The swamp is being drained once again. The Trump administration has sent shockwaves through the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) by notifying over 1,000 employees that they are on the chopping block, marking a decisive step in dismantling bloated government agencies notorious for regulatory overreach.

EPA employees who have been with the agency for less than a year received an email last week notifying them that they could be dismissed immediately, according to NBC News citing sources familiar with the matter.

These employees, who are still on their “probationary” status, were bluntly informed that their tenure could end without delay at the administration’s discretion.

“As a probationary/ trial period employee, the agency has the right to immediately terminate you,” the email reads. “The process for probationary removal is that you receive a notice of termination, and your employment is ended immediately.”

The notification—rightly seen as a warning shot against entrenched bureaucrats—comes as part of President Trump’s broader push to slash wasteful federal agencies, restore accountability, and put American taxpayers first.

NBC News reported:

Nicole Cantello, the president of AFGE Local 704, another union local that represents EPA employees, said she, too, knew of several employees who were on the list but said they had more than a year of contiguous federal service.

CNN was the first to report on the email to EPA workers, which plays into a kind of whiplash for some federal employees as environmental policy pingpongs depending on which party controls the executive branch.

Cantello said the AFGE Local 704 union is “concerned the agency will conduct a mass firing of probationary employees.”

“Probationary employees are usually let go because they don’t perform well or were disciplined. We’ve never had a probationary mass firing in the 33 years I’ve been at EPA. This is unprecedented in scope and scale,” she said, adding that probationary employees have few protections.

“There will be little anyone can do about it as long as they state a reason,” Cantello said, referring to EPA leaders.

Trump White House Drafting Executive Order to Abolish Department of Education

The Trump White House on Tuesday drafted an executive order to abolish the Department of Education, NBC News reported.

Trump vowed to wage war with Education Department and give power back to the states.

“On Day 1, I will sign a new executive order to cut federal funding for any school pushing critical race theory, transgender insanity, and other inappropriate racial, sexual or political content onto the shoulders of our children,” Trump said. “And I will not give one penny to any school that has a vaccine mandate or a mask mandate.”

Trump said he wants to strip the entire department.

“We’ll have one person plus a secretary, and all the person has to do is, ‘Are you teaching English? Are you teaching arithmetic? What are you doing? Reading, writing and arithmetic, and are you not teaching woke?’ Not teaching woke is a very big factor, but we’ll have a very small staff,” Trump said on the campaign trail.

“In total American society pours more than $1 trillion a year into public education systems but instead of being at the top of the list, we are literally right smack — guess what — at the bottom,” Trump previously said.

President Trump previously nominated Linda McMahon for Education Secretary to replace Biden-appointed Marxist Miguel Cardona.

“For the past four years, as the Chair of the Board at the America First Policy Institute (AFPI), Linda has been a fierce advocate for Parents’ Rights, working hard at both AFPI and America First Works (AFW) to achieve Universal School Choice in 12 States, giving children the opportunity to receive an excellent Education, regardless of zip code or income. As Secretary of Education, Linda will fight tirelessly to expand ‘Choice’ to every State in America, and empower parents to make the best Education decisions for their families,” Trump said.

Trump continued, “Linda served for two years on the Connecticut Board of Education, where she was one of the fifteen members overseeing all Public Education in the State, including its Technical High School system. She also served as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut, for two stints totaling over 16 years.”

“We will send Education BACK TO THE STATES, and Linda will spearhead that effort,” Trump said.

President Trump is expected to sign the executive order dismantling the Department of Education on Tuesday.

US Launches Reconnaissance Aerial Monitoring Aircraft Over Mexican Border in Run-up to Potential Cartel Strike

This ought to scare the hell out of the cartel drug lords on the ground.

The US is allegedly flying reconnaissance planes inside Mexico.

On his second day in office President Trump officially designated drug cartels on the southern border as terrorist organizations.

Last week Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth announced that “all options are on the table” regarding the Mexican cartels.

President Trump is not fooling around with the Mexican cartels.

Aviacionline reported Monday (in Spanish) that US authorities are using high-tech aircraft over the border to strengthen surveillance over possible illicit activities.

Aviacionline reported that maritime patrol aircraft, traditionally used in anti-submarine warfare missions, are being deployed. The aircraft are now being used for data collection and surveillance on land. These technical aircraft have high-precision radars, infrared sensors and communications interception systems that are being used over the border inside Mexico.

According to OSINTtechincal a USAF RC-135V Rivet Joint signals reconnaissance aircraft is currently loitering over the Gulf of California.

Mexican Authorities Arrest Cartel Boss “El Ricky” After Trump Tariffs Force Mexico to Secure Border

Ricardo González Sauceda, a leader of the Mexican Cartel del Noreste, was arrested in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, Monday after the Mexican President agreed to immediately work with Trump to secure the border.

