This footage is taken from a web cam and then the video highlighted and “action blocked” so you can follow the movement of UFOs. Web cams usually have glitchy footage because of the bit rate the camera captures the live feed at. At first look it seemed to me the “UFO” did not have the same “glitch” movement in sync with the rest of the video. But on second pass through the video I notice it is a jump cut from the videographer from a still shot to the capture of the live video feed so this looks like a genuine sighting not a video creation.
