We’re committed to the New World Order (NWO) stepping down from all positions of power worldwide and the introduction of the G/NESARA abundance and political reforms.

The plan already exists to create a New Earth once the danger from the NWO ceases. For this to happen, the world has to wake up to the peril it faces. The Freedom Convoys are an important instrument in waking people up.

They’re also showing the people of the planet that we can organize as a globe to take effective action for the public good. And that we won’t allow those organizations to be corrupted again, as they have been. The truckers convoys are for the public good of the entire planet.

I’ve been watching the TruckersForFreedom with interest. This evening I saw a video that purports to be Canadian police officers in Ottawa seizing fuel from truckers posted with a timestamp of 6:35 pm CST by Rebel News (in a message forwarded from Covid Red Pills channel) in the TruckersForFreedom Telegram channel.

These Canadian police officers are committing War Crimes in violation of GENEVA CONVENTION RELATIVE TO THE PROTECTION OF CIVILIAN PERSONS IN TIME OF WAR OF AUGUST 12, 1949, ARTICLE 30 — APPLICATION TO PROTECTING POWERS AND RELIEF ORGANIZATIONS, PARAGRAPH 1. — RIGHT OF COMMUNICATION, 1. PRINCIPLE, p. 174. See also THE GENEVA CONVENTIONS OF 12 AUGUST 1949 COMMENTARY, Jean S. PICTET, pp. 213-215.

The Truckers and other members of the public are “Protected Persons” under Article 30, and have the “absolute right” to “protest” inter alia and receive “material relief” from “any organization that might assist them.”

Moreover, the Canadian police force has an affirmative duty such that the “Detaining or Occupying Powers [the Canadian police force] shall facilitate as much as possible visits to protected persons by the representatives of other organizations whose object is to give spiritual aid or material relief to such persons” inter alia. Id.

Therefore, the Canadian police officers are committing War Crimes against Protected Persons under the Geneva Convention 4, Article 30, Paragraph 1, 1. Principle by seizing fuel from Protected Persons. The Canadian police are advised to immediately Cease and Desist such War Crimes. The Protected Persons are advised to remain peaceful; record the names and images of anyone potentially committing War Crimes; and, request assistance from “Protecting Powers,” namely, the Global Military Alliance. Ontario Superior Court Justice Hugh McLean has granted a 10-day injunction to prevent truckers parked on city streets in downtown Ottawa from honking their horns incessantly.

McLean says the injunction is temporary because he needs to hear more evidence, but has heard enough to make this ruling today.

Anti-lockdown pioneers launch New South Wales Supreme Court fight back

Victor Tey and Renee Altakrity are two of the pioneers of pushback against over-zealous policing under harsh Covid-19 restrictions.

Thanks to your support through our Fight The Fines initiative, their cases will be now heard in the NSW Supreme Court after Victor had one his matters dismissed in the magistrates court.

Now, alongside Renee, he’s heading to the Supreme Court for the remaining two on constitutional grounds in what will be precedent-setting cases.

Those following Rebel News since the start of the pandemic will remember Victor Tey, the Christian community leader who was fined and arrested for literally exercising his rights during a lockdown.

In May 2020, the world watched on in horror as Renee’s child was ripped from her arms as she was dragged into the back of a police van for simply carrying a sign objecting to Covid-19 restrictions.

Sadly situations like this have become the new normal during the pandemic.

C Shamsabad, a solicitor at Banga Legal representing in the matters, highlighted the importance of the cases appearing before the courts.

“Essentially, if we can take this matter all the way and we can get a successful outcome in this matter, the right to protest will be preserved no matter what strain comes next and no matter what strain of authoritarian thinking might pop up in society,” he said.

“The right to protest is something which is reserved for all Australians whether you are on the far left or far right of politics, as long as you’re legally protesting, you should have a right in this country to go out and express your thinking.

“That’s something that is fundamental to who we are as a country and that’s essentially what the purpose of this case is to preserve.”

For Victor, the case reaching the Supreme Court is a major milestone in his fight for justice.

“19 months ago when I started walking outside Parliament House with a friend I didn’t know what was going to come of this. I didn’t know if it was going to make a difference,” he said.

“I thought if I got a fine I would just go to court to fight that fine myself and so be it, at least I tried.

“But now … our case is going to be the one that actually goes to the supreme court and is going to fight for our right to freedom of political expression.

“I’m just so glad that Rebel News is taking this on and we can help potentially thousands of others that are in the same situation.”

“The police brutality needs to stop,” Renee added.

“The memory will never go away. It’s tough. But I know I am a strong girl and I will overcome anything and so will my son and my family.”
