Let us chat here about the person behind the light worker, give each other a heads up and possibly some advice from your own experience or intuition.
Also take the opportunity to inform others around here how you are actually doing on a daily basis … or some things you’re “sometimes” struggling with.

Let me do the kickoff myself.
As mentioned in the introduction thread … I’m doing great. Since February I’m involved in a romantic relationship. Within no time and with light speed we connected, mirror eachother on various levels. It’s amazing.
She was and technically still is married, however speeded up the divorce. It appears her husband has many narcissists characteristics. Not so long ago she “discovered” this personality disorder. Many things have become very clear to her since.
Why she was always tired, stressed out at home, energetically blocked and on guard, seeking out of home balancing and much more.
We both have read allot over the last few months and things are progressing for herself and her environment. She now has a temporary home for herself from where she can take care of her two small children and manage the divorce.
Narcissists are roughly categorized in two groups … the open and the covert ones.
Also narcissists maintain “relationships” with their “subjects” who will always develop a co-dependancy with their narcissistic relationship.
Narcissists have somehow blocked the ability to be empathic towards anyone. They don’t feel for anyone … except themselves.
…
Anyway. A most interesting human phenomenon, which is more widely spread than anyone would think. The human collective and our modern society are built around narcissists in hierarchical top down structures. Most protect eachother or can stay hidden.
From a spiritual point of view, they are very scared individuals mostly with a lot of power, wealth or influence. My personal guess is they are loosing ground fast in the shifting world … making them “seek out” eachother at lower frequencies built around victim – perpetrator duality awareness and energies.
Their egos are slowly “forced” to adapt, let go of their current and former subjects, do some long over due shadow work themselves and ultimately find the way to their hearts.
Leave it with that for now. My new partner and I, are doing great. Love and happiness is winning ground and life is much more fun nowadays.

Ralph, good to hear that’s going well for you, sounds like a good match. I tend to reject 3D human psychology definitions, but I do know that many of the relationship problems that in the past would have been swept under the rug, in the last year have been pulled to the surface and pushed to a breaking point.
Before I moved, I stayed with my dad for 2 months and in that time it was made apparent I simply can’t be around his energy anymore. Its a poison to me, that I had become increasingly sensitive to. Any of the energies he would give out I would inevitably reflect back to him with 3x magnification.
Now I continue to be in a stage of discovering myself, devoid of other’s influence before I can seek any meaningful interaction with people. Its weird to think about, being an empath, many of the emotions I’ve felt in the past have not been my own. I’m sure I’m not alone here in having childhood trauma that I’m still trying to clear.
Which is what has been very interesting about my recent occasions of connecting to my 5D self. Although he’s off-world and not human (part of the Urmah), his personality is exactly mine minus the negative influence of the programming and hardships I’ve had to endure in my time here. My understanding is that he agreed to an immersion program, like plugging oneself into the matrix. Which would mean my human body is an avatar, sharing the same consciousness, but without memory.
I could try to explain further but I wonder if anyone can relate?

I don’t know about 5D or anything like that. I can relate to the idea of a part of one’s being that is untouched by the suffering of the world. I know a lot of people who are suffering right now and it’s not because they aren’t conscious. A lot of houseless people I know are the sweetest most beautiful souls I’ve ever met (of course some are narcissists too because you find everything). I think there’s a way to connect with that untouched part of a person, the part that is free from programming. I don’t know how it all works out with the 5D and that way of seeing things. But I can understand what you describe. I don’t know if my interpretation was off so please forgive me if I didn’t understand what you meant.
p.s. I know there are some people doing well right now and I’m happy for them.

