We know that the third wave of the Tsunami of Love is bringing up everything left in us that can’t go forward into the Fifth Dimension.
Some of it can’t go forward because it’s undigested, unassimilated.
AAM has told me that I haven’t assimilated one lifetime – a warrior from ancient times. Let me call him the General.
He was a successful military strategist who was in the end abandoned by his own and defeated by superior forces. He’s now knocking at the inner door and requesting a seat at the table.
To integrate him means to feel his energy and have that energy both be all right with me and comfortably re-assimilated into myself without acting out its troublesome qualities.
His energy is very large and powerful. And that power is disconcerting and sets me back. It leaves me unsure of what I’m doing. Will I become a monster? A brute? A person to be totally avoided? Encountering and accepting him is a very tall order for me.
Some of his felt qualities include a sense of fearlessness to the point of being a kamikaze, a willingness to wade into battle no matter how hopeless the cause, and defiance to the end, not qualities in large demand today, although they were six years ago when we started the blog as a site that named and unveiled the cabal’s crimes.
I’m using the breath to feel into his energy inside me.
We cannot breathe normally and hold onto a pattern of muscular tension in the body. Either we cater to the holding pattern and restrain our breath or we breathe normally and release the pattern. A warrior would choose the former.
In karate, one is taught to breathe from the solar plexus in a very deliberate manner, contributing to “power in the belly.” This isn’t meant to raise the contours of our constructed character to awareness; it’s meant to steel us against attack, to make us ready.
Breathing normally while feeling the holding pattern (“breathing through it”) is one way of experiencing it fully as it plays upon our body, hopefully without allowing it to take control of us. All the information needed to know the salient features of the character are contained in or hooked up to the holding pattern.
Assimilating a warlike figure is not a popular theme. AAM is stressing peace and gentle leadership. I feel maximally out of step. But as long as I keep this ancestor (1) at bay and refuse to experience and come to peace with him, I remain in the position of not having fully reclaimed my larger spiritual life. I remain dissociated, in a spiritual sense.
This is a part of the elimination process that AAM discussed in An Hour with an Angel, April 16, 2015 – in my case, elimination of dissociation by reclaiming a disowned part of myself.
Having been dissociated in my life from roughly age seven to 58, I know the impact on a person of having distanced a part of himself. The dissociated individual is a mere shadow of its integrated self. There’s no confidence, substantiality, or stability. Integrating all parts of oneself, no matter where it leads, is completely necessary to what comes next, I think.
I dedicate this work to all the warriors who came here to stop the cabal and now must transition from the way of the warrior to the way of peace.
(1) I consider my past lives my real ancestors. Our geneological ancestors have simply contributed their DNA and, our closest relatives, the intergenerational transfer of behavior patterns.
