Do we see it fully? Joe Biden was dead before he became President. He never set foot inside the White House as President. Therefore no act – or anything – “signed” by “him” (i.e., his doppelganger) and nothing “authorized” by “him” or signed in his name by autopen carries any legal weight or justification.