The cartel boss, who also goes by “El Ricky” and “Mando R,” reportedly has two arrest warrants for attempted homicide and other charges. He is also linked to other incidents of extortion, homicide, and attacks on Mexican federal forces, Laredo Morning Times reports.

González Sauceda is also accused of killing two soldiers in an attack he organized against the Mexican military in Nuevo Laredo.

Mexico’s Navy and National Guard, the Attorney General’s Office, and the Department of Security and Citizen Protection reportedly assisted in the operation.

Following his arrest, violence broke out in the streets of Nuevo Laredo with multiple gunfights and highways being blocked off.

Per Laredo Morning Times:

“Family, we have (situations of risk) in several areas of the city,” Nuevo Laredo Mayor Carmen Lilia Canturosas posted on Facebook at about 8:49 a.m. Monday.

“Please do not leave your homes at this moment. Stay safe and take precautions to avoid incidents. I am in coordination with authorities. I will keep you informed.”

The U.S. Consulate in Nuevo Laredo also posted a warning regarding the violence.

“U.S. Consulate Nuevo Laredo has received reports of multiple gunfights throughout the city of Nuevo Laredo. U.S. government personnel have been advised to shelter in place.”

The Gateway Pundit reported on Monday that Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum agreed to send 10,000 Mexican Soldiers to the border in exchange for a temporary pause on tariffs less than 48 hours after President Trump imposed tariffs on the country.

Likewise, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau later agreed to implement a $1.3 billion border plan to reinforce border security. He promised “new choppers, technology and personnel, enhanced coordination with our American partners, and increased resources to stop the flow of fentanyl.”

President Trump has placed a one-month pause on tariffs against the two countries while they negotiate an agreement. He is expected to put the tariffs back in place if they do not agree to his terms to stop the flow of fentanyl and illegal aliens into the United States.

President Trump imposed his long-awaited 25% tariffs on Mexico and Canada and 10% tariffs on China on Saturday.

FBI Turns Over Names of 5,000 EMPLOYEES Who Worked on J6 Cases – This Comes After Officials Sue to Block DOJ From Accessing List of Agents

Update: CNN reported Tuesday afternoon that the FBI turned over the names of the 5,000 employees who worked on J6 and Trump investigations.

Earlier today FBI Agents who worked on January 6 cases and Trump witch hunts sued to block the Justice Department from accessing their names.

As previously reported, names of the FBI officials who worked on January 6 cases and Trump witch hunts have been identified but not turned over.

According to NBC News, there were more than 2,400 cases in total – but 5,000 officials involved.

The FBI officials who worked on the J6 cases and Trump investigations were identified by a case management system.

The FBI has a Tuesday deadline to hand over the names of the requested officials.

Per NBC News reporter Ken Dilanian: An internal FBI document obtained by NBC News shows that executives use the FBIs Sentinel case file management system to identify agents and employees who worked on January 6 cases. The document says there were around 2400 investigations in total. The document says the search of case files was used to generate a list of names who then received a survey asking them exactly what they did on these cases. This is being viewed within the FBI as a retribution mission.

FBI Agents are in fear of being outed, demoted or denied promotions in the future.

“Plaintiffs legitimately fear that the information being compiled will be accessed by persons who are not authorized to have access to it,” the FBI agents argued in their class action lawsuit, according to Politico. “Plaintiffs further assert that even if they are not targeted for termination, they may face other retaliatory acts such as demotion, denial of job opportunities or denial of promotions in the future.”

Politico reported:

FBI agents who worked on cases stemming from the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol — or the criminal investigations of President Donald Trump — have filed a class action lawsuit to block Justice Department leadership from assembling lists of agents they say will be used as part of a retaliation campaign.

The agents, who brought the federal suit anonymously, included screenshots of a three-page survey they say DOJ leadership intends to use to identify thousands of agents who worked on the politically sensitive cases. According to the lawsuit, the agents are fearful that the Trump-led Justice Department will disseminate the lists publicly or use them to exact punishment against employees deemed disloyal.

Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe said the FBI is in “utter disarray” because President Trump is cleaning house and firing corrupt officials involved in the January 6 cases and Trump witch hunts.

McCabe said FBI agents are living in fear as they await Trump’s next big purge.

“This is a moment of terror for these people,” McCabe said.

Border Czar Tom Homan announced his intention to pursue legal action against far-left New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy.

This comes after Governor Murphy boasted about harboring an illegal immigrant in his own home.

During a gathering with Blue Wave New Jersey, Governor Murphy casually disclosed the presence of an individual living above his garage, whose “immigration status is not yet at the point that they are trying to get it to.” He provocatively added, “Good luck to the feds coming in to try to get her.”

This statement is a direct challenge to federal law enforcement authorities.
