Tom’s Thoughts and Observations
This Hathor Message is pretty self-explanatory, but I thought I would add a few things.
First of all, I don’t advise listening to this in situations requiring alertness such as driving a car.
Secondly, if you use stereo headphones or earbuds you will have a more powerful experience due to the stereo separation between the various Hathor voices.
I have listened to this sound meditation several times. And I have worked with it using the Hathors’ suggestions to heal some of my own traumas and negative memories. I found it highly effective in this regard.
But I would like to share some thoughts around healing traumas and negative memories using this meditation.
First of all, I would suggest starting with little traumas or the lesser negative memories. Then as you master these you can go on to the more difficult and intractable ones.
It is very important that you go through the basic sound meditation (that is around 9 minutes) and rest in the positive feelings that arise before going through the meditation again as a means to heal traumas and negative memories.
The trick here is to remain firmly rooted in those feelings of love, gratitude and/or appreciation while you run through your difficult memories. This may require some time to master so be patient with yourself.

A Hathor Planetary Meditation
Your world is undergoing a difficult and precarious transition.
You are in the midst of ever escalating multiple chaotic nodes, and the changes in your eco-system are increasingly unfavorable.
It is clear that you have entered the Sixth Mass extinction. These cycles are naturally occurring, and there is little that can be done to mitigate them.
Furthermore, the political and social chaos that is emerging on your Earth is amplifying the difficulties you face.
The rise of fascism across the world is very unfortunate. But as a spiritual being living a human existence the task facing you is to not only weather it, but to thrive in the midst of it.
In order to do so, from our perspective, you must find ways to stabilize coherent states of emotion, for it is the union of thought, emotion and intent that creates your reality.
With so much chaos taking place in your world more and more beings, especially humans, are agitated and destructive. If we look at the emotional state of your collective throughout the world, you are living in a sea of increasing hostility, anger, despair and hopelessness. Some of the feelings you may experience may not be your own, but are bleed-throughs from the collective distress.
One very significant element in all of this is the increase of solar activity. The solar flares and geomagnetic storms are so intense they are affecting the geology of your planet. You will see an ever increasing number of earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, as well as extreme weather anomalies, in your future.
There is a direct link between your sun and your earth. There are also increases in cosmic alignments that are greatly impacting the situation. Some of these alignments have not been seen for centuries, or even thousands of years. Your Earth and all beings upon it, including you, are part of a cosmic dance of energy that continually creates and destroys.
Many of the attributes of your civilization are being affected and morphing. One of the effects of this is that the global lies are being revealed. Those who create them and sustain them through mind control cannot keep up with the eroding of their facade. As a result more and more humans are waking up.
If you are such a person, and, we assume that you are, since you are reading this, it must feel odd to see your institutions and social beliefs crumbling right before your eyes.
In some ways your civilization is like the Titanic. There was a belief that it was indomitable and all powerful, but this metaphorical ship is tilting to the side and sinking. Many continue to believe that things are as they used to be. They cling tightly to something that is dissolving, to a vessel that is unsustainable because it dominates nature rather than co-creates with it.
If you view humanity as a whole it seems that two worlds are emerging.
One portion of humanity is grasping onto things as they were: competition over cooperation, the exploitation of Earth’s resources rather than treasuring the miracle of life. Those who are waking up are in stark contrast to those who remain fastidiously asleep.
This communication probably would not make sense to those who insist on continuing with the lies.
Another portion of humanity is waking up to the exquisite and rare opportunity to be embodied on such a rich planet. Some of the signatures of waking up, in the manner we are describing, is a recognition of the inherent sacredness of life—a desire for collaboration and creation over domination and destruction. Whatever the outcome is upon your Earth, it is a rare opportunity for you to evolve.
The ascent of consciousness into a higher state of evolution is assisted and protected by coherent emotion for when your emotional state is coherent it is easier to wakeup and stay awake. You can then more easily make “life positive” choices for yourself and those you care for.
One of the most ancient tactics to control a human population is to create discordance, to perpetuate fear, anger and hostility, and yet the ascent of consciousness requires coherent emotion.
The most powerful and effective of these coherent emotions are love, appreciation and gratitude. But how do you remain in these coherent states when there is so much distress around you? We therefore wish to offer a sound meditation that is simple and highly effective at stabilizing your body, mind and spirit in coherency.
Entering Coherency
We call this meditation Lotus of the Heart. The focus of this meditation is on the physical heart for your heart is a massive generator of electromagnetic fields and light that affect your brain, body and mind, and these energetic-fields generated by your heart extend way beyond the confines of your physical body.
There are many Hathor voices in this sound meditation They are communications from the higher light realms and together they create a vortex of light and energy.
Emerging from the physical heart is something called the Vagus Nerve and, at a subtle level, there is a continual conversation between your heart and your brain. When you do the meditation you will feel a shift taking place in your brain, an increase of coherency through the conduit of the Vagus Nerve.
The method is simple. While listening to the sound meditation your focus is on the physical heart. If your mind wanders simply bring it back.
The meditation is about nine minutes long. In that time there will be several increases of coherency and a feeling of calmness, happiness and perhaps even bliss.
Our suggestion is to work with the meditation regularly until you get to the point where you can create coherency just by remembering the feeling you experienced during the meditation. That is the basic method, very simple.
Healing Trauma and Negative Memories
There is another method you can explore after mastering the basic meditation. This method allows you to heal traumas and difficult memories. This method requires that you have mastered coherency, first, so that you can heal deeper levels of your distress.
You begin the meditation as normal. After you have listened to it one time you purposely make contact with a trauma or a negative memory while listening to the sound meditation again.
It is important that as the memory or trauma arises in your mind and body you remain in the feelings of coherency— love, gratitude and/or appreciation.
This will set up an oscillation between your trauma, your negative memory and the coherency. It is as if you are watching your trauma or negative memory from a distance, from a mountain top, so to speak, the mountain of love, appreciation and/or gratitude.
Each time you go though this you will decrease the intensity of your trauma or negative memory.They will begin to affect you less and less until they are no more.
You undertake this healing, not just for yourself, but for the collective as well, for you are connected to all life.
