At this time of chaos and uncertainty, we all have our coping mechanisms that keep us on track and away from stinking thinking. Sharing stories about our process and uplifting ideas helps us to maintain a collective high frequency.

A power breathing technique and daily cold showers. The safety instructions are very important to follow though, and it might not be good if you have certain health conditions like high blood pressure.
I’ve been doing the breathing and cold showers for about a month now. The cold showers are honestly not unpleasant! Theres a video on how to learn to get along with the cold, specifically using INTENTION. I started doing it because I wanted to work with intention from a spiritual perspective in a way that could demonstrate practical results. The cold showers are just an added bonus really.
You could skip the cold showers and just do the breathing.
Benefits are that it gives you a buzz (adrenaline/seratonin), helps with confidence, and also improves your immune system.

Seen this being posted on other forums. Guess this method is being popular at this COVID-19 pandemic. I am doing the breathing, cold shower, and mindfulness meditation in that order.

I have an idea to propose to you for directing your love and healing energy to help people during this global pandemic.
This idea came from a recent breakthrough that I had in clearing a very old wound in my cellular memory. The short and sweet of that wound is that I had an inferiority complex specifically triggered by my husband and a particular hobby that we both like. He and I have had countless past lives together and in many many of them, I have thought that he was better than me in some way. It could be that he was more skilled than me in a particular skill that we both shared, or he had a personality trait that I wish I had. Those feelings caused jealousy and self hatred.
Recently my feelings of inferiority were triggered, and once again like all other times, I could not understand why I felt the way I did, because I knew intellectually that my husband has never looked down on me under any circumstances. This time, instead of putting down the activity that I was engaged with and doing my best to stuff those emotions away, I asked Divine Mother to give me clarity. I suddenly remembered a few of the most blaring examples of feeling inferior to my husband in past lives, and I realized that this was not something that I could just “let go” like he wanted me to.
I decided to blaze the Violet Flame into the wound, extending to all of my past and parallel lives, and I went to sleep some time after. The next day, when I chose to engage in the activity that normally triggers my wound, I felt nothing, no pain at all. I could finally enjoy it with peace of mind like I used to when I was younger. The joy and relief that I felt was utterly blissful. I used the Violet Flame on the wound two more times over the past few days, so hopefully that has completely healed it. Only time will tell.
Now that my own positive testimony is out of the way, I wish to share with you the meditation that I performed earlier today. I asked Divine Mother to help me in her infinite wisdom. First, I called upon the Divine Violet Flame and gave it very specific directions. I told it to enter every person around the world, and specifically seek out wounds within each person that are almost completely healed, such that when this wound heals, they may wake up the next morning and their sorrow, anger, or stress is miraculously gone; or perhaps they have an aha moment and get the perfect idea to solve their problem.
Next, I planted that seed of intelligence inside the Violet Flame and handed it over to Divine Mother. Her job was to deliver this flame to every human, but also with specific energies that are tailored to each individual, so that their wound may heal with more ease and grace.
I wish for this idea to spread, because in these hard times with the virus affecting the lives of so many, I want to ease everyone’s burdens in the most tangible way possible, giving them that feeling of relief that I experienced. I want to take away some of those lesser annoyances so that people have less on their plate to deal with. Thank you for reading this message. I give you my blessings.

This is a very good article to help us to step away from our own drama and focus on the collective. I got emotional when the author referred to Italians singing to one another from their balconies…

In a local buddhist temple a lovely nun taught us the mantra of the Medicine Buddha. I used to sing it to animals (also those that were going to be killed) and to the world. It feels very peaceful und powerful:
I also love the Avalokiteshvara mantra:
Avalokiteshvara is the boddhisattva of compassion. I think the belief in the story behind the songs is not as important as our intentions listening to them or singing them 🙂

Thanks Suzanne! Nice to be here. 🙂 I hope that you are doing well back east. I know things are very tough there right now. I will simply offer my Light and Love to you, Suzanne, and all of you who are so wonderfully focused on raising the planetary vibration. Peace and Namaste <3

It’s not so tough, or no worse than anywhere else. If I need TP, I know where to get it 🙂
It’s the media that’s generating fear and overblown stories. Reports from hospitals are that they’re quite free of chaos and in fact not at all packed with patients.
And hoarding will have its karmic repercussions. NYC is an hour away and they already have 5G hotspots, and that technology makes the virus worse.-

Well, I’m really glad to hear that you are doing well, Suzanne, and also glad to hear that you are a good distance away from New York City, considering its the epicenter in the US now. I trust that you will stay safe and happy as this next month passes, and hopefully in four or five weeks we will be well past this damn pandemic. 😀 p.s. I came up with a beautiful mantra yesterday: “As I purify myself with only love, I help purify the world.” So, Keep your vibes high!

