I’ve just gotten off the phone with Ryan across the pond in England and me across a continent on the West Coast.
Ryan says all work on the site is concluded. We are now on a dedicated virtual server that should be able to handle 1,000 hits a minute. The site is now running fast and everything should be operational. We’re well-positioned for disclosure and beyond.
Ryan has done most of this while not having access to an Internet account because he just moved his flat. That has required some pretty fancy footwork.
If some feature is not working just let us know and we’ll flip the switch or turn the screw, whatever needs doing.
Thanks for your patience and understanding while Ryan built this new home for the site.
Ryan is also looking at how we can improve the Angelfire site which houses First Contact, New Maps of Heaven, and From Darkness Unto Light. If we can actually connect up the two and bring Angelfire out of the dark ages of flat html pages and into the 21st Century, that would have a great number of advantages.
So from Sarah and I, and all readers, thank you, Ryan, for a patient and painstaking job that has provided us with a stable new home with lots of room for expansion.
Namaste,
Steve
