I read so much daily. I come across articles on “Consciousness” daily and it confuses me. “Neutrality is a Gateway to Higher Consciousness”, ” The Shift of Consciousness is Real”, “Moving Us to Higher-Dimensional Consciousness?”, “The Arcturian Group on Abundance Consciousness”, “Strength as the State of Consciousness”, etc… I know many gifted individuals here on “The Golden Age of Gaia”, can define what I know of “consciousness”, as the state of being awake and aware of one’s surroundings. How would you define Spiritual and Physical Consciousness? Colleen

How are you today? First let me tell you how brilliant you are for asking a question! This makes you a pupil among many many teachers! Asking is making yourself vulnerable as in a sense admitting you know much, possibly All, but just can’t fully connect the dots.
Asking is excepting this temporary state “condition” is your truth and allowing advanced Truth to enter your Light (enlight you) Now. When new Light shines on you in the form of Love offered from All sides, you receive new understanding … changing yourself into altered state of Being (Become ~ Being).
The new state you adopt as a Higher Truth, set’s into your “Knowing” (your Spiritual Mental Body expression). Then your altered “knowing” flows to the totality of your Being and alligns with All (previous) clearing, purging former denser aspects of truth. This transformative love rising up from your root, grounded self over several emotions (energy in motion).
The total unification of your former self upwards into “Knowing” Self is felt as “Feeling” (your Soul Emotional Body). The Explosion and Implosion come together in your Heart core, where ALL express into ONE NOW as LOVE.
There are many people explaining the same in various forms. Over history, teachings, scriptures, experiences, art and multiple different forms of “truth” and they are all true!
It’s up to you Colleen to Create your “Truth” into your “Self” expressing Light (In) and Love (Out).

Hello from Canada. A question from a truly thinking consciousness. So, In 1974 I had a Near Death Experience during which, like millions of others, my consciousness left my body and was “somewhere else”. I asked myself how can that be? The first thing that this most transcendental and profound experience clearly indicates is that the consciousness is not a function of the brain. If it was, how could “I” leave. After years of research I concluded that the entire universe is a conscious energy form. This energy is incorporated into the body near birth in a more dense form. We can now see this energy (Life Energy Field) around all life in fine detail using a new software program. Consciousness is basically awareness of surroundings and the ability to think. Depending on the vibration of this field you can have less awareness with lower vibrations or more with higher vibrations sometimes to the point where you can see “dead people”. A misnomer because being an energy form “you” your character and memories cannot die and because you are part of the universal conscious energy you cannot be separated from either the Divine or anyone else. that is our connectedness. Thank You, Chris, I love your statement that ” the entire universe is a conscious energy form”. that sums it up for me as a simplistic explanation. I realize there are more in-depth explanations as well and everyone’s expression is valid. There have been decades forever by philosophers and scientists.

My understanding is that this “light in ….Love out” is eternal.
Meaning change is constant. Forevermore…

Thank you Gardenlor, OneLove and all. It makes me humble and proud to be “seen”. Receiving your Love explodes many “feelings” of grace .. Inside of me!
This grace is so intense and much, I can’t hold it … even if I would. I can enjoy the moment of Being in this “feeling” and then I have to pass it on … knowing I will not run out, but have to make room … in order to receive new and even more … of this “stuff” hahahahaha. 🙂
So both the moment of Being the stuff as the process of Becoming even more is “….IT….”
I wish all receive theirs and define and realise their creation!

Yes, and there are more main-line scientists coming to the same conclusion. There is a Ph.D. scientist, Gary Schwartz, a professor at the University of Arizona in Phoenix who has done many years of research on the subject of consciousness and its connection with spirit. Some time ago he undertook some serious scientific experiments on the famous medium Allison Dubois of the TV series fame. He found her predictions and information was over 80% correct. The other 20% did not fit the strict criteria required but most were correct also. I mention Prof. Schwartz because he wrote a book entitled “The Living Energy Universe” which confirmed my conclusions. Now, here is something else for you to consider a propos conscious energy. About 10 years ago he started an organization titled “The Soul Phone Foundation”. An apt title because he developed an electronic system that enables us to communicate with the energies of those who have passed on. It has already been shown to work and he is now sending the system to other Universities and scientist to confirm and peer review his work. Right now it responds to “yes” “no” questions but he is working on a more sophisticated system where letters of the alphabet can be recorded, i.e. conversation.
