Well, folks, we may have only one day to prevail upon Mike Quinsey to stay on channelling SaLuSa. There’s a very good chance that Mike is composing a letter as we speak announcing his retirement.
My own hunch is that SaLuSa knew Mike wished to have a rest and set this situation up intentionally to allow Mike an opportunity to step off the carousel.
Mike has been channelling SaLuSa since 2004, at which time St. Germain asked him to sit daily at his computer and take down messages. Six years is quite a stretch without a rest and he is 76.
Retiring is fine by me, and I applaud Mike if he really wishes to do so. He has been tireless, reliable, and modest. He is an ideal channel.
But perhaps we could, before he goes, tell him how much we appreciate his service and ask him to reconsider in the event that he is leaving because he feels too deeply injured by recent events.
His email is Michael Quinsey <[email protected]>. If you do send him a note, perhaps put your message in the header (“Mike, Please Stay” for instance), make the body short, and specify that there is no need to reply.
A world without SaLuSa thrice weekly will be a much more barren world for me, at least.
I hate to do this. It’s undue pressure, but I’ll kick myself worse if we don’t at least try this. I’ll have to do penance for it tomorrow. I’ll climb the steps of the local church on my knees for being so underhanded. But, if we don’t at least try, we may lose an invaluable resource.
