I found the disappearing copy and feel released from my conclusion that I was being dissuaded from publishing analyses of the bin Laden situation.
I see I was able to post that last article. So I can give a historical description but not an overview or analysis.
I’m breaking off regular coverage for a while to cover these events. I won’t be reading email today. In my view, this event kicks off a whole new chapter in our history. I predict that it will twist and turn and take many unexpected detours and seeming setbacks. But, knowing what we know, we can predict that these events are designed to bring about some long-overdue resolutions, make some long-overdue connections, and speed along the accountability, disclosure and related processes.
Nothing that happens will have been an accident. I assert that this is a tightly-scripted event and the script writers … well, you can guess who they are.
This is a total house-cleaning if you will and the emergence of some characters who have long existed in the shadows. all of it seemingly based on the death of America’s most hated enemy, said to be a lynchpin in the 9/11 drama.
Anderson Cooper interviews a surviving firefighter who asks why the history of 9/11 is not taught in schools, even though the history of the holocaust and of slavery is. Good question. Why is the teaching of 9/11 not encouraged?
Remember that the President seemed to endorse the building of a mosque near Ground Zero, irritating some people who suffered from 9/11. So the man who endorsed the Ground Zero mosque now approaches Ground Zero.
New Yorkers who want closure are interviewed. Loss is reviewed. The new Ground Zero buildings are visited. A quotation appears on the screen extending the sense of loss to all who perished in 9/11, Afghanistan, Iraq, the bombing of the Cole, etc. A link is made to all incidents that we know are false-flag or false-flag-related. Everything is on the table prior to Obama visiting Ground Zero. Much is made at stake here.
We are reminded of the children of firefighters left without children. A procession of firefighters leaves the firehouse. Giuliani goes with the President.
John King reviews the whole interval between 9/11 and now and foreshadows conflict with the families. He says this is resolving things for some people, opening fresh wounds for others.
Footage reviews President Obama shown in Engine 54 praising Mayor Giuliani and the firefighters. He refers to “what happened Sunday” but does not mention killing bin laden (notice). He links the Seals operation to Engine 54 and refers to the sacrifice firefighters every day.
“You’re always going to have a President … who has your back the way you have the back of the American people.” Chief Edward Kilduff responds on behalf of the firefighters, approves of Obama’s performance. “Little bit of Mets, little bit of White Sox, little bit of Cubs.” Obama sees photos of firefighters killed, shrines erected for them.”President put everyone at ease the minute he walked in the door.”
Some reporter asks a firefighter (Joe Ceravolo) what it’s like to have the President of the United States sit down, take off his coat, and break bread with them. Chief makes the point that bin Laden has been killed ahead of the tenth anniversary.
President arrives at Lower Manhattan First Precinct Police Station. John King says there is a lot of emotional uplift and then a lot of hard recollection of pain. So an event that was heart-wrenching but also inflicted by the cabal itself, and not bin Laden or any other Middle-Eastern figure, is being thoroughly aired and reviewed.
“The world’s still in turmoil,” says Candy Crowley. “It is a restatement of American resolve. We mean what we say. That’s a message you want out there. … Osama bin Laden was a big symbol and his departure means a lot. … “There are plenty of reasons for this message to go out today.” Indeed.
The credibility of the President all of a sudden escalates around the world, Wolf Blitzer says. Candy Crowley says it’s a great moment for the President. If anything had gone wrong, it would have been on Obama’s shoulders, she adds. The world has become so murky and this has been a clear win. Wolf Blitzer brings in failed operation in Desert One in Iran in 1979.
NY firefighters are dying at a rate that is well above the national average, says Kenny Specht, Firefighters Brotherhood Foundation.
I’m going to end here because the President is headed for Ground Zero. So the most traumatic moments in American history are being reviewed. All the groups of surviving actors are being met and interviewed. Some people experience closure, some experience trauma, but the file of 9/11 is completely updated.
