These images were sent in by The 2012 Scenario reader Bill C (it couldn’t be that Bill C, could it? Wouldn’t that be Hilary-us. Ha!). But seriously, these are four pics from a series of photos taken in Moose Lake, Minnesota, USA, on Wednesday night (August 22).
The one at left is very similar to one Anthony and I saw about six years ago, which hovered over the ocean outside our bedroom window where we were house-sitting for a good 10 minutes before slowly moving on. Although ours was more orange.
And, no, we were so absorbed in ‘the moment’ that we didn’t even think to grab a camera. Mind you, it was 2.15am and it had woken us up!
So, well done to Bill C.’s friend for being able to have the smarts to get his camera out and let us all see this beauty!
As Bill writes: “These were spotted in Moose Lake Minnesota on 8-22-12 at around 11pm following right behind a severe storm front.
“There were about 7 or 8 of these flying together in formation and these were some of the most visual and beautiful that my friend and his son had ever witnessed. He was afraid to share these but I talked him into sharing them.
“We have a small group of lightworkers up here and sightings are fairly common up here in the woods. After about 7 or 8 minutes they shot straight up out of site at an unbelievable speed.
Sorry for the quality of the pics, as they were taken with an iPhone. Feel free to publish and use these any way you see fit.”
Well, Bill C., we are not ‘sorry’ at all – in fact we are delighted you talked your friend into letting you share them here with us all!
