  Hi Everyone,i am a regular on GAOG daily,i am from Greece and since the opportunity is given to reintroduce myself( Steve,we already spoke with each other few times,if you remember) i am going to to share some art here is a playlist of tunes i created attuned on 432Hz (spiral of evolution) with uplifting messages.

  Drag and drop your file to that site and they’ll give a URL for the picture.
  
  Copy it from the catbox site to come here and paste it into your post.
  
  Highlight the URL you just pasted then click LINK from the menu at the top of this reply box to make it live, then click submit. Right now, we can only make a hyperlink to another page with your picture, as below…If I can see how to just copy/paste the image I’ll update this post.

  Hi Everyone,
  I have been a reader of GAoG since before it’s inception, and Steve has posted a few of my writings over the years (under different handles).
  Recently, I started an artistic endeavor, called “Quarantine with Karen”, which is designed to be a meditative experience.
  Today’s article by Sitara, “Releasing the Depression Dimension by the Elemental Kingdom” sparked an insight that my rock painting is coming from the Elemental kingdom…the rocks are channeling through me!
