We have two very interesting readings today from Archangel Michael through Linda. The first is from Casey, in which AA Michael discusses “how we are doing,” what 11/11/11 has begun, and where it’s going. He discusses the chaos that is still apparent around us. He talks about the economic decay happening now.
But perhaps the segment of this channelling that will interest you most is that Archangel Michael discusses the pre-NESARA bridge programs. The secret is out. These programs are designed to help Lightworkers and Lightholders who are in dire straits.
He distinguishes it from the larger NESARA. The bridge programs are coming online now or soon, depending on who is administering which individual project. He discusses what will change with Disclosure. “What remains for Disclosure to occur? Very little. It is already underway.”
This is an excellent message and everyone would be very much benefitted by listening to it.
The second channeling is Susan’s in which AAM gives about as complete a discussion of Disclosure as I’ve ever heard. If anyone wants the full story on Disclosure, this channeling is where to go to.
He explains what has taken so long for Disclosure and what their considerations are now. He tells us that only those who come in peace are allowed around Earth now, that the negative aliens were sent elsewhere quite some time ago. He discusses all the back and forths that have gone on around Disclosure. He discusses the manner in which the galactics have landed on Earth and are present among our society.
He says that the time of Ascension has already begun and is well underway. Many of us are occupying more than one dimension simultaneously. He also refers to the pre-NESARA bridge program here.
He says that the 11/11/11 portal was opened for humans to go through and it remains open. All are equally welcome to go through it to 5D. He then turns to the Return of the Masters, which begins on 12/12/11. The 12/12 is an expansion of this for human beings.
It is also a two-way doorway. Many star brothers and sisters will be walking through that doorway on to Earth. Many of the saints, the prophets the wise ones, shamans, ascended masters will be walking through that doorway onto Earth. This is the beginning of the Return of the Masters. We will see them most clearly on the 5th Dimensions, when we go there. The preparation for the 12/12 includes the meditation, prayer and ritual that he discussed in an earlier interview.
As for what we should expect on 12/12, he says that he does not want to get our expectations up (and at the same time he does). But he said that not everyone will experience 12/12 in the same way. But he also adds the usefulness of joy, excitement and peace. He asks us to open all our chakras on that day. It is fine to be in groups on that day. It is critical to be grounded on that day.
He added that every person will experience the occasion in ways that are meaningful for themselves. He said it will be more joyful and peaceful. This portal will remain open till the end of 2012.
I’d like to thank both of them for asking questions for us. They have actually used their own money to do this for us – just like you to know. If anyone wishes to make a transcript of these, that would be wonderful. Perhaps let me know first so we can cut down on any duplication that might otherwise occur.

Great posting. My problem is, that as a Vietnam veteran with PTSD, I have never succeded in meditating. I have hypervigilance in my brain. I still have to take medication every night just to sleep. I can’t shut my brain off enough to meditate. Any suggestions from someone who can help me would be very much appreciated. I don’t want to miss out on Ascension. Thank you.
Hey Walter. Tis a piece of cake once you know how.
Just allow yourself to listen to the voice nattering away in your head. Remember while you are doing that , that you are the observer of the voice, not the voice. This is one form of meditating; a very powerful and healing one. Watch for when something the voice says ‘catches’ your attention; i.e. you join it by believing it is true, or has some kind of ‘real’ meaning. NONE of it has meaning; even if it sounds positive. It will and can only continue if you give it your creative ‘energy’, from your observer REAL self by being reactive to it, by joining it. Do not beat up on yourself after realizing you joined the voice and went off on some thought train. This may happen a lot at the beginning, however you will soon notice that you will become better and better at staying in the observer place.
Do not be surprised at how quickly you heal. It is always helpful to ask your guides to be in charge of the ‘sequence of subject matter’ as they have the overview to best know how to most efficiently undo the Gordian knots inherent in the old mental tapes.
You need do nothing but watch/observe and allow yourself to feel whatever feelings and memories come up while not being judgmental about ANY of them, no matter how awful or gruesome they may seem. You are/were the observer of the dream, not the dream itself. You will find your freedom from the pain of the seeming past by reconnecting with your ‘observer self’.

Hey Walter, there are some very good herbal extract remedies you might try to help with the PTSD. Some of the best include Reishi, Kava Kava, Rhodiola Rosea, and Rosemary. Herb-Pharm is a very solid company as is many others. Most whole-foods stores/health stores will have these tinctures (herbal extracts). Cannabis is also a very good remedy for some who suffer from PTSD. God bless you
Walter, when we enter the Fourth Dimension, which should be sometime in 2012, all conditions, all diseases, will either be healed by the rising energies themselves or by new technologies that the galactics will bring.
Your surface consciousness may suffer from PTSD, but your deeper consciousness does not.
As long as you wish to ascend, which satisfies the Law of Freewill, then the Company of Light will offer all assistance.
I can’t offer any medical or other advice, but I can suggest to you that there are plenty who share your plight and I’m sure the galactics are well aware of it and have the answers.
I have written several articles on the subject but no longer have the time to track things down. It’s so busy, it’s crazy.

What a great source of information AA Michael is, I am glad to see that so many people are turning to him for a mini-life reading.
As far as Dec. 12 ’11, is concerning, according to my recent “discussion” with AAM, I am out of here, though I will be back as a Gatekeeper in a year’s time. Something that I really wanted to do. Then one wonders, was this my idea, or was this transmitted to me. Either way, I am looking forward to it.

You will not miss Ascension, Walter, just because you cannot/don’t like to meditate. I am quite sure that Steve could provide you with some channelings where SaLuSa and others tell us, that the only thing you really need for ascension is your wish to ascend. If you really want to ascend you will ascend (unless, I guess, your soul contract has a different content than to ascend).
So, Walter, don’t bother you. Keep focusing on Ascension, be in love and you have everything what you need for your pathway to the Golden Age.

I have some experience with PTSD…(crazy childhood) I’ve found anything you can do that takes you “out of time” and allows you to observe yourself quietly enJoying a moment… be it a hobby, a walk outside, listening to music… will create the peaceful center meditation takes us to.
I think that’s really the point. Finding that sense of quiet connection to All That Is. Seeing yourself, as you Shift your Awareness and Focus to anything you Love , will allow your Inner Knowing and Guidance a space to do the work of Ascension. I hope that helps:)
