Was Treasury Secretary Arrested, Questioned & Released?

On his Monday Feb 25th update, Ben Fulford reported that Secretary Geithner had been “detained for questioning by New York police on February 24th and was released after giving evidence about many high-level financial criminals.” And then said “Geithner has been released but is accompanied at all times by an armed deputy to make sure he does not leave the country.”
On Feb 27th we posted the article “Was Treasury Secretary Arrested, Questioned, Released?” asking for info from Treasury Dept. Press Office. The Dept. neither confirmed or denied the police report.
Since then we have received a number of emails mentioning Geithner was in Mexico City on Feb 26th and 27th for the G-20 Conference meeting. The Treasury Dept. web site displays photos of him speaking at the conference.
So… what’s up? Was he detained/arrested? He was supposed to have an armed guard keeping him from leaving the country. Why was he reported in Mexico City the next day? Good question.
I’m assuming we’ll have an update from Ben Fulford on Monday. But, the question is… when was the armed guard assigned? He was supposedly detained and released on Sat, the 24th and was in Mexico City the next day. As this was already on his schedule the guard could have accompanied him on the trip, making sure of his return, or the guard could have been assigned upon his return.
Ben Fulford has a reputation of being very reliable in his reports. But nothing is static, all of this can be very fluid and change from day to day. Let’s see what transpires on Monday!
