Control Games are Ending on the Planet

There’s no need for control games as you enter higher levels of consciousness.
Power and control have played a dominant role on the planet for centuries, but this is now ending. We’re moving into a higher state of consciousness where duality no longer exists. This means no more “have’s and have not’s”, or “good versus bad” or “right versus wrong” mentality. Therefore there’s no need to fight over money, power or beliefs, as anything is possible and abundance is a way of life.
In this new dimension, we are aware of ourselves as sovereign beings while being a part of the whole at the same time. What we do to ourselves instantly affects others and vise versa. We have access to our true spiritual power so there’s no need to control others in order to feel safe or access power.
As we shift into this new way of being, anyone who uses control games as a way to dominate will find their methods no longer effective – their lives will appear to crumble around them. We see this currently with dictatorships and controlling regimes; they are no longer being tolerated. And because money has been used as a way to control and manipulate, financial institutions and the economy will need to be restructured (and just like anything that reorganizes, there’s a time of breakdown and chaos – think of a caterpillar turning to mush in a cocoon before transforming into a butterfly).
What’s most important during this time is for each of us to end our own control games. It’s easy for us to look externally and judge other people, the government or large corporations as being controlling and manipulative, but we are part of the consciousness and population that created all of this in the first place. There is no us and them; we are in this together.
As we let go of internal control we will see a shift in the rest of the world. As we change our inner reality the external reality changes in tandem. Here are some things to ponder.
Where Do You Control Others?
There’s a fine line between offering guidance and support, and being manipulative and controlling. How do you interact with others? Notice your motives as you relate to your children, spouse, friends, family, employees, neighbors and the rest of the world. Do you want them to do things your way or do you allow them the freedom of choice? Do you fear for their wellbeing or do you trust they have their own inner guidance? Do you play the role of a caretaker as a way to feel safe and secure within yourself?
The first chakra is where we hold most of our information around survival in a body. If you have an imbalance there, you may try to control externally as a way to compensate. Do what you can to let go of control and trust yourself so you don’t need to control others as a way to feel safe.
Do You Get Caught in Power Struggles?
Control games can be subtle with persuasion and manipulation or they can be full-blown power struggles, where two people, two families, two business or two countries vie for control. How often do you get caught in these games? What triggers your competitive or controlling behavior?
The third chakra is where we hold our information about power and control, and it’s the energy center responsible for how we use and distribute our energy (within our body and externally). Explore what supports you to be bigger than the ego, own your spiritual power, and operate from your heart and soul.
Where Do You Control Yourself?
Self-control is often how people try to eat healthy, lose weight and diminish unhealthy behaviors, but is it effective in the long run? Twelve Step programs have experienced much more success by surrendering their problems to a higher power rather than trying to control them – remember, what we resist persists.
And what about natural expressions – what areas within yourself do you control due to family, cultural or societal programming? Can you speak your truth, trust your intuition, listen to the wisdom of your body, allow your sexual energy to flow, and go with the stream of life rather than planning and scheduling every activity? Spend each day completely being your authentic self and notice how freeing this is.
As we liberate ourselves, we’ll experience more freedom on the planet.
