These are humans. The majority of them are unaware of these horrific crimes routinely committed, and will be deeply wounded when they are exposed.
This is the next shock to hit the race. It is one that those of you who came to help – can assist with in a real way.
Sophia
I have always known that there would be hard times for humanity during the process of cleaning the old, before the new can arrive.
Although I knew that this world is a comparatively dark place, I had no idea about the depth of horror hidden under the surface.
Having experience with people in divorce or shock about the death of loved ones, I know how difficult it is to say and do the right things in even such a relatively ”daily” situation.
What are your suggestions / inspirations / personal experiences concerning appropriate reaction?
(Provided we are able to assimilate the information ourselves first.)My best guess it that we are supposed to stay centered and thus provide anchors for others. Being our authentic selves, expressing only our genuine thoughts and emotions will create space for others to come to terms with their own inner turmoil. (Rather than overwhelming them with even more information).
I understand that we will be guided to go where we are needed. So the best preparation for us would be to use the free time we’ve got now to align with our inner guidance, become still and listen to the voice within which may be trying to prepare us quite explicitly for the tasks ahead.
Even with optimal preparation, we will be hit by the collective shock as well (even more so since many of us are very sensitive).
It could be a good idea to prepare some tools for that moment to get through the first shake and petrification: a personal prayer, a mantra, a form of meditation, a song… anything that helps you focus and calm down. From this position we will be able to try and look after others. -

Hi Tesmaree
I agree, we will have to be in a constant state of centering (as good as we are able to do).
In a state of shock, one’s survival instincts kick in. Adults often try to suppress their real emotions whereas in children, their developing mental skills are switched off for emotional reaction only. However, I think being shocked triggers almost always unresolved childhood issues, no matter how old the person is. Just being there, maybe holding a hand, sitting next to someone etc. can be an enormous help. If you choose to say something at all, bear that in mind and be as compassionate and patient as you can, always energetically protecting and centering yourself. In a more practical way, here are some of my tools:
– Rescue Remedy (Bach flowers)
– drink a lot of pure, clean water
– breathe and count (1,2,3…)/sing/pray to keep your mind focused. The brain cannot panic and count/sing/pray at the same time
– talk to someone dear to your heart, someone you can trust 100%
– go outside in nature
– make sure you sleep well and feel good and relaxed in your body
– meditate
– place one hand on the back of your head and another one on the front, imagining light washing down from head to toe every discomfort and dissolving it in the Earth (this is a Kinesiology practice)
– if you need to protect yourself, place one hand on the front of your head and the other on your belly (Kinesiology practice)
– after dealing with shock situations, make sure to disconnect energetic bonds between you and the person you took care of. Ask your guides where those bonds are situated in your body system, visualise them, then take them (with a gesture or in imagination), draw them out a few inches and then cut them either with your hand or lend Michael’s sword
– if you feel overwhelmed, leave the situation. You cannot care for another person if you are in shock yourself.
– have a healing session, like SE (Somatic Experiencing, it deals with unresolved trauma) or craniosacral therapyI’ll add more ideas when they appear. 🙂
Looking forward to reading more ideas!Love

Hi Everyone.
This forum is a great idea.I liked the sharing by Kat about trying the social fitting in….
In my past, I seemed to say too much about “seeing” or feeling and it didn’t work in all crowds. I think I lost where the “material world” line ended/was and said too much. Lots of issues.
Oh well. Now I see “my people” are everywhere. Many are awakening NOW
What I wanted to add to this thread at this time is that balancing of our energetics happens in nature. For myself, my guidance has said to start every morning outdoors to facilitate my well being.
Even if it is stand outside the door just for a few minutes.
Listen to the birds and become present – clear the field with a few deep breaths.I teach permaculture gardening – the mycelium connectivity reminds me of the web or network (grid) that lightworkers connect to. The amount of life in the soil is also very healing when you have your hands there. Of course “earthing” has become well known now as well. Great healing happening from Gaia herself.
These are some ways to find balance for the coming days and weeks.
I also wish to be of service to those who wish to grow more and maybe don’t know where to begin – in your own gardens or balcony’s.
Best wishes to all and thank you for starting the forum.

