I look at others on the bus or on the street and wonder to myself, how I can be one with that person? Nothing about them resonates with me.
But the problem for me seems to lie in looking for that oneness in physicality.
Physically, all is difference. No two people look alike. No two people seem to act alike. No two people seem to desire all the same things. Everywhere we look we see difference.
Oneness relates to the soul level. At the level of the soul, we are all one. We are all one – in spirit.
What is that oneness? I could cut to the chase and say love. We are all one in love. But we are also one in joy, in our desire for peace and harmony, in our love of God – but at the soul level.
It awaits me connecting with my love to see, feel and connect with the love of another. It awaits me having an ever-increasing contact with my soul, or you could say my heart, because for me they’re the same thing.
I’m feeling more and more contact with my soul these days. I often now reside in joy (yes, I’m choosing it) and am eager and excited about new vistas and new adventures – well, as long as I have the time and stamina to satisfactorily engage with them. And as I connect with it more and more, I also connect more and more with the fact that we are indeed all one, at soul level.
