Matthew Ward and others have said that Gaia would have died by now if our star family had not rescued her, but I wonder if we get just how close she came.
I’m not sure many people appreciate the deadliness of what’s called “depleted uranium” radiation. Tons of it were released in the Sinai, Bosnia, Afghanistan, and Iraq. Just a nanoparticle of it ingested is like an X-ray an hour and can never be removed.
Scientists called our use of DU “omnicidal.” (1) So just the use of DU weapons in war would have, in my estimation, killed this planet and all its inhabitants eventually – perhaps even quickly. And the galactics are removing or have removed DU from the atmosphere.
The galactics are removing the Gulf oil spill, which also would have destroyed that ecosystem. I understand the BP is saying that the Gulf of Mexico is safe and clean. Would it not be ironic if they knew the galactics were cleaning it up and claim its safety as BP’s own accomplishment?
The galactics appear to be handling the heavy-lifting associated with Gaia’s ecology and the environment. But I think it’s left to us to clean up the mess in human relations. Yes, containment is stopping the worst of the bad guys from continuing their madness. (I just heard that the Canadian International Development Agency may be reversing its policy of linking aid to the purchase of Canadian goods. I wonder if containment is working with Harper? The way of the heart may be returning to foreign aid). But I have a hunch that the bulk of the task of changing the direction of the world’s affairs at the grassroots level is left to us.
In case you live in the Northern Hemisphere and are enjoying a calm and peaceful spring, that too has probably come about through the closure of such manmade storm producers (and earthquake and volcano producers) as HAARP. Have you not noticed that we’re not always expecting a “natural” catastrophe a month any more?
But women are still being raped in Darfur and India and elsewhere and people are still being blown apart in Boston. A lot of what’s wrong with the world that it produces such abominations remains for us to address.
So we neither need to be as worried as we have been nor as complacent. Some of the really worrisome trends will not continue but some will remain and should, I think, concern us.
I believe we’ll play a key role in ending hunger and poverty on Earth, though the resources will come through the help of beings that most people on Earth don’t even know exist. I’m not sure I’d say we’re ready yet to handle such a task. Before we do, I think we have a ways to go in clearing.
Looking at myself I know I have a ways to go. My energies are going up and down at this time. My feelings are very sensitive and on the surface. I feel much more fragile than I would have expected. It would do no good for me, for example, to resolve to help end hunger in the Sudan if I were to start out now. There’s a great deal more clearing that must go on.
It’s almost as if we’re disgorging everything we swallowed in the last thousand years. Everything bad that went in seems now to need to come out. I’m not saying that’s necessarily a true statement. That’s more the emotional truth for me: the way it feels.
But again what this suggests to me is that things cannot happen for us quite as quickly as we may like. There really is, I think, preparatory work for us to do. I sense that the galactics and archangels are managing us very carefully. They probably don’t want to discourage us but at the same time they may not want us to start in prematurely.
