I read and reread and reread this article, looking at each part for plausibility and probability, and what Gazetteller says here (in all probability the writer is Ethan White) seems credible.
It fits with some things I know; explains others. If true, it’s also deeply disturbing. I submit this as something I regard as provisionally true – accepted as true until proven otherwise – and very informative.
