We know that trauma can significantly impact the quality of our lives, including our capacity to experience joy, peace and connection with others. Many of us have experienced trauma, and some of us may not even be aware of it. In this 8 minute video, we learn what animals can teach us for how to release trauma. This technique is then demonstrated in a therapeutic setting where a woman who experienced trauma as a child is able to release the trauma in her body in a safe and supportive way.