Hello Carla, how are you doing now?
Saw your piece in the introduction thread and felt like sending you some extra light, strength and support. I always admire people who admit they could use some assistance and advice … people who carry an open mind and ask questions. You did exactly that.
If you would read through the forum, you could find most of my contributions are about Oneness and Noweness (to introduce a new word).
Probably the best human word to become aware of is the word … Not! Why? Because this is the only word to actually mark the beginning of duality itself … from the individual self across the whole universe and multiverse around and within the soul self’s awareness.
Whenever people are explaining things about themselves, their lives, their current state or their past … self or their relation to others, they are actually doing this from their current understanding and feeling.
So when you introduced yourself Carla, you explained somethings you were able to do once … in the past and how you lost these abilities now, how you miss them and how you currently hold the impression you got “worse” and desire to be healed.
It’s to some level the same with my girlfriend. She currently holds the understanding of herself as an emphatic co-dependant in relation to her narcissistic ex.
It doesn’t matter if we become aware of ourselves different from our former “younger” bodies and world … or in relation to other people or world events. All is One Now and Always.
…
Having said that, the big question would be … “Why do we people attract things we don’t like and we don’t want?”
To a higher level within our awareness … we do attract these experiences into our being. We attract them for clearance, awareness and healing.
Therefore the first challenge wil always be … to be grateful for being offered the experience itself. Followed by going inside and ask what’s it for, what is it serving, what am I to learn from it.
Most people get stuck in lineair time or outside “other” people … doing something or inflicting something we from our individual self awareness do Not like or appreciate.
Light is always expanding and lifting up. Therefore your current self is always the highest expression of your self from the awareness of One and All Now.
Back to your “former” abilities and how “outside” influence disturbed them. Guess you had something most people aren’t even aware of. Now you gained an understanding of how most people on Earth are feeling … limited in connecting with non human life forms.
The question would be … “What is my lesson? What is my service? What am I allowed to offer or learn?”
Maybe Carla, the focus isn’t currently on healing yourself as an individual, but rather offer the actual awareness of these abilities you once had to the human collective. Explain they are real, explain they exist, express how we humans actually can all connect with other non human life forms?
I’ll leave it with this for now Carla. It’s great you found this forum.

I haven’t written again to try to put into words some of the things that crossed my mind when I read your first note in the introduction thread.
I was going to give some suggestions or ideas which I thought might be helpful to re-balance yourself , then later realized that it’s likely you are already aware and experienced in most of them … sometimes it’s a matter of reminding oneself of the value in using all the small and big things you know of ( and FREE ) that will feel positive and help you rise out this heavy dark time you’re in , and taking any small move in the right direction to get the flow started. And that can feel easier if someone’s rooting for you .
(I was curious about your age and country you’re in – just to give me perspective , but if that feels too personal to share, it’s ok to not answer.)
I wondered how long you’ve been feeling this way, Carla. From what I can tell , many of us have been going through similar things, a downward slump of losing hope or the sense of our connection to Higher self, or having physical illness or accidents/ injuries lower our energy drastically – it’s feeling to me as if these emotions and incidents are part of something big , and I’m trying to handle it as an endurance test or a challenge for me to know I can rise to.
I won’t write more for now, just really wanted to let you know I am thinking of you. May this site make a beneficial difference for you.

Thank you, Lynn, I appreciate your thoughts. Thanks for rooting for me and sending light. I can feel it!! I live in the U.S., in Oregon. I’m 40 years old. This started a couple years ago and seems to have gotten worse. I also wonder how this is connected to something bigger. There are so many prophecies about this time, and about it getting darkest before dawn. I hope that’s the case here! For all of the lightworkers around the planet. Growing things sounds so good and healthy! Yes, getting outdoors as much as possible is a good reminder. Nature is so healing.

Did I say that I could very much empathize with your initial intro here , as my husband and I are on too tiny a budget at the moment to keep up with the rising costs , so I have been doing all the ‘free’ things I know of already / and learn new ones for helping myself through the immense changes and chaos of the times …..

So glad to hear you found a healer. Possibly our intentions and light helped you to find her and or the universe to point the two of you into the same “attraction field”.
I would very much like to hear more though. Please keep us posted on your “recovery” of temporarily lost abilities. Also I would like to hear more of these abilities and possibly some new or interesting conversations with non human life forms? … if you wouldn’t mind sharing some here on this forum?

How is everyone doing?
I feel really good today. The fog is lifting, the light is shining through, guiding me. Sometimes even the things I do that seem to be poor uses of time eventually prove to be an important lesson or metaphor. Maybe its the Lion’s Gate portal that I’m feeling but I hope this energy continues past then!
