sending calming energy
for wildfires in the West
From Petra, September 29th:
Here is a clip about the community of Deer Park where the hospital is situated.
And the surrounding area, my drive to work on the Silverado Trail and Highway 29.
This morning’s news:
Many hospital workers live in Calistoga. In 2017 Calistoga was affected by the Tubbs fire.
The fire crews are so tired and they just keep on going. Bless them all.
(CNN)California Gov. Gavin Newsom declared a state of emergency Monday night after wildfires tore through Napa, Sonoma and Shasta counties, killing at least three people and forcing tens of thousands of people to evacuate.
The fast moving Zogg Fire, burning near Redding, has scorched more than 30,000 acres since igniting Sunday afternoon. Newsom cautioned that it may converge with the nearby August Complex Fire, already the largest in California’s history.
From Céline, September 29th:
This is just so saddening, and surreal Kathleen. The 1000 acre Glass fire exploded across northern Napa Valley and roared over to Santa Rosa and Sonoma during the last 24 hours, with 34,000 acres on fire as of this evening (September 28th).
This huge Glass fire is very close to urban areas; Calistoga is completely evacuated, parts of St Helena and Angwin, parts of eastern Santa Rosa, including a new homeless village which finally provided a home to 60 homeless people after many years of acrimony on where these humans were ”allowed” to place their weary selves.
Wineries, the Meadowood resort, Angwin community center, regional parks, and homes in the Skyhawk neighborhood of Santa Rosa have been burning.
One thousand firefighters are assigned; they could do little in the face of the gusty, unpredictable winds. Thankfully the winds calmed today.
The whole area is thick with smoke. This is a very similar pattern to the 2017 Tubbs fire, and a parallel footprint, with some areas being reburned and some ‘neighboring’ previously unburned areas now burning.
So many Blessings on the firefighters – there is one photograph of two firemen holding a burned young cat – so much Love shining from them. Love, Love and more Love. Céline
Only the headlines report on three deaths near Ono, Shasta County, the remainder of the article focuses on Sonoma and Napa. Look at the resolve on the local gentleman’s face.
The North Complex fire has posed challenges in the last windy day, but things seem to be under control, even though Hwy 70 near Chico was closed, as the fire entered a ravine parallel to the highway.
Below is a Rain Meditation with Archangel Uriel,
through channel for the Council of Love, Linda Dillon.
It was created by Archangel Uriel for California’s drought,
(noticed as Steve and I drove up the coast in 2014).
Not only is the meditation for rain without,
but, as within so without, that “rain within”
that Divine Alignment, self-mastery,
‘Samadhi’ as Steve calls it.
