We all have our favorite independent journalists. Post here if you especially like someone or if one you follow puts out an especially juicy piece or video.

I’ve noticed that any news researcher can easily slip into speaking from polarities. I find myself making more effort to observe my own thoughts and emotions and finding compassion and forgiveness towards those discussed for wrong doing. I want to be able to hold the light and the dark in a loving space. Any comments would be appreciated.

That sounds like a good path. We all have our point at which we decide whether someone is aligned with our own ways of being or they aren’t, and if we want to spend our time paying attention to what they say.
I find myself in a place more lately of choosing to not listen to what someone says if I find their work peppered with untruths and/or seeds of fear. It’s probably a Scorpio thing, but they rarely get a second chance once I feel there’s disinfo and negative agenda involved.

Thanks for your responses Suzanne and Steve.i know that I can get addicted to hearing about the next takedown of the deep state. I attempt to hold the expanded perspective but the detective in me can’t help but get amazed/involved/astounded over human behaviors!

I’m an inveterate detective, vbert, perhaps because I’m a historian.
I spent years trying to figure out how and why Hitler lost the Second World War. That was one big detective piece.
Again fascinated with human behavior.
“Any comments would be appreciated.”
Yes, the thing that stands between us and normality – and even enlightenment – is our vasanas or core issues. They’re what have you have a reaction, such as feeling polar or dualistic.
The helpful thing to do, as far as I’m concerned, is to “source” or complete the vasana that has come up that has you take a judgmental position on the other person.
A way to complete them is offered here:

I’ve found Discovery Institute to be a great source of alternative view points.
