Folks, just to mention, we have 60 of 320 emails dealing with Livestream. As a site, we’re not set up to deal with the volume of emails we’re receiving. So do read what Stephen has written here and only write us if your question is not answered here. Thank you.
Update – Tuesday 11/6/2012 @ 9 AM PT
Thank you for your patience as we are making changes to the live stream videos. Many of you have had questions about service, quality, etc. Following area few FAQ that should be helpful:
Why was I not able to acquire service during parts of the conference?
Much was due to the Internet bandwidth coming from the conference location or with your personal Internet service provider. Live Internet feed requires large bandwidth at both ends.
Why am I not able to receive quality videos at this time?
What is now available online is what took place during the live streaming, the quality was dependent upon the Internet bandwidth at the given moment. A separate recording was made that will have a DVD quality.
When will the quality recording be available?
Our staff is working full time to master and edit the recordings, they will be available in a couple of days.
How long will the recordings be available?
We will extend the 30 day period from when the the recordings become available.
Why am I not able to watch anything now?
When you purchase live stream service it comes through a company named Clickstream. You must create an account with them and then log into their service using your own user ID and password.
Why can I not use Paypal to pay for the service?
For some reason unknown to us a few individuals cannot use Paypal. Debit and credit cards are purchase is available. If that does not work for you send us an email with your phone number and we can process it from our end.
Original Post
To all our wonderful supporters and 2012 Scenario Conference Live and Archive Stream viewers:
For reasons beyond our control and our own resources, we are having some technical difficulties right now with the live/archive stream of the 2012 Scenario Conference Sedona – Preparing for Ascension. This has meant that the archive feed is not showing when viewers log in. Our apologies.
We have just spoken to our wonderful stream provider, Clickstream, and they are going to be kindly working on it for us as soon as possible today – even though it is a weekend. (And yes, we know a lot of you wanted to view it over the weekend. :))
We hope to have things resolved and the stream back up for you all to enjoy as soon as possible – and we will be updating you as soon as things are rectified.
Thanks for all your love and patience.
UPDATE – Saturday 11/3/2012 @ 4 PM:
Most of the archive videos are now available. However, the videos from Tuesday morning on 10/30/2012 were not encoded correctly and are not available at this time. This includes the presentations of Genii Townsend, GD, and Steve Beckow. We are also aware that the audio and video becomes gradually out of sync on some of the longer videos.
Later this week, we will be receiving another copy of all the footage from the producer. We will be editing and remastering the videos and replacing them with higher quality versions. The missing videos of Genii, Graham and Steve will also be uploaded and included as well.
Thank you for your patience.
UPDATE – Monday 11/12/2012 @ 2PM:
The producer has finished creating a copy of the footage and has sent it in the mail. We should be receiving the package tomorrow on Tuesday, at which point we’ll be transferring the content to the Clickstream service and making it available to view within your accounts. The higher quality versions should be available sometime on Wednesday at the latest. Sorry for the delay.
UPDATE – Thursday 11/15/2012 @6PM:
We have finished uploading the better footage to the Clickstream service, and it should be available in your accounts. There are still a few outstanding issues that will remain:
The presentations of Mike Quinsey, Blossom Goodchild, and the Q&A Panel were not available in the better footage from the producer. As a result the only copy is the live-stream video archive. Unfortunately, the video quality is not as high. Also the audio and video become gradually becomes out of sync. This was caused by the intermittent Internet connectivity from the conference to the streaming service.
Unfortunately, only a partial presentation of Steve Beckow is available. It was not recorded correctly on the producer’s footage or by the live-stream service.
Due to the issues with making this fully available in a timely matter, we will extend the live-stream archives to be available to everyone until December 20th, 2012 regardless of purchase date. After December 20th, 2012 the content will no longer be available.