Otter,
Ascension is both a gradual and a sudden process. The culmination of Ascension (Sahaja Samadhi) may be in a few years but that doesn’t mean that we don’t experience increasing well-being and satisfaction as we gradually go up Jacob’s Ladder.
In 2015, I experienced a fourth-chakra heart opening which was wonderful. I didn’t have to wait until 2030 before experiencing some of the higher states.
So if the full experience does not occur before later it doesn’t mean that we won’t have many wonderful experiences before that.
Love ya,
Steve

Hello everyone 🙂
After following GAOG for quite some time, I’ve made my way into the forum as well. Blessings to all of you and a heartfelt THANK YOU for your BEING love-light!I’d like to share an experience from this morning.
I live in the south of Germany with my family (husband and two boys aged 7 and 4). It never occurred to me how deep the wound of survival anxiety, the wound of not having enough goes in the collective. I remember my grandma tell me about surviving WWII and how she struggled to get by and protect her family. This collective fear surfaces now and it is time to be healed.
I have been meditating more than ever during the last weeks healing myself and my ancestors as far as I was guided.I hadn’t been out for shopping for at least a week (at that time everyone was hectic and the energy felt buzzing). Today everyone was so quiet and there was a sense in the air comparable to a funeral. In the second shop I went to I could feel the cloud of dense energy physically, my throat went tight and I had trouble breathing. Everyone avoided one another. There was one man wearing a self-made mask, very hectic, very anxious and careful to strictly follow the 2m-distance guideline.
I invoked the Violet Flame to envelop me and thus penetrating my entire surroundings like I do during meditation, and in my mind I kept humming the OM TARE TUTTARE TURE SOHA which Steve posted earlier on GAOG. It’s so heart-warming and comforting. Big thanks! My throat relaxed and though I still felt the dense energy around me I was able to breathe naturally again.
While I was waiting in line for payment, the man wearing the mask stood behind me. I felt all his fear rippling in the air so I concentrated more gently on the Mantra. And guess what, the longer I was humming in my mind, the closer he moved to me – from a 2m distance at first to a 1.5m distance. 🙂
Everybody is in such desperate need of comfort and love. What we’re doing is so important guys. Even if it is “just” being aware and being love.May your days be blessed and may you all be loved unconditionally.

Hello Annina,
Thank you so much for this honest heartfelt story. I too was much inspired by WWII events and mainly by the madness that led to the horrific events. During my personal spiritual path I learned all is love and a blessing, witch made me ponder a lot at the time.
Anyway, good luck with the current challenges. And nice to witness your inner courage and knowing when they are asked for. Indeed keeping the vibe high.Love and appreciation

Welcome, Annina.
I wouldn’t doubt that energies that go back to WWII, or even WWI, are being cleared now in the collective consciousness.
And won’t this be a different world if and when that happens.

Thank you for this lovely shara, Annina. I’m sorry that people in your area are so caught up in the fear. It makes it that much more critical that those of us who have more information hold space for others to reach a calmer place. We’re all kind of like Neo in the Matrix now, eh?

Oh… I haven’t thought of that. You could be right!
My mother told me that her grandparents used to store huge amounts of food because they had suffered terrible famine in the war. I remember the same from my father’s mother.
That fear could have survived in the families’ unconscious memory. -

The one all-day constant in our house is music, classical music, a vibration-raiser for sure. I wanted to share with everyone the station we listen to, which is available online:
KUSC.org
It’s a listener-supported, nonprofit, commercial-free station affiliated with USC and broadcasts music 24 hours a day. We listen in Santa Barbara/Goleta at FM 93.7. They broadcast through numerous radio stations from Southern to Central California, but as I said, anyone worldwide can listen online, KUSC.org.
Currently the individual broadcasters (DJs) are coming to you live from their homes to keep in concert with the shelter in place order in California…amazing technology.
Yes, it’s classical music, you get your three B’s, lots of Mozart, etc., but they also play 20th and 21st century music you might not consider “classical,” like Gershwin, John Williams’ and others’ film scores, TV theme music (think “Downton Abbey” or “Star Trek:TNG”), even video game themes (surprisingly beautiful). I’m partial to ragtime and we get a dose of Scott Joplin on occasion.
We’ve been listening for years to this station, and especially right now, I can’t imagine life without it.
Blessings to all!

Hello beautiful people. I’ve also just joined the forum after many years following the blog. Thank you for all your blessings and shares.
I’ve been feeling highly challenged when grocery shopping too (never been a real fan) with the shortness of breath and the dense energy (and my own resistance), similar to what Annina mentioned. I did start out sotto voce singing “Come and get your love,” but then lost track…more focus next time. Yes, next time I’ll try invoking the violet flame and make sure I keep humming something, the Green Tara or Karmapa Chenno, “Life on Mars,” anything…! Thank you, Annina, for that.
My own fear/anger of scarcity and especially of losing our freedoms has reared its ugly head in my awareness. Am I brave enough to let it go and surrender completely to joy? I’m still struggling to do that…trusting in creating a world that works for everyone.
Acceptance of the unacceptable is the greatest source of grace in this world. – Echart Tolle
I pray that I can fully live this wisdom without a shred of resistance.
Thank you also to Tesmaree for posting the Medicine Buddha and Avalokiteshvara mantras, very beautiful

Welcome, dzb, good to see you here!
May I ask, where in the world are you?
I have struggled now for weeks with fear of grocery shopping / FORO (Fear of Running Out, which I think must be replacing FOMO, Fear of Missing Out). I have found an unexpected solution.
We are extremely fortunate in Santa Barbara to have a grassroots volunteer organization called Zoomers to Boomers that began the first week that they yanked the kids out of school. A high schooler named Daniel Goldberg pondered, “What can I do to help?” And thought, “I and a bunch of my friends [Gen Z] can go grocery shopping for our older friends and neighbors [Boomers].”
They don’t charge for their services, they don’t even accept tips. Danny set up a website very quickly (zoomerstoboomers.com) and started taking orders. And now, just a few weeks later, they’ve expanded into 12 cities across the U.S.
It’s impossible to express the depth of teary gratitude that overcomes me at these Kids. I. Don’t. Even. Know who are helping me and hundreds of others literally out of the goodness of their hearts.
There is hope for the world, eh?
Blessings!
