One of the most exciting stories of recent times was Udo Pelkowksi’s Dec. 2011-Jan. 2012 description of the treasure that was sunk in battleships at the bottom of the ocean off the Philippines. (1)
Udo tells us that his group has now waited the legally-required period since announcing the group’s intention to return the treasure to its “rightful owners.”
None have come forward and so Udo and his group are now claiming ownership under existing laws.
Udo makes this report on what has happened since that year and where the group plans to go in the future, once the bonds, bullion, and currency have been sold. Following it is the discussion I had with Archangel Michael on An Hour with an Angel at that time about Udo and his group.
I add that the Golden Age of Gaia is not in any way associated with this project, receives no benefit for reporting on Udo’s work, and does not advocate for or make any recommendations for or against it. Our job is to report neutrally.
Anyone considering partnering with Udo is expected to do their own due diligence and make their own decisions.

Subject: Philippine Gold Bullion
Date: Tue, 20 Jan 2015
Last Friday January 16, 2015, I received an email from a Manila attorney (my correspondence is attached) regarding the Gold Bullion. Behind the attorney is a Group: www.philippines-thenewjerusalem.com.
This group is in contact with a person who holds large bank accounts and wants to redeem the Bonds.
Remember, Steve, we offered to return the bonds to the rightful owner(s). No responses, no investigations from the authorities regarding uttering of counterfeited money. Simply nothing, except that a branch of JP Morgan opened a branch in Cebu shortly after we informed the involved parties.
According to the law, if someone who’s willing to return a find and nobody claims the find after one year, the finder becomes the owner automatically.
I write this all to you, Steve, since I received a while ago the Information that the bonds are not fake from my contact in Manila that I had in February 2012.
The attorney who contacted me last Friday believes in them too. And most of all, I personally believe they are real, I had them in my own hands. They have all characteristics of real money.
Since my childhood I’ve had a dream to live in a light centre or community together with like-minded people.
I call it an Island of Light (even inside a continent), a place to BE, where everyone is respected and respects everyone else. You call it Nova Earth. A place where we can BE and DO without losing our rights.
Without money it would be impossible.
Udo goes on to state that he’s looking for partners. You can reach him if you’re interested in working with him, at [email protected] .

Subject: Re: Philippine gold, platinum, and cash
Dear Udo:
To give you a glimpse of why all this wealth was accumulated in the Philippines, I urge you to read our website: www.philippines-thenewjerusalem.com.
This wealth has a spiritual purpose. After browsing our website, if you find it interesting, I’m inviting you to come to Manila and meet in person, my principal, with the spiritual name: XXX.
He will share with you the divine instructions on what to do with your discovery and how to get your share /reward in accordance with the divine instructions.
Maybe we can work together on this for the good of humanity. Just give us two (2) days notice in advance.
Thank you.
Atty. IP
Tomorrow, in a second article, Udo describes how treasure came to be stored in the Philippines.