Rescue Remedy (Bach flowers)
-> This is the kind of personal tools I had in mind. I use Bach flowers and similar essences, too. Essential oils help me to calm down or reach a desired mood.
But it could be anything people used successfully in the past.
(From experience I guess I should make sure to have enough chocolate and coffee at home…)balancing of our energetics happens in nature
-> That may be the best advice, anyway! I’ve begun visiting my parents daily now because I enjoy walking the dogs along the fields and wood (and because I feel they need me now).
I’ve often felt more at home in nature than in apartments.I teach permaculture gardening
Oh, wonderful! : – )

I’m really hoping they wont limit this disclose to just the bad stuff. If the subject is unbelievable revelations, I hope they also immediately add the good stuff – Ascension, friendly ET’s and their technology. To just zoom in on the bad stuff is to lose sight of the totality of the experience of Ascension. Disclosure should be about celebration and the release from pain, as much as on the realization and experience of that pain. I’m thinking that might be my advice to people in shock – look at the bigger picture. I wonder how much a first disclose might be limited though, in order to keep it believable.
I lost most of the people closest to me through cancer, which I imagine might have been avoided if they knew what they were eating/drinking/breathing etc. That is maybe how disclosure will affect me personally. And so most people will probably have similar stories.
Presumably we’re going to be seeing some miracles when it comes to healing all the rescued kids, for them to become ready quickly for Ascension. I guess discovering what happened to your missing kids is also going to lead to a requirement for more miracle healing. That sounds like something way beyond any talents I might have. ET healing talents coming I hope.
I get the feeling the next years will not be what any of us are imagining.

So, the warning of being prepared for “shock” continues.
Eckhart Tolle started one of his talks with the words…
“you would not be here without suffering – and I would not be here without suffering “….I considered that it took the death of a loved one – ( first shock )
then a falling into deep darkness ( second shock )…
to get me here….along with many mini shocks along the way….The breakdown of the surface reality to discover the witness that stands behind the conditions.
I appreciate the forum as it feels much more like a community. Thank you ….
Bach flower remedies and homeopathy are vibrational medicines – the latter being very helpful to me personally. Currently I am following the work of Paul Stamets and his work with mushrooms to deal with cancer etc. Some startling results showing nature holds the cures – (already here)
Best wishes everyone….

Nice to meet you : – )

We should not underestimate that. I don’t mean to spread fear here, but I’ve had flashes (rather memories) of what is awaiting us. For me it’s beautiful, but it’s a completely different world. The shock for us might not be what is going to happen, but THAT it finally happens after all. I can’t imagine how people like my parents will experience it.

So do I : – ) But thinking of my parents and many other people I know, I fear what is good news to us might be just overwhelming for them. For many years I’ve tried to paint a picture for them about a world without pollution, boundless meat consumption, with peaceful cultural exchange… It’s hard to make them accept that possibility. Not to speak of angels or galactics.
Most people will readily embrace new technology and world peace. But a completely new ”atmosphere” (literally and figuratively), a new reality, the realisation that they have been watched over and loved all the time, completely different perspectives for the future, a totally new political and ”economic” system…
All the things we’ve been waiting for might just frighten them… -

I was looking at this video again – https://goldenageofgaia.com/2020/04/04/military-bunkers-being-taken-down-children-being-liberated/
The video of the storm drain on fire is from October last year in California during the forest fires, its also on youtube. And then all the pictures of empty tunnels with scary music in the background – its very suggestive without actually telling you anything. Irrespective of what’s actually happening, this video is not very convincing for me.

Hm… yes. It didn’t resonate with me, either. I only watched some seconds of it.
But after reading the post from Lisa Renee today I sat down and followed her request to support the tortured children with love.
I didn’t expect anything, I guess I just intended to pray. I didn’t think that I could do much more. But it became a very intense experience. I could actually feel the space people are holding for those children. I felt so much love and good intention! It was wonderful. For the first time in a long while I felt strong hope and optimism. I saw the earth and the children surrounded by so much light. I really got the feeling that the tide is finally turning.
It was a very particular and strong sensation of joyful anticipation!
