There is a subtle tremor running through the planet right now, a quiet shake under the surface that builds when energy has been held for far too long. You can feel it if you get still for a moment, that sense that something is gathering itself, not to collapse but to release. The Earth feels it and so do we, because our bodies are doing exactly what hers is doing.
You might notice it as that old familiar weight, the feeling of being stretched thin, the sense that you are carrying more than you know how to name. That is the sign that the exhale is close. The breaking point is not really a breaking at all, it is the part where everything you have been holding finally finds a way out.
And with that release come openings you could not feel before, little passages inside you where energy can finally move, places that have been waiting to unlock until you were ready to stop gripping and start letting go.
