spiritual shifts.
However equally “groups” hold a “collective” self awareness as the “I AM”. Earth humanity is one, just as the “Light Workers” collective community is both a sub-part of Humanity and Extraterrestrial Awareness.
Very exciting how this will all come into manifestation! 🥰😚😇

Equally so I “feel” an “inner knowing”, we as “Light workers” are shifting ourselves from our “former” human self awareness into our “Extraterrestrial” self awareness and in such activating former dormant DNA. Becoming our Extraterrestrial Selves as boots on the ground ambassadors.

When we choose from the Heart, I know we are aligned.

So since we are all One, I know that you are Love and choose Love… when you are in your HEART and not the head. The Heart that is the True You, Your True Natural Essence.It’s so interesting…. In the past, when times weren’t as dire as they are at the moment, I have chosen all kinds of things, thinking it was what I truly wanted.
So I in the past I chose chaos, I chose separation, I chose pain, I chose desperation and separateness.
I fooled myself.
I delayed the inevitable.
No more.Now I choose Peace, and Joy, and Sacredness, and Health, and Abundance and and Love…. For me and everyone in the world…
No matter their religion, race, creed, culture or biological identity.
No matter where they grew up, what they do or whether they are Democrat or Republican or Libertarian. No matter their skin color, or gender or sexual identity.
No matter.
For we are all One.The time to choose is now.

It’s very timely. I’ve been enjoying and beaming some intense Joy, Serenity, Trust, Gratitude and Abundance for a few days as a result of finally choosing them and thinking-feeling much along the same lines since then. It’s quite an amazing ride.
I’m sold, please save me a seat!To be honest, I don’t know what to think about the timelines splitting…
I’m not sure at this point that we as Humanity would agree to leaving anyone behind who didn’t or couldn’t realize they had to choose. I think we mean to bring everyone who may possibly want to go along?
On the other hand it indeed felt like my decision was suddenly due and, somehow, finally possible to make at the exact same time. I’m guessing the timing there is more of a personal than collective nature.
The experience has partly subsided right now but the feeling of having cast my “spiritual vote” remains. It should be interesting to see whether I can maintain this New “aware choice of dedication” through everyday life!in Loving Kindness,

What an interesting experience, Julien. I hope you will post updates on maintaining your new attitude in everyday life. Isn’t that always the challenge?! I do great when I’m just sitting here not having to do anything or interact with anybody!
I find it really interesting that you felt you made a choice. I also feel “something happened” and I have made a choice but I’m not totally sure what it was! I do feel that we are moving in some way irretrievably forward.
I devoutly hope that all humans who wish to come along into the lighted timeline or timelines do have that knowledge and can make that choice. I agree that most compassionate humans won’t want to leave anybody behind simply because they didn’t realize there was a choice to make, or for whatever reason, were unable to make a decision.
Many will say that on soul level, we all “know“ so perhaps it’s moot…

Hello my lovely friends,
I like to offer a “thought” experiment. How can you read between the lines? How can you believe a magician, observing it’s show and project the experience “real” to it … knowing it’s a trick!?
How you do that is with your awareness in combination with your intent, this way you create a focussed mindfulness. This electro mind focus works very much like a compass needle pointing north. It’s a lense to pinpoint your brain and your thoughts. You determine the direction.
On the other end of this compass needle, there is always a point pulled and attracted to the south. When you decide to “investigate” the outer north, you are equally feeling your inner south.Now if you know this to be true, that this is how you steer your human individual body … you could find out how powerful you truly are. Because what happens from this compass (compassion 😉) exercise is you can steer your feelings. Maybe it needs practice … probably first an effort to stay away from low, dark, disturbing and chaotic feelings … stay in the calm and peaceful area and in such neutralize former lower stored attachments … but after a while you will master this exercise.
Now combine this with the knowledge of who you are. If you Know you are Creator and your Creations Co-Create on a large enormous Space around you … you would at some point consider your part within the whole, would you not?
Anyway, what we have learned is that not so much our thoughts or words of prayer create reality, but the magnetic field we radiate out! It’s all about the feelings!! So you steer your thoughts, they enable your feelings and combined they determine your personal frequency, your life contribution to All around you.
Lastly, the frequencies are you and will always return to you in Time/Space.
Therefore I ask … do I need to unravel the magicians trick? … or enjoy the illusion!? Do I need to catch the lier in the act, confronting them with judgement? Do I need to go any or all rabbit holes, to become sure about my own suspicion of dark plots?
How high will these discoveries raise my vibration? Only to a level of having been right … and yes this is higher as staying in doubts of possibly being wrong. Nonetheless, it’s a fairly minor contribution on a global scale … it’s “only” a duality vibration from “bad” to “good”, within human understanding of judgement.I dare everyone to ponder on this and ask yourself, how can I contribute my Creator and Co-Creator frequency to the max? In my humble opinion is start with forgiveness of self and past contributions to the collective. After that step out of any and all judgement and move yourself away from the whole matrix school for all souls. Lastly focus on joy, accept the illusion and all magicians playing their part doing their tricks. Have a little fun or look in the direction, where you see beauty and love.
“Ignoring” lower acts in the matrix isn’t the same as denial, giving up or being weak .. it’s just maximize yourself as You within All!!!

