We’ve finished the pre-record of An Hour with an Angel in which Archangel Michael goes into detail about the constructed self, how to escape it, its relationship to Fourth and Fifth Dimensionality, etc.
Meanwhile here are three ways to source vasanas besides my own “Upset Clearing Process.” (1) The first – hypnotherapy – is presented by Nora Yolles-Young and the second – Emotional Freedom Techniques – comes from their site.
And the third, which I’ll present in a second, later post, comes from the “Clearing Process” developed by the late Jeru Kabbal, as applied by Christina Mahler, a shamanic practitioner in Zurich.
It surely is evident that the Company of Heaven is concentrating at this moment on helping us to release all that holds us back. While they may not use the same words, they’re discussing our 3D paradigms, how to clear our vasanas, and how to exit the constructed self. It’s my interpretation that the big push is on to have us clear what holds us back from Fourth and Fifth Dimensionality.
The many therapies that are available today to assist us with release are simply amazing. Here are two.
Hypnotherapy
I asked Nora Yolles-Young from Hawaii to discuss her work as a hypnotherapist and energy healer. Nora will be sending in an article, but she describes her work in thumbnail form this way:
“I help people move through these aspects of self by bringing them into a state of hypnosis and giving them some tools to help access their most appropriate level of healing. It often happens by connecting with their higher self and observing the experience and releasing it.”
For some troublesome traumatic memories, Nora says: “I would recommend … that [the person in question] seek a certified hypnotherapist, preferably a past-life regressionist or better yet a life between life hypnotherapist. … I’d be happy to create a self-hypnosis technique for people to help them better release and move forward in their Earth journey, if something like that might be of interest to you.”
Definitely of interest so Nora will be sharing more of her work with us soon.
Emotional Freedom Techniques
And Susanne in Sweden has reminded us of EFT. From the EFT website:
“Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT, breathes fresh air into the emotional therapy process by borrowing from the Chinese meridian system. While acupuncture, acupressure and the like have been primarily focused on physical ailments, EFT stands back from this ancient process and points it directly at emotional issues.
“These, in turn, often provide benefits for performance and physical issues. It is dramatically different from conventional therapy practices and that is why it often works where nothing else will. If you are looking for something conventional, you came to the wrong place.
“EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture except we don’t use needles. Instead, we use a simple two pronged process wherein we (1) mentally “tune in” to specific issues while (2) stimulating certain meridian points on the body by tapping on them with our fingertips.” (2)
Now, before everyone sits down and sends us an item on other therapies, let me mention that this blog does not venture all that much into health and medical issues. The reason is quite simple. Neither I nor any of the other editors, as far as I know, have the expertise to somehow judge what therapies work, who’s a good and accredited therapist, etc. If we make a bad call and you suffer, well, that’s simply not something we’d want. So we generally leave the medical advice to others.
However I’ve used hypnotherapy myself in the past and have heard many good things about “tapping” (and how can you go wrong with something as non-intrusive as that?). I also know that bioenergetics, body work, rebirthing, gestalt and enlightenment intensives work. But, even so, it doesn’t constitute the work of this blog to keep up with the mushrooming medical, psychological and other therapies.
Not like I’m not convinced that a great deal of wonderful work is going on and will go on in these areas. I am convinced. But I believe we need to leave that field to others more familiar with it.
That having been said I’ll take a look in the next article at the work that Christina did with me. I’ve never felt so peaceful in my life. I’m always surprised after work like this that I’m left feeling … normal. But I feel wonderfully normal again after what I now see as perhaps an entire life spent, at some deep and unseen place within myself, feeling miserable.
