I haven’t time to transcribe it and, until I do, I’ll have to go on what it inspired in me.
Archangel Michael gave me the courage to make some decisions and leaps in my personal life, where I wouldn’t have had the courage before.
He said the most amazing things about Ascension, spurred on by a question from Kathleen. The matters should have been clear to me by now, but they weren’t.
One of the reasons that I, and perhaps others, have had difficulty with Ascension is that I’ve been considering it as an event that will happen all on one one day and in the same way for all people. And for many people it will happen on the same day. For others it won’t.
There are more people walking through the Ascension portal every day. I could name several I know.
For some, Ascension will be be a “snap” (that is, an instantaneous event). And this is where it’s gotten confusing for me. Because for others, it won’t be a snap. It may be more gradual than that.
For some it may come as a thief in the night, or they may cross the Ascension portal repeatedly, bringing others with them, as with gatekeepers.
For some, it will be an experience of daily expansion until there remains no more doubt of it.
For others, it may be a sudden flight to the heavens, and even to Father/Mother God, as Linda Dillon describes in her Tsunami of Love meditation. (See 1)
That very flight to the arms of Father/Mother God and being acclaimed on our arrival in the Fifth Dimension – that’s indeed how it will be for some people … and not for others.
For others, it may be experiencing a huge shift in consciousness. For others, their hearts may explode with love. I can only guess at what it might be for some.
Now permit me to take off from what Archangel Michael may have said and speculate a bit. This is me developing his seed-thought, so to speak.
Might the situation not be the same as it is for enlightenment? I don’t know but if it were….
Then each person would reach Ascension in a way that’s framed by their own special interests, their own attractions, according to the Law of Attraction.
In spirituality, some people follow the path of bhakti or love; others jnana or wisdom; others karma or service. There are as many paths as there are sense doors, predilections, etc.
The seekers of love will probably reach Ascension by love. The seekers of truth by truth. Those who love awareness may suddenly or gradually become aware. And there would be other permutations as well.
The process would be gradual or sudden depending on our wishes and desires as well as the needs of the situation.
I already know that I’m intended to go up gradually. Sorry, but that’s the job.
Kathleen generally scoots ahead. But I’m tasked with writing about the elevator ride, floor by floor. “Tenth floor now and I’m feeling pretty good. At least this time we’re going up.”
Different missions will necessitate different approaches to Ascension.
So it would do no good to ask me to get Ascension all at once. I’d feel conflicted. Something would feel left out. It would disagree with my basic mission and so I’d resist.
By the Law of Free Will, each of us chooses the way in which we wish and agree to experience anything. Why not Ascension? How could it be otherwise in a free-will world?
It left me very thoughtful and I need to say something that arose that I’ve been withholding since forever.
It can be hard feeling that thousands and thousands of people depend on you in some way.
Of course, it may or may not be true. But, in the seat of my concern – mind or heart – I feel the weight of it.
A man I met on the West Coast Express carried the weight of his whole (small) community on his shoulders. And he actually did it and did it well. I don’t know his secret.
But as far as I experience that kind of thought/feeling – that what I say or do could affect the lives of thousands so I’d better get it right – I experience it as a tremendous responsibility and have a hard time being light and joyful with it.
I take it very seriously, where another might dance joyously with it as, for instance, Kathleen and Sandra Walters do or laugh at the weight of it as Inelia Benz does.
Perhaps it’s my childhood speaking: I just want things to work out.
Perhaps the growth movement: I want the world to work out.
Perhaps the Golden Age: I want Ascension and Earth’s future to work out.
Or perhaps my vision in 1987: I want our enlightenment and evolution to work out. I want the purpose of life to be fulfilled.
Really, I want them all. And being who I am, I want them all to happen gradually, as a flower unfolds, progressively, continuously.