Here’s another question along the lines of the subject of this thread. It came to me as I’ve been pondering the help I’ve been receiving on the “moving” thread, especially from Ralph.
I was told to ponder solutions instead of problems. Think about solutions, not the problem. Don’t think about the problem I have of not being able to find a place to move to, think about solutions.
So the questions is: how do you find solutions to a problem when you don’t know the solutions to the problem? How do you go about doing this, exactly?

Hi Pat,
Appears like a “problem” as in a “contradiction or dilemma”, doesn’t it? You should look at it from the awareness you carry inside! This awareness is build around several of your bodies … where your Mental- and Emotional body are the main parts in a seaming “duality” frequency span, within two extremes.
Unfortunately you aren’t alone in your physical body, because your “outer” bodies (etherical and spiritual) are also a part of you. In your “outer” awareness you reflect a “problem” back at you within your physical body. In this awareness you, as human Pat, accept this challenge as yours … label it as “problem” and start looking out for a “solution” … for you this is moving out, looking at a different shelter or home.
Within this “challenge” you integrate some conditions from your side … your desire for a new home as within your preference … CA, financial feasible, clean, within acceptable time.
Because of the time passed and reactions from the outside, you feel pressure and stress, recollection of fear … because you want to “act” good. This acting “good” you confuse with … Being “good” … and this is a mistake and lesson for you Pat. You can never Be anything than Good and Love!! Why because you aren’t just your physical human body!! You are All your awareness , including all people you experience as your outside.
All people involved around this “problem” are responsible for a “solution”, because you all hold part of the Higher overall awareness. However, some individuals exist in Higher Awareness … you Pat, while others outside of you exist in a Lower Awareness … pointing out, trying to “control over others” in stead of “control over self” or “mastering self”.
I hope this helps a bit to step out of the “problem” Pat. Step into your Higher Master Self and stay in your center of Light … Being Good … and try to destress yourself. This is what Light Workers do, they’re turn back Into their Lightbody … hold their centre, their peace, their strength … and radiate out the maximum of their Inner Light … the outer world can handle.
You are demanding Light alignment All around you … stepping into your Creator Self … Trusting One and All!!
Still supporting you from my side, just as you are supported by many invisible others equally at your side … the centre … beyond any perceived “problem/solution” battle on human collective consciousness.

Hi Pat,
The way I usually go about finding solutions I don’t know yet is by “probing myself” about what they may feel like. I’ll try to explain what I do in practice.
First, a bit of context: I’m a believer in Manifestation being caused by simultaneous expression of coherent emotions and thoughts, while envisioning that which I want to manifest as existing Now, thus truly experiencing it as if it were already real.
The reason I mention it is that I use a similar process to probe for solutions to a problem.Specifically, I’d start by choosing and experiencing the state of Being I’d like the solution to feel like. That’s generally quite easy to know since it’s often about finding the duals to what the problem feels like. To give a random example, let’s say I’d felt trapped in some situation for a few weeks and everything felt really pointless at that point, the duals would be Freedom and Purpose.
I’d then start envisioning a quite vague situation in my heart-mind that may feel like a purified version of that. In my example, Freedom feels like standing on a mountain top in the wind, for me… I’m talking about “stereotypical feelings and images” here.
From that point onward, I’d refine this situation/solution gradually, guided by what experiencing it Now feels like and by bringing it closer and closer to a real solution.
In order to do that, I like to go “back and forth” between what I’m feeling relative to the problem and what I’d like to feel relative to the solution. I think this helps me to gradually make it more concrete and specific and to gain insights about it.
To keep the random example, I’d go back and forth every few minutes from “I’m so sick of doing such and such pointless things and feeling trapped in this process” and what it evokes in me to the feelings of Freedom and Purpose and the associated situation in my imagination.
It may then for example start looking and feeling like simply going for a day-long walk in the woods and knowing intimately that the situation will feel fine on the next day.
Or it may turn into a realization that I’m making this situation a problem through some unaware and very repetitive thoughts throughout my day.
Or something really surprising may “pop into my awareness” at times.
As a stronger example to the “realization type”, I remember noticing quite a few years back that I’d had barely conscious “I hate myself” thoughts crossing my mind multiple times a day, probably for 5 years or so (yep…), by doing this exact kind of work on Self-Love and Self-Forgiveness as duals to the strong personal dissatisfaction I experienced at times. These thoughts stopped in a few days afterwards… and I realized I had never really looked into what the “friction point” was between my problem and the experiences I desired in its stead.
As such, it’s mostly about envisioning the state of Being I’d enjoy experiencing instead of the problem and then probing for possible situations that may feel like it or for stuff that I’m doing and that prevents it. Those just “coalesce” in my mind from the feeling and reality I’m looking for. I then usually start knowing and feeling what the right solutions may be, or what I’m doing and need to start paying attention to.I’m not sure if that’s usable for everything in life, obviously, nor in your precise situation, but I can attest that it allows me to know what I should “aim for”. In my case that’s often the missing step; I tend to focus on the problem.
Usually, even when external factors are at play in the problem or lack of solutions, once I’ve experienced these solutions as if they truly existed Now, “lived them”, thought as if I was in them and felt what they’d feel like, I’ve notice that it tends to unlock things in my reality. And well, at worse, it at least felt good “daydreaming” about them for a time and it usually makes me less obsessed about the problem.
